I have gone here twice and both times they have not done my eyebrows even AT ALL! The first time it wasn't too noticeable and I was able to fix with some make up and because of the proximity to my home I thought I'd give them another try. I just left and my eyebrows are the most uneven they have ever been. The young woman (Rosie) who did them took no ownership and was indifferent as I showed her the issue. Not until I mentioned I'd leave a review did she then offer to fix them. I have been told to go to Anayas and I've bee there once and will make that my place to go. read more

I've been to dozens of eyebrow threading places and sad to say, it's always a hit or miss. However, never have I cried over how f**ked up my eyebrows are. She treaded away so much hair! After bursting out into tears, the lady who did my eyebrow said to me "I told you it'll be thin" and "the arch is at the end". So you decided to take away most of the front part of the brow and make a straight line?! She eventually apologized and had another women come and try to fix it, but there are no hair there to try and repair the damage. Moved to the area recently and I've always gotten my eyebrows threaded so naturally the first thing I did after moving was look for a threading salon. I'm SO incredibly happy I discovered this place because Leeza did a beautiful job on my eyebrows and even tinted them which I've never done but I am forever sold now. I will never NOT get my eyebrows tinted. Leeza also threaded my upper lip and let me tell you, this was the most unpainful and fast threading service I've EVER had. She was done with both in like 4 mins tops and it was SO pain free. If you're reading this, you will not regret coming here. I stopped in today for a threading and facial. There was one person in line ahead of me so I had about a 15 minute wait. I got threaded and waited another 15 min for the room to be prepped. This is my third visit so normally I'm in and out, today however took almost 3 hours. Smh They only had two employees at the time of opening. But my issue was more so with what happened next. I asked for a breakdown of the facial options that they offer as I was looking for something to give me a glow. Now they had a "glow facial" for $40 which was what I originally wanted but the lady suggested I do the four layer one for 95 because it was better for hydration and my skin looked dull to her. (The dullness is normal because of the weather and the lightness of my complexion.)So I wasn't necessarily needing that but she insisted. She kept saying but it's European (I'm black) I asked to see video or pictures of what each one included but they only had a video on their social media page of 1 mask. Everything is else stock photo. No ingredients or anything. Just name and price. This had me a bit worried too because there's no explanation of the facial service that you're actually getting. MY GUTT TOLD ME NO. But I complied because she kept saying I'll give you a great facial plus % off. My mask looked nothing like that display btw it was still wet and crumbled into about 4 to 6 different pieces. About 20 minutes into the facial (I had only been steamed with a hot towel and washed at this point) other customers began to enter so she rotated between me and them for a long period of time. (my towel is now cold) At this point Im getting anxious and impatient plus I have somewhere to be. So I got reluctant about completing everything. I asked her to just skip the four layer part, scratch the Microderm and just give me a basic facial that will get me out of here quickly. She did neither. She insisted she could rush" and be done in no time. That did not happen. As she's applying the product I told her I could barely feel it, so once again I'm expressing my displeasure with what I'm experiencing and constantly getting dismissed and not to mention overcharged. My total came out to $117 for that price & the result . I honestly could've gone to the Postoak Hotel. I'll stick to my brows and my gutt from now on. read more

Not too sure how to feel. I've been coming to this place for over a year. I've been trying to grow out my eyebrows so I always specifically tell them that I only need a clean, I don't like my eyebrows too thin. It's always a hit & miss when I come here. I either get someone who does exactly what I tell them or someone who wants to just do what they want. I came in on June 22. Worked with the lady closest to the register.. I told her what I tell everyone and that if there are any gaps, just to leave them bc I fill them in anyways. She said 'no problem, I'll try my best.' When she gets done and hands me the mirror I look at my left eyebrow and notice a little arch and I go what's this? And point at it. The lady legit said, 'oh i took off because it looks better this way. It match.' It does not match my other eyebrow. I don't have a defined arch in my right eyebrow. My right eyebrow is more curved. I didn't know what to say. I left and called back when I got home maybe about 10-15mins later. A lady answers and I tell her how I feel and she says, 'what do you want me to do?' I'm crying telling her idk I just wanted to let someone know how unhappy I am. And she took my number and said a manager would call me. I haven't heard from anyone. I'm just upset that even though I tell them what I want, they take the liberty to do something different before asking first. It's not right. read more

Ashley is very professional and experienced. I've been going to her since 2009 for my brows. I'm very particular about my brows and I appreciate that she always makes sure that I'm completely satisfied with my brows. Ashley has consistently done an excellent job. During my last visit at the salon, I decided to get a Brazilian wax done. The chocolate wax they use is really good for sensitive skin. I didn't have any irritation post waxing.
