No other salon like this in all of Houston! I lived in Katy for years and this was my place every week. I originally visited because of their sanitary practices and standards which are that of a dentist office, superbly clean. What an experienced!! It was the most relaxing environment and kind technicians I've ever experienced. They are meticulous. Going slow to be mindful of your cuticles, scrubbing with a brand new foot pumice, using new files and buffer. They take their time when massaging. This is a spa experience, not a cattle call. When we moved in 2024 I continued to make the drive from Houston. This is my place! If you care about your nail health and getting the best service, look no further. Also, the salon is very clean and cute. They do not use pedicure spa chairs (which was part of a class action lawsuit) nor nasty plastic bags inside bowls. Instead everything is cleaned with hospital grade products. I would also like to point out that the person who posted all those pics of her nails and gave them zero stars, has nail damage NOT due to a manicure. That is an unhealthy nail and a manure cannot fix that. This is a salon that cares about your experience as much as your nails. I absolutely love their polish options (again they use only the best and nothing old and junky). This is not an inexpensive investment, but it's worth the extra for my peace of mind. read more

I went here because my normal nail salon was closed due to loss of power and I had to get a pedicure due to traveling the next day! What a wonderful experience. Estell was so attentive. This review is long but overdue: This natural nail oasis is a rare find in the Greater-Houston area. From the chic designer furnishings, to the 5, 7 and 10 free (of chemicals) polishes utilized, to the gracious hosts (shout outs to Brittany & Karla), the more than fabulous owner/manager (Mrs. Trang), and all of the wonderful staff (Thank you Ivy, Sally, Kayla and anyone I may have missed). I have been blessed by every experience here, as well as by the support I've received when I needed to order something, after a hospital stay, or otherwise! Now, back to the salon: When you enter into this establishment, you will not find a trace smell of chemicals you typically notice in other salons. The aroma of sweet agave nectar and florals fill the room, without overwhelming it. The products used here have been showcased on Oprah Winfrey's "O List" (i.e. FarmHouse Fresh Honey Heel Glaze), and they offer incredible spa-scrumptious combinations to soothe and revitalize hands and feet. If you are looking for solar nails, acrylic styles, or dipping powered nails, come check this place out after you decide to give your nails a break and some R&R. They do offer Shellac nail polish systems. Please note: prices here are a bit high, but reasonable compared to similar quality, high-end salons (I'm thinking of Trellis Spa, where a basic pedi is $60, but you get SO MUCH MORE for your money at LAVO Natural Nails)!! A manicure starts at about $30, and a pedicure starts at about $40. When I'm looking to save, I find it better to go less often to a better Nail Salon (LAVO's), than more often to another one. Also, please note that since they use AMAZING products, your natural mani/pedi lasts so much longer than at other places. My natural nail polish (without Shellac) will last at least a week, in-spite of how frequently I clean. Bonus: Mrs. Trang (the owner) has created a delectable sea salt/sugar scrub that rivals any foot scrub I've ever used (I really think she should bottle it and sell it)! Just discovered LAVO Natural Nails - had the deluxe mani and pedi, it was awesome. The salon smells fabulous, great natural products; clean and modern. We were given a menu of drink options, as well, which was a nice touch. I have had deluxe manis and pedis before (including five star hotels), this was the best. Lovely scrub, massage of hands and legs using hot rocks, hot towel wraps and a final shoulder massage. The technicians were very well qualified, did a great job; I'll be a regular here from now on! Finally, a mani/pedi salon in Katy that believes in quality. First and foremost, they don't use the callus rasp (aka cheese grater), they use the Homeve foot file, with single use file refills. These are much more hygienic and don't cause you to regrow calluses. They have a HUGE selection of polish, even some vegan options! Very stylish salon with fun amenities, like phone chargers at your chair, cup holders, what looked like champagne or wine and pretty glass ring holders at the manicure stations. read more

Wanted to give a nice review for a nail salon I do love! This is my first choice and go-to nail salon. It's a little far and I pass probably 10 other nail salons on the way there, but it's worth it!! The place was very clean and more upscale looking than most salons, however the prices are extremely high for services that aren't any better than the average place. I had a shellac mani and regular pedi with callous removal. They took more time than the usual place, but my callouses are still there. I do a better job of removing them myself. Usually I pay around $60 for these services (including 20% tip). Here it was $81 and I got a %15 discount! Not worth it for me. read more

This is the best place to get your nails done! It is very clean, the staff is super nice, and I always feel welcome. The owner even let myself and 3 others come in for mani pedis when they were about to close (we didn't have an appointment and just came by on a whim).
