I am so hurt and frustrated. I love coming to this place but I have had to complain too many times. I thought I was getting the builder gel and I'm not sure why she seemingly did shellac. Six hours later, I wake up after going home and relaxing and my nails are chipping. To top it off I am leaving the country in two hours and this is how I have to go. I am so upset. I think I'm gonna have to just stop coming. I noticed the last three times Stephanie rushed through my nails I don't know what's going on if they're trying to get home or they're just trying to get more clients, but it was only 5 o'clock. I usually go to Venetian Nails for regular manicure/pedicure, last time i went for freestyle and had a deign in my mind. Peggy was my nail artist and she did an excellent job! Bunch of my friends went to thsi plaace because they loved my nails. Last week i went in there for another freestyle, i had exact picture in my mind... this time in absence of peggy, Rachel was assgned. I went there around 6:10 PM so maybe it was almost closing time, i felt it was a little rushed towards the end and she def did not do the exact design as i showed in the picture, it came out pretty dark and design was not carefully done neither was it visible! I did paid full price for design but not satisfied! I definitely would recommend going in early if you are looking to go for design nails and Peggy is your girl! On positive side, if you are going to pedicure and want to get full treatment worth money spent ask for Loc. This is my 4th time coming here, but I will never come back again. I showed the owner the photo of what I like, and asked him how much that will going to be. It's French nail so just pink and white acrylic and a silver lining underneath the white, he said it's $67. But the prices changed when you're ready to pay, from $67 to $80. I asked why? and he said because of shaping it and the design of the silver line. The nail tech that did my nails aren't nice either. My mom and I tried Ventian on a whim when our regular shop was closed and fell in love! The shop is absolutely emaculant and very pretty. Full bar available as well. Staff is very friendly and nice. All four technicians that did our manicures and pedicures were very professional and friendly. Even when I showed the girls a difficult design that I wanted! Came to Venetian for a shellac pedicure. The lady who did my pedicure applied the overlay slanted - I asked a few times if it would be made even and each time she seemed agitated. After the shellac was applied, I noticed how crooked the overlay was and asked again if she could make it even. she then started speaking in her native tongue very loudly and seemed agitated. She then said I should come back another day to get my toe fixed and I declined, I'd rather get it fixed whilst I'm there, especially because my work day is very hectic. The gentleman at the front came over and seemed petty disinterested in what I was explaining. I decided to cut my pedicure short and pay/leave. At the front, he tried to charge me full price even though I never received by paraffin wax or rest of deluxe spa treatment. I haven't ever felt so uncomfortable when getting a pedicure. Do not recommend coming here for nail work. Quality and Service just aren't worth it. read more

Jenny especially took wonderful care of me during my pedicure. My dip manicure lasted me 3-4 weeks last time and looked great the entire time. My regular polish pedicure lasted over a month. WOULD DEFINITELY COME BACK! Just tried out this new nail salon and my experience was beyond expectations. Everything is so fancy and clean. The staff was very nice and informative. Mai did my ombre dipping powder and all the snowflakes designs was done by Mimi. Mai is very professional and skilled. She knows for sure what she's doing, which is very good because I don't want anything bad to happen to my actual nails. She did it very thin and smooth so it looks more natural. The level of details that Mimi could do was insane. Take a close look. There're different kinds of snowflakes on all my nails. She actually drew them all by hand. So creative! They even offered me a huge discount for 20% at the end. It was very busy though this place is so big so you might need to book appointments early to make sure you have a spot. read more

I went in for a shellac mani/pedi. As soon as i sat in the chair, I showed the lady a pic of the French manicure I wanted. I asked if she could do it in pink. She said yes. The nail service was going ok but the pedI was going downhill. Whatever chemical that was used started burning my skin. I said my foot is burning. MY FOOT IS BURNING! Really no reaction from the tech at all. The burn eventually started to fade. Then when the lady started to paint my nails, she started painting the whole nail. I said, I want a French manicure, remember the picture? Now she doesn't umderstand what I'm saying! Frustrated I said just paint them. It's a terrible paint job. And the pedi has about 6 coats of shellac and looks like a bubble on my toes. $90 wasted. They will never get another dollar! read more

I was referred by a friend to come here because they close at 7:30. We live in Weston Lakes so getting off at 6pm (working from home), I gotta rush after work to a salon. So I get there at 6:40 and was told I can't be seen because employees have left and the others aren't available. How does a business close at 7:30 but can't see clients at 6:40. I got a mani dip power and pedi with regular nail polish. Nail polish from toes rubbed off the next day and my acrylic nails only lasted a week and a half before breaking. Even though I asked for a dipping powder manicure they were wanting to seal them with gel, I don't like the UV light so I told them no gel. They took about 10 mins to figure out how to finish off the nails and what ever they used aged and turned yellow after 3 days. read more
