I've been here three times, the first time for a trim and it went ok. The second time I showed a picture and discussed that I did not want side banks. Upon completion I had side banks and was told I think this looks better. Today I arrived with a picture and discussed what I liked about the picture. I asked point blank can you cut it like this? Upon completion my hair is much shorter than the picture and was basically dismissed without my hair beginning dried or styled even after I pointed out I wanted it styled I was dismissed. Two stars because I was able to dry and style it to something acceptable but way off from the picture. Buyer beware! read more

I would give this place zero star if I could. They are so desperate to get new customers that they would lie and get you into their salon. I called the salon to ask if they were free for a hair color consultation and Kim told me yes and I told her I will be there in 20 minutes. I arrived at the salon at 11:30 am and Kim was busy with a customer, she ask me to wait a few minutes and I ended up waiting 1 hour and 30 minutes. She then proceeded to tell me that she can not color my hair until after 3 pm which was another 2 hours wait. Time waster!! I gave her another chance and made an appointment for Wednesday at 11am but she then text me and told me she not available. I will never go back to this place!! read more

I didn't get a shampoo-my hair was sprayed with a water bottle. I did get my hair cut and blow dried. No product used except hair spray and it was one of those muggy rain Texas days!
