love this hair salon! Marci does an amazing job with hair color, cut and style! She is wonderful.

I have been going to Marci for 13 years. She treats every client like family. I love that she uses high quality products. She is always flexible to my schedule. I work in New York and Texas. I drive an hour each way for Marci to do my color and cuts. My daughter says that no one cuts her hair like Marci. She always makes sure it is styled exactly like I like it. I will never go to anyone else. Marci is the best. read more

I randomly stopped in here last November because I was in desperate need of a cut and partial highlight. The result was great - I got so many compliments. Since then, I have been back to Posh 2-3 times with great results. Prices are very reasonable and the salon is modern and clean. Very friendly and attentive owner (who is also the stylist who does my hair). read more

I just found posh salon and spa, marci is amazing! She fixed my layers that have been in bad shape for sometime, she was honest about what I needed to get done. At the same time she actually listened to what I wanted to do, that's the first time anyone has ever listen to me while getting my cut hair here in the Houston area. read more

I am spoiled, I used to live in LA and as many know we have the best hairstylists there. When I moved to Katy I wasn't sure if I was going to find someone as good...well, I did. Marci is professional, kind, caring. she wants to make every customer happy and she does accomplish that. She has a lot of experience and it shows in the quality of the work! read more

I went to Fabulous Hair by Jenny, Suite 106. Jenny is awesome hairstylist!! She never says no to my requests and thick long hair, and she gave me a new look. I am very satisfied how she treated me and my hair! I can't wait to go back there. She is also very kind and loveable person read more

Great stylist and massage therapist !!! Recommended spa and salon for anyone who wants to look and feel good !!

Victoria took care of me today, and did a wonderful job!! I've been trying to dye my hair gradually back to blonde after going black, and she definitely helped lighten it today without over- damaging my hair! I'll definitely be back to continue this process with her. She explained everything before starting and even though I was nervous, I let her do her thing and it came out better than I expected. read more

Marcie is loud and pushy. She bullied a friend of mine into a hair cut and color. I would not recommend her.

I would not recommend Luz, she is late with the appointments and does not show commitment with the clients.

Just moved here from out of state and have not been able to find anyone who could do what I wanted. Marci was great! She took the time to really understand what I wanted, and then explained back to me what I would get so that she knew we were on the same page. I got base color with full highlights and a lopsided angled bob, and she nailed it. It is also worth mentioning that she was fast and extremely pleasant. The facility is clean and the products they use are quality. This will be my new for sure. read more

Kelly Farrow is amazing!! I would never consider going to anyone else. She has highlighted my hair twice and both times my hair turned out beautiful! Aside from being amazing at her job, I love her fun and friendly personality. Both times I've left feeling great and the best part is I felt like I just made a new good friend. Thank you Kelly for spending the extra time flat ironing and styling my hair even though it was after hours, you went above and beyond to make sure I left the salon with perfect looking hair. Go see Kelly, you will not be disappointed. I can't say enough about her other than she is amazing at her job and as a person. Can't wait for my next appointment. read more

I went to Posh based on great reviews on Yelp. I made an appointment for brushed in or bayalage highlights (I wasn't certain what to call what I wanted, but I had several photos for reference) a haircut and a keratin treatment. When I arrived the salon was extremely clean, stylish and products were neatly displayed. The girl at the front, who would also end up being my stylist was nice. I'm not certain if she was new or not, but when I asked for a glass of wine (which they do offer as a beverage) she seemed surprised and wasn't sure where the wine was kept or if they had any. No big deal, she found the wine and we sat down to consult before she began. I showed her 3 photos of brunettes with sparsely placed highlights ( I am...or was brunette ). She told me it was baylage highlights that I wanted and really looked over the photos. I showed her photos of how I wanted my haircut (with photos), just about 2 inches off the bottom. Before we began I asked what the cost would be so I would know from the start. My stylist and another stylist there were both very unsure of pricing as they looked it up on the front desk computer. They didn't know because the manager was out sick. I thought this was very unprofessional for a salon this nice. I expect prices to be something you have memorized and can tell me immediately based on my consult. As she brushed in my highlights I kept asking if she was leaving enough brown because I wanted a natural look. She said yes. Then she cut it and performed the keratin treatment to the ends. When it was done I had straight dirty blonde hair, dark roots and my hair felt very damaged. I made the mistake of saying it was ok, I paid 170.00 and a 20.00 tip. I went home and realized my haircut was completely uneven and my hair looked nothing like the photos. I called back the very next day to tell them I was not happy and needed it fixed. They said ok and scheduled me for the next week. I stewed over the weekend and became increasingly upset that I paid such high prices for such horrible hair. I called that Tuesday and spoke with the manager and said I wanted to come in and have another stylist fix my hair. The manager was very nice and said she was glad I called and to come back in. So I did. The stylist who "fixed" my hair didn't seem too alarmed at the one inch tufts sticking out from my haircut on both sides, and she seemed very annoyed she was doing my hair. I also showed her the photo I showed the first stylist of what I wanted. My hair was blonde, the woman in the photo had brown hair. The stylist looked at me and said, " its because your hair is straight and hers is curled, thats why you think it looks different" I sat there blankly. My hair was clearly completely different and wrong compared to the photo. I knew she wanted nothing to do with my from that moment on. I was uncomfortable. When she completed putting more brown in my hair and she washed it, she sat me in her chair and my hair was dripping wet still, she looked at me and said, " ok so do you want to just leave it like this?" She was ready to get me out the door. This made me very upset as you know you can't tell what your color looks like when your head is sopping wet. I told her to dry it and she did. It was moderately better. I tipped her 20.00 because I know she was not getting paid to fix my hair and so I was trying to be nice. I have never had this kind of experience. I moved from Austin and paid 200.00 for my hair there and it was a very nice salon so I expected to pay that much, I also had excellent service and the best hair I could ask for. I would never return to Posh. I find them to be unprofessional and was very disappointed at the skill set. I could understand if I went to a super cuts and asked for bayalage highlights and cut, but I didn't, I went to a high class salon for a reason and I got horrible results. While this is not a representation of all stylists at this salon, based on my horrible outcomes, twice, I can not recommend this salon ever. All stylists should know the pricing, they should also be ready to offer any beverage from your selection, they should be able to look at photos when provided and deliver a comparable result and a haircut for 60.00 should NEVER have sections that are 1 inch longer. And if you are willing to color correct a patrons hair, you should always be willing to send them out the door with dry hair so that they can see the color and so that you can examine it as well. $200.00 down the drain in my opinion read more

