I was looking for a good nail salon in the Katy area and finally found THE ONE! My girlfriend and I went in for a little self-care girls' day, and we were beyond impressed. The staff was incredibly attentive and welcoming from the moment we walked in. They paid amazing attention to detail on both our manicures and pedicures. Not rushed at all, and very focused on getting everything just right. I tried Gel-X for the first time and I'm so happy with how it turned out. Super natural-looking, clean, and strong! My friend opted for acrylics with a gorgeous custom design. You can see her design in the photo. It came out beautifully.
Wish I could say that I was happy with my service. Everybody was super friendly and that's great but good service but lacking results does not for a good vibe make so I went in asking for milky, pink, hombre, cat eye coffin, nails that is definitely not what I got. The young lady was very unsure of herself. She says that her cat eyes never turned out that we could do something different. If it didn't work out I said OK however I got there at 11:30 and I left at 1:30 so that included a full set and a pedicure, I just was not willing to wait to do something different after I just gotten my nails done. The pricing was outrageous. I paid $211 and that included tip total charge was 183 for a pedicure. I understand that my pedicure was gonna be more because it was gel, however, was not aware that my nails were gonna cost me $90 because they're custom so all in all the shape is not right. It's just long rectangle does not look coughing at all, my left pinky nail is completely undersized versus my right pinky nail, so unfortunately, I'm not gonna be able to recommend them as far as the pedicure. It was extremely thorough. I would probably go back for the pedicure. I just definitely would not go back for my nails Super disappointed
In my quest to find my nail spa in Katy(I'm recently relocated) I think I might have found the place. Gel toes but dip powder French with chrome- what a mouthful but BB did a fantastic job with the shape and keeping it thin and flat!
Went here Saturday on my work break to show off the amazing nail salon I was bragging about. Showed the picture I wanted and he said he understood. Told him I wanted the same Nail length. He cut my Nails so short they are as short as my real nails. So I told him not to do the design anymore. The polish I told him to do is not even all over the nail. And it was $70 for nails that don't look good and was not what I wanted.

Rose and Tina provided excellent service. I love that the second I walked through the door I was greeted by several of the employees. The salon is clean and they use non-reusable tools. I've searched for a great salon for a while now and I think I found it here! Rose's attention to detail & precision is that of an artist, she provided exactly what I asked for with my set & eyebrows, I'm over the moon with contentment. Tina did an amazing job with my toes and almost put ne to sleep with the massage she gave me! Loved it!! I'll definitely be back! I highly recommend this salon!!
I usually hate my nails. They're small and thin and polish always peels off in hours. But I've gone here several times recently and been extremely happy with the results. They listen, very clean and friendly. I will be back.
I am beyond picky with my nails. I had recently had them done elsewhere and was not satisfied as they were unable to create the design I requested. After searching for the right place to fix my nails I stumbled upon Monarch and made a visit. Service was fast, nail tech was able to create the design I requested and I walked out loving my nails. I will be making the drive to make this my new nail place!

After deciding not to go to my usual nail place I've been frequenting for the last 3 times I decided to find a better option since the place I was going to was overcharging me. I found Monarch here on Yelp and read reviews and was impressed with most reviews being positive so I made an appointment last night to get a full set. Without even needing to ask the appointment website gives you the price for full set "$45" When I arrived at my appointment the place was nice, the ladies in there were nice as well and I really liked my nails. My husband paid while I washed my hands, on the way home I come to find out he was charged $75 for my full set. I understand the price would be raised if u added any designs to my nails and I believe designs are $6 but even if they charged each nail for the French tip I got that wouldn't be the correct price. My poor husband unknown what the price was supposed to be tipped $12 and paid a total of $87. I would have never even tipped knowing I was getting charged almost twice of what the actual price was. I was very disappointed in this and sad to say although I really liked the service they provided me they are taking advantage and lying to people about their prices. If I wouldn't haven't known what they would charge me I would've just been like oh well that what I get for not asking but they told me the price themselves so I'm very very disappointed. I do not recommend this place at all.
First time visiting, I saw high reviews for Khloe on Yelp so she is who I tried. The salon is cute. My cons: I came in already with natural round shaped nails, however I was told to keep the sharp of the nails I already have it would be an extra $5 -which was wild to me. However if I were to cut my natural nails and just do a short square shape there wouldn't be a charge. I asked for my cuticles to be cut, in which they were for an extra $5 (which is fine). My issue was there were no sterilized tools used to cut my cuticles - so that was wild definitely with us still being in a pandemic. There is a small and limited color selection for SNS/dip. Pros: Khloe meets the hype of her raving reviews. She is super talented and truly passionate about her work. My nails came out great. I'm not sure if I would visit again, but for anyone in the area looking for something Khloe is the person to go to.
Fantastic service & work done on my mani/pedi. I got French tip on my toes & a design on my acrylic hands. They are really good at doing nail art! Parking - within the plaza Chole did my Nail art and Alex did my nails the 2nd time!

