I had an unplanned pedicure. Service was prompt, I got an appointment the same day I called. The ambiance was serene, just like the name says. Great service, the nail specialist was quiet but very good at what she does. read more

Third visit today. Always such a lovely experience. I recommend making an appointment - they'll be ready to welcome you!

I'm in customer service so i get what's it's like to just want to go home on time. I walked in an hour before they closed and they refused to service me. Which is fine. There was only two people in there getting there nails done, so them being " busy " is just a nice way to say no. I actually didn't even need a full pedicure. I just actually needed a color change which was probably going to take them less then 15 mins to do. The lady was rude and i won't ever come back here. I went up the street and they happily accepted me and my money. Thank you custom nails :) read more

I moved to the area about 4 Months ago. I needed to find a new nail shop so decided to check this place out. Every single nail technician is amazing! They are all so sweet. My hands and toes look amazing every time. Of course as time went on I gained my favorite technicians. So Emily and Anne are my favorite but like I said everyone does an amazing job! And of course, most importantly, the nail shop is CLEAN! read more

I have been searching for a new nail home, going to places that were rude to me when I was 9 months pregnant. I was driving all the way to Galveston where my family lived to get my nails done. I finally gave Serenity Nails a try, let me just say I LOVE them! The atmosphere, from the beautiful lavender flowers, ambiance of Mariah Carey in the back ground and the food network on the televisions I was in heaven. I never once had to busy myself with my phone or check the time. My nail technician that did my nails was amazing, she was meticulous about her job. She did a phenomenal job, I'm feel bad that I didn't get her name but will do on my next visit. read more

First time coming here and I had a fantastic experience. Warmly greeted as I walked in and was asked what services I wanted. I went in for a mani and pedi. Selected my dip powder and polish for my toes. The ladies who did my mani and pedi were super friendly and did an amazing job. The only negative comment I have is that I was expecting to have my cuticles trimmed and nails filed. Didn't get any of that and didn't get any sort of hand massage. I'll definitely be going back though! read more

I haven't had my nails done in years and these guys seemed to have good reviews . I originally just planned to get French tips but I snapped 2 nails the morning of . They were able to apply 2 tips and match them perfectly, you can't even tell which ones I broke unless you flip my nails over . Emily helped me and she was so gentle but thorough. I used to get my nails a lot when I was younger but from memory she's the best I've gone too. My nails don't feel sensitive, or hurt even though my one nail was hurt from snapping it . Everything is even , and carefully done . read more

I sat down and got started. This salon is very clean with lots of polish colors to choose from. Cindy did an excellent job on my nails and paid very close attention to detail while doing my nails. This is my new favorite nail salon!!! They are so kind!! I'm new to living in Katy and needed a salon near me for my baby shower. My priority, though, was a foot massage (let's just be honest. My feet have been pretty swollen and hey, I can't see them anyways). Well I felt pretty terrible because about half way through... I had to use the bathroom. They dried my feet off and let me go... then came back and restarted the massage! Yes. I was the pregnant girl who started snoring while getting her nails done. Once I went over to let my toes dry... she asked me if I wanted a neck massage. UMMM WHAT?! YES PLEASE. Boom. Fell asleep again. Oh... and my nails looked perfect btw! My forever favorite spot!! read more

My boyfriend went in, set an appointment for me and my best friend. Two facials & massages. He prepaid. They told him it was $190. He put it on a gift card, set the appointment, & set us on our way. Me and my best friend get our treatments. It was great. So fantastic. We felt so comfortable. Everything was so relaxing and at how we preferred it to be. Just so great. We go to checkout with my gift card, and we still owe $60. My boyfriend told them what we wanted and that it was for 2 people. I don't understand how the prices changed. Especially when he asked to prepay, & they put it on a gift card for us. I let it go. Took care of the $60. That's my only complaint with the experience. I will come back, but the person who made the appt will be there. read more

Never rushed and always satisfied!! The staff here really takes their time with each customer. Not with just me but it's shown their the serenity of their shop and business. I appreciate the detail to attention. Thanks!! Nicole read more

Very nice and clean. My friend recommended it as it's the only place she goes to and swears by them. Her nails always look great. I got the cucumber pedicure. The leg massage was more of rubbing lotion on my legs and not an actual massage. I know some people like that but I prefer a little more but not a deal breaker. I wish they had prices for kids like other local salons. Overall they did a very nice job and I'll definitely go back. read more

First time visiting this location, my sister is a regular to the other location due to the customer service. I wanted to give this location a try since it's 5 min away from me. From just arriving i knew it was great. Not only you get greeted right away but they take care of you and constantly ask you if everything is ok. Loved it, definitely will be coming back here! Desk girl really nice & Hailey was great. Thank you. read more

Love this place very clean and nice ladies. Relaxing, and not your typical loud talkative nail salon. My girl is Lexi for pedicures. She is great. The Owner/manager is also great and cares about her customers. read more

Went here for the 2nd time. Under new ownership within the last 2 weeks... Fantastic job and treatment!! I like my mani and pedi a little shorter than most techs want to do. Perfect length! Loved both my techs. Mae did my pedi, the woman that did my French tip shilac mani did an outstanding job and even did mid-length white tip mid length! Worth the cost. read more

