What drew me in was the first time wax promo they had if I'm being honest. However, I was very happy with my experience. I forget the name of the girl who did my Brazilian (Asia?), but she made the entire experience comfortable and she even helped share some Houston tips for a newbie like me. It wasn't painful nor unpleasant under her hands but rather quick and easy. I really appreciated friendly faces and conversations in this new environment!

They told me moving forward if I want all hair removed from the front they will charge me for a brazilian ($65) which in my opinion is "cutting corners" with pricing and service. Reason being is that I do NOT want a butt strip. At European Wax Center they only charge me ($56) for a FULL bikini up to my standards. I also came by today wanting to purchase their "clarifying" spray because I do enjoy their line of products. The front desk lady had no interest on helping me look for the product and I walked out without my purchase I wanted. I'am disappointed with the company and will no longer be giving my business here. I received a facial from Olivia on October 2nd, and shortly afterward, I started to break out very badly. I have never had issues with breakouts before, but my forehead and the right side of my face were significantly affected. I believe I was recommended the wrong type of facial. I booked a Signature Hydra Facial but expressed my concerns to Olivia, stating that I wasn't sure I needed it since my skin wasn't in bad condition. She insisted that I go ahead with it. I typically opt for a custom facial without any issues. Since the facial, I've had to spend money on a dermatologist to help restore my skin to normal. I also tried the exfoliator she recommended, but I discontinued its use because I feel it made my skin worse. When I mentioned the exfoliator to others, they advised against using that type of product on our skin. I suspect Olivia recommended a more expensive facial and a $30 exfoliator simply to earn more money; I can't think of any other reason for her recommendation. In total, I spent about $270 here, and now I'm spending even more at the dermatologist for their inadequate treatment. I have decided that I will not return to this establishment and would recommend that others exercise caution when considering a visit.

I originally visited because of their sanitary practices and standards which are that of a dentist office, superbly clean. What an experienced!! It was the most relaxing environment and kind technicians I've ever experienced. They are meticulous. Going slow to be mindful of your cuticles, scrubbing with a brand new foot pumice, using new files and buffer. They take their time when massaging. This is a spa experience, not a cattle call. When we moved in 2024 I continued to make the drive from Houston. This is my place! If you care about your nail health and getting the best service, look no further. Also, the salon is very clean and cute. They do not use pedicure spa chairs (which was part of a class action lawsuit) nor nasty plastic bags inside bowls. Instead everything is cleaned with hospital grade products. I would also like to point out that the person who posted all those pics of her nails and gave them zero stars, has nail damage NOT due to a manicure. That is an unhealthy nail and a manure cannot fix that. This is a salon that cares about your experience as much as your nails. I absolutely love their polish options (again they use only the best and nothing old and junky). This is not an inexpensive investment, but it's worth the extra for my peace of mind.
