    We have been going to Executive Nails and Spa for more than 2 years. My daughter gets her upper lip and eyebrows waxed every other week and has never been unhappy with the results. Every technician is amazing and polite. I have gotten pedicures and full sets here, when I have time and some extra cash. I've even brought the family here and we always feel completely pampered, spoiled, and looking amazing after our time here! The music helps you relax and I love the decor. Now, we were completely blown away this last time. My daughter's birthday was a few days ago. The one thing she wanted was to have some glammed up nails. Oh I was was amazed by the results. I thought the technician, Bibi, would use some stickers to do the star decal, but no, she freehand painted it!! It was beautiful!! Hopefully Yelp let's me post images. This is too beautiful not to share!

    Service requested was partially completed; at the end they said french tip would be $45; had I known before service started I would've picked a completely different option. They offered a cheaper $20 polish that wasn't what I asked for and had I been presented in the beginning I wouldn't have selected that option. Quality of what they left me with is unsatisfactory. They lost my family as customers and definitely sharing with my mom groups about my experience.

    Holy cow! This place is super clean. They have an abundance of colors to choose from. I treated myself to a full acrylic set and a pedicure along with designs on the nails and left feeling AMAZING!

    Yall can't tell me this not UGLy and too light

    I got a French powder set i told the lady what color i wanted is the normal color i get when i go she painted a nude which is way light that my nail color i didn't notice it was too light until i got outside but was steady telling the lady i get like a pink inside my nails i can't believe they messed up my nails as long as i have been coming to them and for the price the charge no way

    Crapy nails design ever, i ask another design and she do nails by her design shape not even. Ugly shape. She talk talk talk... all she care is moneys. 95$ ... not come back.

    What to expect: rushed services, being overcharged for what should be included in an already pricey service, rudeness if you speak up about a preference, may or may not be asked if you want a drink, an intense stare from the cashier on how much you're tipping. What not to expect: walking out happy/satisfied.

    6 days after the refill they "fixed"

    I went in for a full set on March 25th. Powder, no design, just simple. Less than a week later they start lifting and most of them were getting caught in my hair. 3 of them pop off completely. I came back in on the 1st of April and they refilled them no charge which I appreciate (I even zelled her a 20 dollar tip) but she used a different shade of pink so three of them looked different... 6 days later one randomly pops off. Usually my nails last AT LEAST 4 weeks. I came back in just to get them soaked off because I might as well put press ons myself that last longer. They were pressuring me to redo them and then charged me 15 dollars to take off THEIR mistakes......so disappointed

    I've been getting my nails done since I was a kid. A couple of weeks ago I went to get fills. I didn't think there were any issues until a few days later I noticed a few of my nails seemed to have what looked like a dark spot underneath. So I took off my nails and I see this green whatever it is. I'm disgusted. And I had no lifting or anything that could've gotten under them.

    I went in for a simple white shellac pedicure for my anniversary day of so I go in sit down get relax. While I'm watching a tv show on my phone.. she literally CUTS MY CUTICLE AND TRIES TO COVER IT UP AS IF IM NOT CONNECTED TO MY FOOT. It's bleeding and don't speak it up cause I'm thinking she gonna put a bandaid on she doesn't . obviously she tried to cover it up with the polish which was some of the worst pain of my life so I get the courage to go up and tell them what's going one By the time I do since all the color was on I was still charged 45. Like WTF YOU CANT LET ME GO BRO. I DOTN LIKE CONFRONTATION AT ALL BUT THIS IS THE WORST WORST NAIL SALON EVER. EVER EVER EVER . The fact I was forced with to pay with a cut is crazy talk. I had to dispute with my bank. My bank said it was crappy paint job. Don't be thinking it's the shit with free drinks the ladies go somewhere else the they could have 20/20 eye sight and will not care about the injury they made!!!!!!!