Serenity on Mason Rd is the best place in Katy to get your mani and pedi! It's tucked away back in the corner, but not hard to find. It's almost like it's Katy's best kept secret spot! They fit me in last minute, which I very much appreciated. Pregnancy has not been kind to my feet, so the massage and deep callous treatment was on point. Lady was nice and thorough. She gave me lots of tips to help the swelling and stayed after closing as I chose one of the longer services. She did cut my right toe, hints the 4, not 5 stars. All in all, other than the slight cut, it was a pleasant experience. Would recommend and would come back. read more

What terrible customer service! I had an appointment that was not honored plus wasted almost an hour of my time. I arrived early to a full salon, and half the people were waiting for pedicures yet there were only 4 ladies working. I waited for 45 minutes with my feet in water, watching as ladies who had pedicures move to tables to get manicures. At no point whatsoever was one word said to me about timing or delay or apology. By my calculations, there were still 3 people ahead of me after 45 minutes. Who knows how long I would have sat there if I had stayed. I won't be going back. read more

I depended on the yelp rating and set out in the attempt to try a new nail salon-based on the 4 stars I felt as if I would have a decent experience. I was greeted promptly, but it went wrong from there. The nail technician decided she would shape my nails the way she wanted-not what I requested. They are "humped" looking due to the fact they are so thick (acrylic) and several of the nails have already chipped on the sides-had nails refilled only 2 days ago. Opted for the "elite" pedicure-not sure why they would call it elite since she hurried through the entire process-left feeling disappointed and cheated read more

AMAZING SERVICE!! Will always be loyal to Serenity. The owner is always around and involved, has understanding and patience for all customers. The technicians are always friendly and attentive. Serenity Nails & Spa - Best pedicure in town! Super relaxing and reasonably priced. - Nail Salons Near Me - Katy, Texas

Absolutely the WORST nail salon I have ever been to. These people are scammers! Do not mistake them for the other serenity nails in Cinco ranch, they are NOT associated!! Even though they act as though they are knowledgeable, they're very non-professional and inexperienced. Worst customer service ever! I'll never go back to this place again! read more

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME. I have been coming for many years & it appears to me & everyone I have recommended that THIS SPECIFIC salon does NOT care about quality work or quality check. I wanted to give this place a chance but PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF TIME. They told me to go elsewhere after I explained that I simply wanted my cuticles pushed back the PROPER WAY. Continued saying how it's "their way" which I understand not every salon is the same but these people are not the ones you want to be doing your pedicure, periodddd!! It's disgusting & the fact that they don't care or follow up, instead they BRUSH IT OFF like it's nothing!!! Lmao I was unfortunate enough to experience this kind of energy from a salon. NEVER AGAIN will this kind of energy affect me. read more

We picked a random place based on friends reviews and ended up here. It was a pleasant experience. While I feel the polish job could have been a little bit better, it was still good. We got the longer pedicures, with the additional massage. I would consider going back again. It was an average experience. It was very clean however, and for that it gets a few bonus points! read more

I was looking for a new nail salon in the area, since I just moved to the cinco ranch / Katy area. I read the good reviews on this salon so I figured I would try it out.... the manager was very nice and friendly, but my nail technician was not good at all. The shellac manicure I had done was probably one of the worst shellac jobs I have ever had......I had my nails done on Sunday afternoon, and it is Tuesday morning and they are already chipping! My nails were not filed down carefully so they are sharp and therefore snagging and ruining my shellac. :( Overall, not pleased, I have gotten better manicures in the area for the same price. Maybe I just got a bad nail tech, but I will be calling the salon to see if I can get them fixed to try and make them last at least a week, and not basically throw money out the window! read more

Wonderful service and great prices. They were able to help me, my boyfriend, and his grandma as a walk in.

I was in town from California visiting my parents for the weekend and needed a nail place to take my mom for her Birthday. Front receptionist was so sweet and welcoming. Salon is extremely clean and upgraded. Workers are also very tentative an sweet. They did a great job on my mani and pedi. They also gave my mom a free gift since they knew it was her Birthday. I wish this place was in LA. I'll be definitely be coming back when in town again. Thanks for a great day team! read more

Just move to Katy and was looking for a nail shop and I wen here because it's close to home and got shelac and first they didn't showed me the shelac colors and when she started doing them she put like alcohol in my nails and when she did the top coat and then put them in the LED light it was burning and she did two cots but there were some spots missing and some were darker than the other. So save your money and trip. read more

Horrible experience. Saw the five star review and decided to stop by. Worst decision of my life. The lady that did my pedicure scrubbed my feet so hard, that it became raw. I couldn't walk for days. I definitely will not be back. I do not recommend this place. read more

I received a gift card to this place so this was my first time trying it. My manicure felt rushed and half azzed to the point where she cut me and that is one of my biggest pet peeves. I'd rather they leave a little skin/ cuticle that get cut....ughh. As soon as a customer got there, she became Speedy Gonzalez...jeez. With so many places to choose from, I will not return. read more

I was helped by Kelly who did my shellac manicure. I also got an essential pedicure. The salon has pretty colors and they organize them in a book which makes it easier to go back and forth when making a decision. The salon is really clean and organized. They have aroma therapy and offer you something to drink as soon as you sit down. What I loved the most was how meticulous they are with the cuticle. I am very picky when it comes to my cuticle and they got everything!!! I loved it. I would recommend this place. Even when it got packed the ambiance was calm. read more
