Ana did a phenomenal job on my nails. I showed her a pic off insta, and she was able to replicate it. I also got a pedicure and really enjoyed the hot stone massage. Everything was great! Will be back for sure

i usually go to this nail salon and book with anne but today she was booked so i went to the same salon just a different nail lady. I had the worst experience ever to start off she couldnt do any of the designs that i wanted and they werent anything extreme they were basic designs. So i had to choose a new design and it was a simple nail set, she starts working on my nails and when she cuts my nails and ask for the length i ask for short. Well she did not want to do short nails and she kept saying how long was better and i kept asking for short but she just would not do it. i am already upset at this point but i brush it off so now i am forced with long nails and so now shes doing my nails and she keeps saying stuff about how its too expnsive for me or i cant afford it. She treating me like a little kid and wont do anything i ask for and the nails ended up looking like nothing i wanted i hated how they turned out.

I tried three other salons in the area and saw great reviews here so I gave them a shot! My husband also joined me (he got a pedicure while I got both). We enjoyed the hot stone pedicure & the two ladies who helped me were super nice. One nicked my toe & profusely apologized but quickly cleaned it & placed ointment on it. I didn't fuss cause things happen & yes they should slow down to really care for their clients but I understand the business. They quickly corrected the issue so I was satisfied with that. In all, I was satisfied that they understood what I wanted. It helped to show them a picture & color of what I was looking for. I wanted a more natural look. Here's my end result! Nails are ombré shape with a white & warm pink powder (not the dip). I will be back!

I've been going here for almost the last decade and have always had a great experience. The staff has always been so genuine and kind towards my family. If you want a spot on pedicure i recommend Lindsay! Anyways, this is what i asked for and this is what they gave me. Overall, i love this place!

A few yrs ago I had a stroke, holding my right leg up on the rim of tub was impossible but Cathy was able to place a few towels down and place my foot where she could work on that foot. She takes special care with me and I always leave feeling like she cares deeply about my needs.

This is what I was left with... I had to ask the lady doing my pedicure for oil & a towel to fix this myself since the man doing my nails rushed off to assist other clients. Won't be back.

I'm new to the area so I have been searching for a new nail salon. I made an appointment at Sunshine nails and spa and requested an ombré powder set with "pixie dust" on two fingers. The tech tried to complete the design but couldn't. She stated it was her first time trying. I wish she would've stated that from the beginning. The design looked awful and she tried encouraging me to keep it. She literally drilled and started the design over at least 4 or more times until a guy decided to take over. I advised that I no longer wanted the design so I just decided on just ombré. After leaving my cuticles we're severely damaged. It's been over a month and they are still sore and trying to heal. I'm unable to have anything done to my nails until my cuticles are healed.

Have been coming here for a long time now. Lindsay does my pedicure and Tracy does my nails and I love their work. My nails rarely break and I do a lot of house work and sometimes don't have time to get in but once every few weeks. They give me plenty of wine for stressful times. Very rude employees they laugh altogether making you feel like there laughing at their clients. I asked her that I needed my bottom feet scrubbed she did a disgusted face. I'm sorry I know it's probably disgusting but you have gloves on and this is the job you chose to do in your life. Even if it wasn't the most pleasant thing you shouldn't be rude and show the customer that you're disgusted wow I will never be returning. If my place wasn't closed today I wouldn't even be here but now I know better Also their prices are very high comparing to others read more

Rude employees. Terrible service. Maybe it was the circumstances of the internet being down but I should have been told that when I walked in. Instead I had to leave before my full set to get cash and come back. Then they wanted more money after my nails as they didn't have the supplies to do what I asked. And it still wasn't what I wanted. We love Brian and Lindsay! But lately, Brian was not available so his wife Tracy had to do our nails for few times. OMG, she has a horrible attitude!!! The last breaking point was when she was doing my daughter's pedicure and the color she selected didn't match the nails so she politely asked Tracy if she could find something more lighter color, well she threw her towel in the air and slammed to her cart with a deep, loud "Ugh". 3 of her employees looked at us and gave us "I'm sorry look" like they did something wrong. My daughter said sorry (which I'm very proud of her behavior) but I really wanted to say something to her but there were many people and I really didn't want to bring myself down to a "Karen level" so I kept my mouth shut. We never went back... We found Cavalli Nails and Spa with that being said it worked out for us! read more

Ana did a great job! The moment I got there she was so kind greeting me at the door then asking about my day. My design was a bit complicated since it was for a specific event, but without any doubt or worries she got right to work and did amazing. The results were truly incredible but since I got a new phone I lost all of my pictures, so I'm not able to show the results. The vibe there was also incredible everyone was so kind. I've never been to a nail salon filled with warm & cozy vibes. read more

I WISH I could give a 0. I have come here frequently (as in every 2 weeks for the past 4-5 months) and never had an issue with being helped. I came today to get a manicure and pedicure. Was told it would be a wait (around 20 minutes), which is fine. Waited for about 15 then was seated. Was told that I would get my manicure first then my pedicure. Two women came in after me and wanted manicures and pedicures (like myself). They were seated in the pedicure chairs and were assisted immediately. I had someone start removing my old polish and then I was left in the chair for FORTY FREAKIN MINUTES. On top of the excessive wait with nobody informing me of my wait, my cuticles look worse than when I went in. My nail polish looks rough around the edges. I would have stayed and requested that my nails be redone, but there was no way i would wait another hour to get them redone. This was a great place until this event. There are way too many nail salons for me to even want to come back to this place. Oh and no apologies either. read more

If you like tools that are cleaned between clients this is not your place. If you like having your legs wiped down with a dirty towel off the floor you have the right place. Technicians are rude and lack manners towards how they speak to guests. Slapping at my leg to move it into basin.....is not acceptable. Unreal! read more

