First time I came it was flawless. I made this place my new brow service home. Today I was pressed for time and my conversation must have been ignored. Because I ALWAYS REQUIRE THICKNESS IN MY WIDTH. For you to tell me it's been a while that's because I waited for my hair to grow out fully to get the thickness I desire. To hell with that. She pulled all that extra hair out. And told me my hair is thin. No spit. Now it thin and THIN. not thin hairs and thick width. I fill my OWN HAIR IN WiTH MAKEUP. I WANT MY BROWS THICK. I PAY FOR THICKNESS

I got my brows threaded and tinted. I can almost go without filling in my brows but I like them to have just a bit more of a defined shape so I still fill them in just a tad. She listens to exactly what you want and carries such a great convo as she's working on your brows. Definitely my new go-to brow spot and it's less than a mile away from me which is a huge plus!

Navin at Unique Brow 2 is truly the very best! She did microblading on my eyebrows, and I absolutely love the results. I have received so many compliments on my brows, and I couldn't be happier! I love getting my eyebrows done here but I don't love leaving with my skin being taken off. The lady that did my eyebrows broke the string 3 times because of how hard she was doing my eyebrows. My eyebrows literally burn and are so sore right now. This is not okay. Never going back. read more

I've been coming to Unique brows for probably about five years now. When I first moved to Houston I began seeing Navine and I've literally never left. Not only has she become a great friend, she and her staff are so professional, caring, and precise. Brows and lashes are only the half of it. They can do everything from waxing to massages, facials, etc. I love that every time I go it is always very clean, you can call ahead and find out if they are busy, and they always except walkins. I definitely plan to continue going to unique brows, either location as they are both amazing! If you are thinking about checking them out, DO IT. I've been coming here for years and I always appreciate the kindness exhibited by the staff here. They are reasonable priced as well and provide a punch card for your future visits in order to receive a free threading on that visit. I would say try it at least once! :) read more

This was my go-to spot for like 2 years but I'm never coming here again. It took me so long to grow out my brows thick, and she decided to take off half my brows and completely change the shape. They are way too thin. So I told her it was too thin & she blamed me and said "You should've told me before to keep it thick." THEY WERE ALREADY CLEARLY THICK WHY WOULD YOU TAKE HALF OF IT OFF ?!!??? I understand if my eyebrows were already thin & I was trying to grow them out... because I used to tell them prior to keep them thick (when I was growing them out)... But this time my brows were already FULL & THICK, so I didn't feel like I needed to tell her to keep it thick, since it was obvious. I should've had the other lady do them, she never messes them up. I'm very upset because I go on vacation in a couple days, and this used to be my go-to spot but I don't even want to come here anymore because this was so stupid. And my eyebrows grow slow so it took a long time to get them where I wanted it to be & now it's messed up. read more

I've been coming to this place for years and they do an amazing job! Navin is my go to, and she does an incredible job every single time. They're clean, friendly and do an amazing job. They offer a lot of different services like eyebrow dying (which they do really well), waxing and eyelash extensions. They're also really cheap compared to other places. I get my eyebrows threaded for $6, and they have a punch card that gives you a free threading after the tenth time. I absolutely love this place & wouldn't trust anybody else with my brows. read more

Went for lashes and brows. Left with the brows done way too thin and the technician stuck me in the eye and got glue under my eyelid. I had to rush home and take those lashes off and my eyes was irritated for 2 days. I thought they were kind of cheap for lashes and now I know why. read more

Hands down this place is the best! Navin is so pleasurable to speak with, always greets everyone as they come in. I've been coming here for 3 years to get my eyebrow threading and lip threading along with eyebrow tinting and every single time Navin nails it, I absolutely love her work, I'm very picky with who touches my eyebrows or my face for that matter but with Navin I have no worries, a matter of fact I relax as she makes me feel like I am in good hands with her. read more

my go to place for threading. the ladies who work here are always the sweetest people you will ever meet. my brows always look amazing coming out of the shop and never have had an issue with the shape/thickness of brows. Even if I call ahead to say I'll be 5 mins late, they will hold the door open for me and still do an amazing job. 10/10 never disappoints!!! read more

Let me start this review by saying, I am currently sitting outside this business. It is 10:43 on a Saturday and they are not open. The opening time on the door says 10:00. This may be my 3rd and last time here. The first time I came the woman (short, ombré blond hair, don't know her name) who helped me was amazing! She did my brows PERFECTLY and had me hooked! Two weeks later I came and she wasn't there, and since I don't live in the area I had them done by someone else. I wasn't as pleased the second time, so I decided when I come I'll only let the first woman touch my brows. Well I finally had the time to make it out here one more time and these ladies are just now opening the doors at 10:47. I really hope I like my brows this time or I will not be back. read more

I go here often for brow threading and sometimes facials. They do great work and have fair prices. The manager Navin is great. She's very nice and pleasant to do business with. My only complaint is that there can be occasional long wait times. Most of the time they only have one person working so depending when you go it can get kind of backed up. You can make an appointment though read more

I am so glad my daughter recommended me to start going here! I have always gotten my brows waxed and I was skeptical at trying threading. Navin eased my nerves and after a few visits my brows look better than have ever looked when I was waxing. I most recently started seeing her for other waxing services and she is experienced and professional and that is so important. But what I love most, is she truly cares for her clients and it gives her joy knowing she helps them feel BEAUTIFUL! I came here last Friday to have my brows fixed from a disappointing waxing the day before. I admit I'm not a fan of threading because it hurts so much. But Ruby was GREAT!! I went with my fiancée on Sunday, August 15, 2021. We showed up at 12:00 PM when the shop was stated to open. The shop was dark and doors locked. We waited patiently and called the other location at 12:10 PM to confirm they would be opening. The woman that answered tentatively stated 10 to 15 minutes. The lady wet her hair to cut, I asked her to not wet her hair (because it goes back curly) and to cut it straight and dry. 4/5 inches later, her hair is uneven and just a ridiculously, sloppy cut. I'm upset on mere principle. My recommendation is if you're not comfortable cutting hair a certain way. Then say that and DON'T cut it. Jacking someone's hair up is a disservice.

I almost cried when I drove by and saw that Navin opened a new location closer to my house! Because I couldn't always fight the weekend traffic on HWY 6 and 529, I would make the mistake of trying out other threading salons and would be greatly disappointed. NOTHING compared to Unique Brow.