    I've been a regular customer since Executive has opened and I'm really sad because usually, I really do enjoy this salon! As of recently though, it seems that they are more focused on the quantity of customers seen rather than the quality of the product. I've been stabbed, cut, and burned the past 3 visits. I book 2 separate appointments, back-to-back, to cover 2 full hours each time I visit. My last 3 visits the technicians have rushed through my appointments just to get to the next client, so I've been left with crooked, thick, unflattering nails on top of bloodied cuticles and paying almost $200 for the services. This time they were filed down so short, they were actually filing my skin instead of my nail. I understand these things sporadically come with the territory, which is why I went back twice more after the first accident; however, I'm incredibly disappointed with the consistency in which these things have happened, as well as the lack of attention towards detail. Unfortunately I don't think I will be back again

    Would never recommend this nail spa. A lot of nail techs but only about 10% are good & the rest should not be providing any nail service.

Robert had a solution , he helped me with a coupon , until I got my insurance back on track in a couple months. The medication I speak of helps me remain sober and clean from 36 years of drug addiction. I've been clean and sober for 10 years . this medication assists in my sobriety. I would not be where I am today without it along with other changes in my life . Robert realized the importance of this medication and went above and beyond his job duties to care enough and help me through this couple months . I've been a customer of Walgreens for a very long time ,and using this medication for 10 years . I was panicking , scared , and lost , I did not know what I was going to do without my medication. I cannot afford 250 a week / or 1000 a month for one med. I searched high and low for assistance , no one would help. at a last minute effort , I called the pharmacy at Walgreens just to see if there was anything at all they could do ( I had spoken to them early and they were not willing to or did not know how to help me) Robert answered the phone and I thank God that he did! God bless you Robert! I hope you get a promotion, a raise , and an award for saving my life ! literally! I will always be a customer at Walgreens because of Robert "the pharmacist"

    Reassign photo development desk worker…read more This incident happened last month and i wasn't going to leave a review but honestly the way this worker handled this situation has been making my blood boil thinking of it. My dog unexpectedly passed away last month, I wanted to get a couple pictures printed to frame in memory. I placed my order online once i received the email that it was ready to be picked up, I headed to the store to collect them. Once I arrived I made my way to the photo counter, I was then told to wait right there by this lady (Didn't have a name tag on. White blonde larger size lady) while she finished packing serval photo order. She maybe could have been nicer and told me she'll be with me in a minute ? Or maybe stopped packaging orders for a second to hand me my prepaid photos. I was waiting there for a good 3-5 minutes for her to finish packaging the envelopes. Until I finally asked if she could just grab my photos real quick. She was definitely annoyed by that but honestly don't care now, she asked for my last name. Couldn't find the photos so she asked for my first, still couldn't find the photos. I showed her my confirmation and she just kept repeating "I don't have them". I ended up just thanking her and walking out the store out of embarrassment for thinking I came to the wrong location. Once I got in my car I pulled back up the confirmation to put in the correct Walgreens but i was at the correct location already. I proceeded to walk back to the front counter calm and collective and mentioned to her that this was actually the correct location and asked if she could double check one more time. Which she did but then turned quickly turned back to me and said "I don't know what you want me to do, I don't have them" I proceeded to ask her then where are they and she finally checks her system and mentions they probably have been picked up. I was told in the email I needed my identification card to pick up the photos so I don't see how that's possible. I'm reminding this worker of there own policy and all I keep getting out of her is "I don't know what you want to to do, I don't have them" as she goes back to packing envelopes. At this point I'm starting to get a bit teary eyed by this whole situation. i just wanted to memorize my dog who just passed away two days ago. Now im being yelled at by this egotistical photo developer for wanting my photos I paid for ? Finally, this shorter younger (I believe hispanic) worker who was overhearing our conversation came over from stocking something on the side shelf to help me. She asks for my name again and in literally 5-10 seconds my three photos I ordered were done. I had now waisted a good 10-15 minutes of my day going back and forth with this rude and incompetent worker when picking up my photos should've been less than a minute experience. What I'm pretty sure actually happened was that she was rushing packing orders and slipped my three photos into someone else's envelope. Please just move her to a different position. Maybe stocking or get her to sweep the parking lot because she genuinely is lazy and does not know how to talk to customers, you never know what they might be going through and why they might need those photos. To the younger lady who helped me, thank from the bottom of my heart for actually helping me.