I have been going here for about a year, although I only go here to get my eyebrows waxed my experience with Tina has been the best. She knows exactly what I want and does not rush to get my eyebrows done in 2-3 minuets like others. read more

I love this place! I've been to Sunshine for a very long time now. Everyone is friendly and nice here. They have a wide selection of colors for you to choose from. I get my pedicures with Nina and she's amazing with my stubborn feet cuticles and she gives great feet massages. Tracy is really good with shellac, dip, and etc. She's got good eyes! Lindsey and Thuy are my go to peeps when Nina isn't available. Overall, all the nail techs are awesome! read more

I went there because they came recommended and were one of the few salons that reopened when allowed after the restrictions. I had read really bad reviews about my regular place being rude and discriminatory plus they didn't open back up. Anyway the people at Sunshine were very nice. I had a 10am appointment and despite that was handed off 3 different time just getting my nails done. I wasn't happy as they do NOT sterilize their tools on nails or pedicures. They use the same ones on everybody. My nails were too short from what I had requested and pretty thick. My nails and pedicures from AMC last me at least 3 weeks. These last LESS THAN 2. I'm really irritated that one nail completely broke off while I was simply getting a light item out of a grocery bag. Sunshine Nails is not worth getting an infection from or nails that don't last even 2 weeks. Waste of money!! My friend went there also and she was not happy either. I do not recommend! read more

I may not return to my stylist however out of respect I wouldn't disclose my stylist name. I went in there for a consult with my frizzy hair and also wanted to do root touch up. I have had highlights from before. During my consultation, I was suggested by my stylist to do a hair keratin treatment. And she/he dint really talk about the root touch up, which was fine to me too. On my hair service day, when my root touch up was about to start, she/he asked me if I want to keep my highlights. I said yah, would like to keep my highlights. She/he also said that since some of my grey roots were longer more than about an inch, I'd be charged for a single process color $95 instead of root touch up $75. I gave my okay to that. Then work got started and all of my services were completed. Next day, I noticed several grey hairs still. I called up with my concern on the following business day. I was asked to come in so that my stylist can have a look. I went in there greeted my stylist asked how are you doing. She/he responded in a rude tone. Then after I addressed my concern, she/he went on raising her/his voice incrementally blaming me that I wanted to keep my highlights and that my greys were too long. I have to mention that I had been calm all throughout. For me it was not a big deal, it was just a minor error, which can be corrected easily. I dint go there to complain or scream at anyone, just wanted to see if that can be corrected. She/he made a huge deal out of it. She/he made me feel like it was my mistake that I had a complicated hair service request. Well, I'd say any professional's potential is tested on how one copes to new challenges. However, shout out to Teresa at customer service for the way she handled the situation. She was there to witness. She said that she'd let her manage know and gave me a form to fill up. Meanwhile, my stylist stormed out of the salon. Teresa was so empathetic! She dint assure me anything just said that she'd follow up with her manager. But, had been so compassionate throughout. It was a challenging situation for her too. She reacted so well at the situation, without taking anyones side. To me, unlike my stylist, she really thrived at her challenge! Following day, I got a call from their manager and she was really very nice as well! She set me up an appointment with another stylist to see what they can do. My second stylist tried to fix it as much as she could, which is all I wanted. Too much of unnecessary drama by my stylist. It'd have been solved right there, all she/he needed to do was tell me how you can help and if not explain to me what repercussions it may have to my hair. For the whole trauma that I had to go through, I'd have given a 1 star. However, for everyone else and everything else at this place I'd have to give a 4 star.

The card is also a visit card, where If you go a certain amount of times you can then redeem for a $50 massage. I had read it differently I thought it was a coupon for a $50 massage. I called around 2pm and they said to come in and they had availability now. I walked in and decided on a combo massage. They lead you to a private room which is great. You can undress to level of comfort and then there is a sheet to cover yourself. They used a combination of oil and lotion I believe. I paid $75 for a 60 min combo and they added the hot stones in for free. Nicole was my masseuse and I would definitely request her again and do a longer massage next time. Parking was easy, lots of spots and safe. They are still new so I think there is still a little kinks to work out. Very nice though. They had some boxes left to unpack and they need to figure out their flow better when someone walks in and they already have someone there. They lost the business of another gentleman that walked in behind me. He was a walk in and I called so I got the spot. I think a sign in kiosk would help they could collect phone numbers and use that for the visit count and once you had x visits you could get a discount. Instead of using the card because no one likes to keep cards in their wallet these days. I also thought the price menu could use some work. They could reprint a fresher looking one and write some descriptions for what each one is. For example the Swedish massage she said was light or medium. The deep tissue is harder. Then combo I was a little unclear? Maybe it's just adding hot stones? They could explain it better.

We received pricing and we booked for our initial treatment appt with their help for $400. On our initial treatment with Ashleye, they said they could not proceed with treatment and also gave double the price of $800 if we wanted to get it done. In summary: -our initial consult provided us misinformation of treatment and price. -we couldn't get treatment even though they told us we could. This is an inconvenience to us since we had to coordinate work schedules to make this appt work. -they didn't offer any discount or credit for the misinformation or inconvenience. It really takes a lot to do the first step to correct acne scars and it sucks that we got misinformation on treatment and pricing. We were looking forward to taking the first step to clearer skin but feel the lack on consistency between the workers means we are not getting the best service or treatment plans. It's like if you went to doctor and they scheduled you for surgery, then the day of your surgery they said they can not do it and said it would be double the price. I just wish we knew from our initial consult instead of wasting our time. I hope this helps anybody!
