Terrible experience. Do NOT recommend. I came in for a simple eyebrow threading, but the service was beyond disappointing. The lady who did my brows was extremely rude and impatient from the start. I clearly explained that I wanted to keep my natural shape and thickness, just a light clean-up nothing drastic. She completely ignored my request, waxed and threaded my brows way too thin, and then had the audacity to blame me for how they turned out. How does that make any sense when she's the one holding the tools? There was no care, no professionalism, and absolutely no listening involved. My brows are uneven now and thinner than they've ever been, and I left feeling upset and unheard. Save your time and money go somewhere that respects your preferences and knows how to treat their clients. read more

Stopped in to get my eyebrows threaded. I've been here before, and they always do a good job, and there is typically little to no wait. The only reason I'm giving less than 5 stars is because during my session, the tech was having a semi heated conversation with another employee and kept pausing. Felt that shouldn't have happened in front of the customer. read more

this place never disappoint. I typically only get my brows threaded however today Saadi asked if I was interested in tint...had no clue they offered it. LET ME TELL YOU. The one place I want hair doesn't grow as fast as I would like and its my brows! Anytime I get my brows threaded (recently) I always tell them just a clean up because Im trying to grow them out. This is my 2nd time here; the last place gave me a full arch; I was heated. However, at Mandys she listened and understood the assignment. She only cleaned them up and made them look exactly how i wanted/needed. I can only cone in when Im in the area. Wish they were closer to the city; I would come every other week. This place used to be good. The only lady that would be great at doing eyebrows was Mrs Gul. She no longer works here and the staff here tells her clients she's on vacation or off for the day. Been coming here for years and they do a great job and always very cleanly. I threaded eyebrows at a salon for 5 years so I know that too look for and this place is great. Súper unfair to leave a 1-star review because skin breaking out. That can be due to excess oils that's eek in your skin, you touched your eyebrows with unclean hands, or it was hot outside after you got them done and the sweat causes breakouts. That doesn't come from the thread which is clean every time is is broken off for each client. Rant over. read more

Excuse the typos, as I am not giving this review anymore effort than this place gave on my eyebrows. This place probably thought they got away with giving me a huge gap in my brow and then blaming it on me coming in there with that gap before I got there. I say this because I am just now getting over the shock of my visit there almost a week ago. I came in for an eyebrow threading as this place is pretty close to my job and I found it to be a convenient stop for an eyebrow threading. I have pretty full eyebrows and have not had my eyebrows threaded in over a month. Getting my eyebrows threaded, I felt as if she was taking off more hair than I normally get taken off. When I raised my head up, the lady doing my eyebrows stated that I had a big gap in my brow, and that I needed to apply castor oil to it. In my 15 years of getting my eyebrows threaded, no one has ever told me this about my brows. Instead of confessing that she messed my eyebrow up by accidentally nicking it, she lied and said that my eyebrow had a big gap in it before I came in there. when I thought she was going to get castor oil to show me what to do so that my eyebrow gap would fill in correctly, she applied something wet to my eyes and told me to wait 10 minutes for it to dry. I was thinking, what kind of oil dries? When I looked in the mirror again, the lady had applied eyebrow tint to my eyebrows to correct the gap that she had made. I was shocked and appalled that she had given me a service that I did not ask for. I was simply going to go home and use my eyebrow pencil to correct this lady's mistake and write a review based on the gap she made but blamed on me. The eyebrow tint was so black that it looked like I drew markers on my eyebrows. The next day many of my coworkers commented that my eyebrows were so dark. The lady did not charge me for the eyebrow tinting (which is I believe $15), probably because she felt guilty that she had messed my eyebrows up. however, how did she know that I wasn't allergic to the tint that she applied without my knowledge. I do not recommend this place and will never go back. This was the biggest mistake I have made in picking a threading place. read more

There are many threading places around here but I would say this one is the best! This is the first time I've been here and the lady was super nice. I didn't realize the minimum charge on a card without tip is $10. I told her I don't have cash so I will come back and she told me to just come back to pay her after she finishes with me. Who does that these days, especially to a complete stranger?! Anyways, I had my husband dropped off the cash while I got my eyebrow done and the lady told me "oh goodness, you didn't have to do that!" Obviously this post isn't for people to come here and take advantage of this store. It is just to tell you all how nice they are! Brows came out great and I would come here from now on! read more

Minimum $10 charge for debit transactions. The technician almost made my eyebrows perfect with exceptions to my left brow being longer than my right now. I also broke out the next day, my past threading locations in Las Vegas and Dallas were very hygienic. They would make you sanitize your own hands and theirs before touching your face. I will probably visit this salon one more time to give them a second chance. I just hope they can start practicing cleaner habits like their competitors. read more

I went to get my eyebrows threaded this morning at Mandys salon the lady didn't discuss with me how I want my eyebrows I have a natural shape my eyebrows are usually very thick and only need a cleanup somehow I end up leaving with and even then eyebrows today I'm very upset and very disappointed the lady is very nice but I'm very disappointed and upset with the way my eyebrows turned out today she said I can come back and she can try to fix but at this point I don't know if I would want to but eyebrows are very bad they are uneven and have this unusual shape that I've never had I will allow her to try and fix them but I don't think I will continue getting my eyebrows done at this place anymore read more

I having been going to the salon located on Greenhouse Rd since it opened. That is where I met the technician by the name of Gul. She is GREAT!!!! She is very thorough when she works on you. She is very accommodating and listens to your request. She is knowledgeable about her field and gives great advice about skin care. Please ask for Gul when you go the Greenhouse location. read more