My first visit here was in February before I went on vacation. I normally do my own nails but wanted to feel a little pampered. I got a pedicure and manicure (requested builder gel on my natural nails). I wanted a natural base with the polish I picked out but I was asked so many questions that felt like they were directing me to choose a white background. Fine. But when she put POLY GEL on my nails instead of builder gel, my mind was blown. These are 2 completely different products. I let it go bc again, I wanted to relax before vacation. My pedicure was okay. Before she even put the top coat on, I could see a missed spot on my toes bc there was no dry time between coats. Fresh "builder gel" set and pedicure with tip came out to ~$130. I only returned a second time out of sheer curiosity bc I wanted to see how they would do a BUILDER GEL refill on a POLY GEL set. But they used poly gel again. I wanted this simple line work design. Idk how much they charged bc I wasn't told and their receipts are not itemized. There is also no pricing list / menu available to customers. A refill with the design and tip came out to $115. I cannot bring myself to come back to this salon. There's no confirmation of pricing, I asked for a specific service and received the wrong product. Everyone I've interacted with there is friendly and it's a pretty salon but there's a lack of transparency that I can't get on board with. read more

GOOD prices and Rose ATE with my nails. The designs and the colors etc were perfect, PLUS they did a real good job on my cuticles. A luxurious experience and super relaxing for sure especially since they offer drinks 10/10 read more

After deciding not to go to my usual nail place I've been frequenting for the last 3 times I decided to find a better option since the place I was going to was overcharging me. Trying to get that Hailey Bieber glazed donut pearl shine nail (whatever you want to call it) and they did it so right!! It's so subtle so beautiful imma cry and it would defiantly be my wedding nail in the future. The formula: acrylic + powder, nude/pink to white ombré + chrome powder. They may not recognize from that name but show them what you want and they can try to replicate. read more

This place is amazing and the people are what makes me keep coming back! I have been going here for 3 years and ALWAYS have the best experience. When I first came here I was nervous because you never know when trying out a new nail shop but I'm SO HAPPY I did! Immaculate vibes, outstanding work and reasonably priced! ALL the ladies are awesome and extremely skillful. However, some special ones that come to mind are Khloe, Tammy and Lani! Every time I walked out happy with my new set and pedi! I love my front desk ladies as well!!! Always warm and welcoming. I moved about 45 minutes away at a point in time and refused to find another nail shop because I love them so much! I don't know why it took me so long to write this review lol. Show them lots of love!!! You won't regret it! :) Below are some of my favorite sets they have done. read more

Receptionist was a young lady with great hospitality. She added to the great service I received that day. My nail techs were very thorough and paid a lot of attention to detail when working on my nails. They took their time and would ask questions to make sure all was ok. I went on a busy Sunday so it was packed but it was worth it! When you go to get your nails done make sure you give respect and patience you would want someone to give you. (: read more

Highly recommend ordering a glass of wine. They didn't skimp. Have you ever seen a nail salon top you off like this? Then my girl, Khloe, did not magic on my hands for my bachelorette party. Finally, Tammie gave me a Brazilian wax that was as painless as could be. Total cost was $120 and I was happy to pay it. Definitely will be back. Thank you, ladies! read more

A1 service! They were very busy but really did their best to get everything and everyone's service done in a timely manner. They offer refreshments during your service as well. The entire shop is beautiful, the ambiance is very relaxing, they played classical music at a very soothing tone. Tammy and get staff we patient, efficient and kind. I really enjoyed my services. She's also my mother's friend/neighbor but that was my first time going with her. read more
