The worst place for waxing . They shouldn't offer it. They didn't wax from the root and probably the worst place I ever ever been to waxing . Really upset. Eyebrows were great though. Though the girl amber, was not nice and didn't want to hear me out . Rushed me and was just not someone I would ever want to see again. She made faces when I was trying to get my Brazilian wax. amber is anazing. she fixed my eyebrows after other ladies messed them up and accidentally would thread certain hairs off then claim it was already like that. but amber saved my brows and reshaped them correctly. read more

Poor Customer Service and Communication I called ahead and asked what time they closed. The lady told me 7pm. When I got there, she told me 5 pm. She said I can't even take you cause I have two people ahead still, and we close at 5pm. First, she tried to deny that I talked to her. I showed her my phone call and even verified her phone number. Then she said she was too busy. It wasn't even 5pm yet. Own up to your mistakes. Don't be rude and dismiss your customers. read more

I get my eyebrows threaded here about every other week. It's usually very quiet even on weekends. And even if there's 2-3 people ahead of me... I'm there no longer than 30 minutes. One time I was the only one there and I was in and out in probably 5 minutes haha. Threading is a little painful for me, but it's worth it. They do a great job and I always look and feel awesome afterwards :) they're very friendly, too! $7 is a great deal for eyebrow threading! read more

I've been going to Yasmeen for 7+ years to do my eyebrows and my hair color and, as of lately, getting my hair cut, as well. I love everyone at the salon, Selena, Amber, and Rani, have done my brows and Selena does my hair. I consider all of them my friends. They are very nice, they do a beautiful job, and it's very inexpensive. I recommend Yasmeen Salon 100%. read more

They do such a good job here. Sanitary and they are always nice. I think that they charge a reasonable $7 eyebrow threading, as opposed to the terrible $10-15 "mall versions" of salon threaders. I already do, and will continue to recommend this place. I didn't rate a 5 only because they usually have only 1-2 ladies working there, and as they grow the wait gets longer. I am new to town and was looking for a place to get my eyebrows threaded and saw this place while driving by. Will never go back there. My skin was cut in so many places and had black marks for a few days. It hurt so bad while she did it too. Please treat clients with a little more care! read more

I used to love the service until today. I love the results and friendly setting but that ended today. I went in, put my name on the list as usual and took my seat. There was a bit of a line and only one lady working. Two other customers came in signed the list and sat down. Once it was my turn one of the ladies that came in after went and sat in the chair right away. I let it go, I'd go next. Once she was done I stood up and so did her friend, the lady working asked if I was there before them and I said yes, the friend said no. I asked "isn't there a list? I'm on the list". The lady working said no and went to thread the friend. If I hadn't been pressed for time I would have gotten into it and left but I needed the service and to be on my way. They paid and left, I got my brows done, didn't even want to stay for lip as I usually do. When it came time to pay I see the sign in sheet where I clearly wrote my name followed by the two ladies that cut in front of me. Again I brought up the sign in sheet and was told no while shaking her head, I said "I know I was here before them, they came after" she just shook her head while running my card. I asked "soo are you just not doing the list anymore" again she shook her head. Why have a sign in list if you're not going to use it? I usually tip very well 70% because of the service and results but not today. Ripped up my punch card when I got to my car. Won't be back again, today was just appalling. I'll be searching for a new establishment for my threading. read more

I have been here a few times, including the location near katy mills. Both locations have managed to give me very strange shaped eyebrows. One time i went, they ended up completely uneven. I always end up having to grow them out which is no use because the lady goes over it again, even when i distinctly tell her to NOT thread certain areas. I always end up going back since their aren't many threading salons near me. I have been growing my eyebrows out since May and just went and got them done there today. They look terrible. I did not want to be rude and say anything, but i will never be going back. On the flip side, they are all really nice and the prices are great. read more
