I was able to get a same day appointment for two pedis. I have tried a time or two before and they were busy, which I took to be a good sign. It certainly was! Best experience at a nail salon EVER! Every employee was wonderful. We both got the classic pedicure. Lan and Kim took their time and did a beautiful job! We had mimosas and water while we enjoyed our pedicures. The owner (sorry I didn't catch her name!) Greeted us when we first got there and was very nice. We will certainly be returning and have our new salon so close to home! I went to the mall location. Very unhappy, besides getting a sub par job done with my dip, I had to chose 6 different colors before they had it in stock. I have natural nails and 2 of my nails ended up thin from her filing to much and the wrong way. I always shape square oval. Now I have to wait quite a while for my nails to grow to get the proper shape back. Then I get sat at a table and it was nasty dirty al around the floor. Dirt, tip and nail clippings everywhere. It looked like it was more then a few days of not sweeping. Once I leave and get home, my son looks at me and asks "What on earth is on your new shirt"? (I just bought this shirt yesterday and went from my home to the salon the right back home) There is black dirt in the shirt where I sat on it. I'm very upset that now my nails are messed up and now my shirt is ruined. read more

I got my nails/feet down last Friday 9/27. I walked in as they were closing and at first they turned me around. Then, the nail tech walked outside and told me they would take my mani & pedi as I'm a regular costumer. I love their work and how they treat their customers. Tran and Anne did my nails and I really appreciated their kindness as this saved me a lot of time trying to find another salon last minute that I trust as I had an event to attend on Saturday. My favorite nail techs that I've been going to for years is Tein, Tam and Tran. I was charged $65 for my nails which not sure why it was that expensive- I didn't need tips put on, I already had them on so the color was just being taken off and putting on shellac and reshape. My shellac also started peeling after 1 week. Don't think it was worth the money if the top coat was going to chip. The lady who did my pedicure however was very sweet and nice. Im new to the area so i was looking for somewhere to get a mani pedi, found this place in apple maps and had good reviews so i decided to give them a shot. The 2 people that did my nails acted like they had somewhere to be even though they still had 2 hrs till close. They did everything in a rush and did not even clean under my nails!! After years of bad experiences at nail salons, I finally found a good one! I was so nervous it would be bad experience like what I've had elsewhere that I had to work up the courage to go in and was super nervous, but I'm sooo glad I did. Years of fear and anxiety have been unraveled. Serena did my nails, and was so gentle and lovely to my hands, and she was able to do exactly what I wanted even though I had trouble communicating. Then when I came Sunday,August 29,2021 that's when I came into the shop again since the Pandemic to finally get my toes done. They charged me $50 since I got the classic pedicure and shellac on my toes. The lady did a quick job but didn't get into my calluses(since I'm constantly on my feet at work) on my feet. I had a really hard time deciding the how many stars to give them so I'll start with all the good stuff.. 1. VERY friendly staff, everyone was very nice and offered me a cookie and something to drink! yum! 2. BEST acrylic nails I've ever had so far! They didn't shave too much around my nail like a lot of places do to where you can see where the fake nails end and my real ones begin which is so annoying and took very good care in making sure all nails matched! LOVED IT! 3. Pedicure was good, once again very very nice staff and my nails looked beautiful! 4. I came on a Saturday and got seated right away plus they're open on Sundays! :) 5. Inside was very chic, never seen a nail place like it, they played great music and it was an overall relaxing experience! Now the bad.. The only bad thing I have to say is the price. What I had to pay for a delux pedicure there included the same things as a basic pedicure everywhere else :/ And the acrylics were a lot more as well which I wouldn't have minded so much since they did come out awesome! except I wanted a simple black outline of a butterfly or flower on 2 of my nails and she couldn't do it without a picture which I regrettably couldn't find at the time however I've been to many nail places and gotten the same accent on my toes and they've done it without a problem no picture required... First let me say that I called her last week in a panic as I was going out of town and being new to the area, my first nail salon experience was less than stellar. I am not a frequent customer, but whenever I go in, I am greeted by name and usually get a chair right away even without an appointment. My cousin and I found this hidden nail salon while cruising through the town. It was beautiful when we walked in. The techs greeted us and offered to view their menu. Kinda pricey, but worth it. They offer drinks and snacks. It's just a great place to relax and enjoy yourself. The only down fall is that they do not have a wide selection of nail polish to choose from. this establishment does give beautiful nails, but some workers seem to chip my nails in store while I get them done. I have been here multiple times and every time I go I always have a new blotch or imperfection on my nail. So first let me say I loved the decor of the place and how nice everyone was. I had the sweet three pedi and mani and I upgraded to shellac both my pedi and mani. So the reason I am giving 4 and not 5 stars is because my big toe nail pretty much wiped off as soon as I left. But other than that everything else was great.