Posh Salon & Spa - Photo I provided on the left and photo of my hair on the right. Also uneven haircut, note the tuft by my neck - Hair Salons Near Me - Katy, Texas

Marci is Amazing! It is almost impossible to find a stylist that actually listens to you. She takes the time to examine your hairs condition and offer honest and helpful suggestions. I'm not one to do reviews. However I know how difficult it is to find a stylist you can trust. I have been driving over 20 miles for the last 5+ years to go to a stylist and paying $85 a cut. For the last few months I've been searching for a salon in Cinco Ranch. On a whim I called Posh after driving by and noticing it next to the Empanada House on Mason road. The salon has only been open a few weeks. I was informed that they were offering a grand opening special of 50% off one service on your first visit. I nervously scheduled an appointment for a haircut. All of that worry was for nothing. My hair looks and feels amazing. After the appointment I went home. My daughter was so impressed with my new haircut she scheduled an appointment for the same day. Yes, she was absolutely thrilled with her cut too. I am so happy to have a wonderful new stylist that is $20 less a cut and 20 miles closer. Do yourself a favor schedule an appointment now. This lady is going to be busy. I've already scheduled my next appointment. read more

Very nice salon and staff; however, overpriced for what you get! Color and cut will cost you over $260.00. Stylist will not give you what you ask for. They cut what they want to cut. Prices are vague on website. They will not give you a price until they finish and way too much! read more

Before seeing Kelly, I had never been 100% satisfied with a haircut from anywhere. Now I can go in for an appointment, sit back and relax, and know that everything will be perfect at the end. I can't recommend Kelly enough! read more

I have been extremely happy with my hair since coming to Posh Salon now for about 9 months. The owner Marci is amazing in both cut and color. I get my massages done by Chandra at this salon. She is fabulous and has a very good understanding of physiology, which make her massages phenomenal . I decided to try out the hair part of salon today after my massage. Wow!!!....I received a wonderful eyebrow threading, haircut and coloring by Marci. I am getting married in 5 weeks and wanted a natural look. I couldn't believe how great I looked afterwards. Marci did such a fabulous job! She listened to me and gave me a look that I am very please with. Marci and Chandra are wonderful. You won't be disappointed. read more

We enjoy Marci and her new salon very much! She knows how to handle curly hair which can be hard to find. We love the new Posh salon and it's location. So central and easy to get too. Inconsistent pricing. Every time I go, the a Express Keratin treatment price changes & explanation as to why makes no sense. Love the results of the treatment, but wash, cut and style are nothing to write home about, especially for the price. read more

Attention Katy, Cross Creek and Fulshear!! I hesitate to tell you how incredible Marci is as a colorist, stylist and consultant on what you want your hair to be. ( I hesitate because I had rather keep it a secret so that she will always be available to me.!) She is the new kid on the block , but she is not new as a hair stylist. After visiting another salon, I was unhappy with my color and my cut. After a very convincing consultation with Marci, I knew she understood what I wanted. I am happier than I have ever been with my style, and (oh my!) the highlights are beautiful. Marci takes the time to listen, she takes the time to try to please. Marci uses Kerastase products that are gentle on the hair. I usually leave a salon wet because no one ever pleases me. Not here - she blew it dry and I was so happy. Ok. Now the secret is out! Go! Make an appointment for the holidays. Be happy! I certainly am. read more
