She was funny, helpful and gave me lots of tips but the biggest thing was.... she listened to what I wanted to achieve. I am growing my hair out and want a long modern shag. also had some hair pics to show her so she could use as a guide My hair is currently above my shoulders but told her the problems I was having with my really thick hair. She cut my hair, shaped it, thinned it out and used the current cutting techniques. I typically get my hair cut every 4-6 weeks...but she told me based on the cut I wanted she recommended that I need to llet it grow and come back in three months. This way my hair can grown into it's shape. Then she can clean it up and thin it out if needed. She also took the time to help me with the new eyebrow styles. Gave me tips on products to use and the do's and dont's when filling them in. That was a huge thing for me since I typically fill them in pretty heavy. Also gave me a few make up tips on base color to use. I did ask her about this stuff and she provided me with all sorts of helpful information. Very pleased with my experience with Ivvonne. I am scheduled in three months to see her again and looking forward to my appointment. Highly recommend to go see her.. Thank you Ivonne!!!!

Well since she did a good job I made an appt today for 1:45, I was there 5 minutes early and a black girl said she'd be with me in a minute, 25 minutes later as my husband and I sat waiting, she sat at the front desk talking and showing pictures with her previous client. This is not okay by any stretch of the imagination. When I said excuse me, just cancel my appt she said you have an appt with me, I said yes at 1:45. She said come sit down and I'll give you 50% off. To say I was extremely satisfied is an understatement. My hairdresser, Nina, was not only exceptionally friendly and careful throughout the two-hour process, but also the end result just left me speechless. At first, I didn't have high hopes for my new hair look since it originally already seemed a little damaged by the edges but after opting for a dark brown wavy balayage, it actually looked absolutely amazing!! I will definitely come back here again (perhaps do another color because this one girl next to me did gray and it looked pretty bomb as well) so I think yall should really give it a try if you're in the area!
