I have been a loyal customer for 2 years and I always get a "Brazilian" or "Armpit" wax. My last visit I wanted to do a full bikini and it was brought to my attention that the labia hair is not removed after my appointment. I felt uncomfortable and called to request a clean up. They told me moving forward if I want all hair removed from the front they will charge me for a brazilian ($65) which in my opinion is "cutting corners" with pricing and service. Reason being is that I do NOT want a butt strip. At European Wax Center they only charge me ($56) for a FULL bikini up to my standards. I also came by today wanting to purchase their "clarifying" spray because I do enjoy their line of products. The front desk lady had no interest on helping me look for the product and I walked out without my purchase I wanted. I'am disappointed with the company and will no longer be giving my business here. They charged me for canceling an appointment shortly after the appointment but only apologized when they didn't notify me when I booked an appointment with a person who called out on the day of my appointment! That's one sided! I called Sunday for an appointment. They had openings but the person I preferred was not available until Monday late afternoon. Despite having original plans to save Monday to prepare for early business travel on Tuesday, I agreed to come in on Monday late afternoon. Upon arrival I was called back by someone name Briana (i think). After informing here I had an appointment with Taylor, she apologized and said she called out. What! This is my second time coming to this location, being that I loved my experience the first time there I returned. The first time I got my Brazilian wax it took weeks to notice any type of growth. Now I returned on 5/19 for my second Brazilian wax. Today 5/25 I'm noticing growth back on several different spots while other spots are smooth. I called this location earlier today to get this situated and the receptionist said "I don't know what you want me to do, that's how your hair grows". Completely unprofessional and understanding on the situation when it's not my first time there and I know how fast my hair grows judging from my first experience there. I used to shave, yes not the best, then I tried waxing, which was better but I didn't get the best results, the anticipated ones, so I tried sugaring. Sugaring is more organic, and better for your skin. Not only did I get minimal irritation, but after a week, I still have hardly any hair growth. I initially really liked coming to this cute establishment and I've been here about 5 times with zero complaints until now. Their so called business policies are complete trash. Isabel who works the front desk called me yesterday to remind me of my appt for today. I told her I couldn't make it and I needed to reschedule but would call back because I was driving. Next day I get a $30 charge for no show. I call their number and spoke to the manager Noelle who I explain the misunderstanding to and this lady had the nerve to tell me that because I said reschedule and not cancel Isabel left the appt on the calendar. Well now who's fault is that?? Sounds like Isabel owes you $30 not me. The word rescheduling means I cannot make the current scheduled appt and if your receptionist can't comprehend basic instructions then she shouldnt be allowed to world the front desk until shes trained better. In addition to refusing my refund, Noelle wouldn't accept responsibility for her employees mistake and instead tried her very best to convince me that because I didn't say the word cancel it was reason enough to charge me a no-show fee and if I wanted a refund I would have to contact the corporate office. Complete trash. I'm clearly not coming back but for future reference, a good business gesture would have been to credit me the $30 towards my next appt (that I was rescheduling anyways) for her mistake and all would have been fine. As a manager of any establishment you should always try and make it right with the customer before anything. The last thing I want to do with my life is call their corporate office to complain about this franchise's employees, business policies, all while asking for a $30 refund, yet here we are. read more

She engages in conversation to help distract you while she waxes and pressing down so there's as little pain as comes with waxing to make the experience worth it.
