When it comes to nail salons, I'm always looking for something that has everything: convenience, cleanliness, price and duration of polish. I was skeptical when I saw a 20% off coupon on the back of my H-E-B receipt, but decided that since I don't pursue extreme activities like bungee, jumping, hiking, and perilous trails I will, however , try different nail salons. I called Deluxe as soon as they opened, mentioned the coupon and asked if an appointment was necessary. I was told: Appointment not required, but recommended. Upon check-in, I was immediately greeted politely and offered a clipboard walking me through the checkbox list of services. I specified that I wanted today: a glow-in-the-dark nail color and in what service they have that available: dipping powder or acrylic. I was shown to a pedicure spot where two attendants were already waiting since my menu of checkboxes was secret service style called to them already, and their trays were prepared with all of the exfoliants and potions. I put on the back massager, and I was ready for some relaxation. I opted for the basic pedicure and added a 15 minute massage on the legs. I don't know about you but there's nothing like a good leg massage that I always found lacking at other places. I was offered my choice of wine, soda or coffee, and I went with the mimosa and was offered a refill. Everything was complete and clocked in about one hour and my coupon was honored and I am definitely a fan. Five out of five, will return and I will bring my pedicure pal next time! read more

I am NEVER coming here again. They RUINED my natural nails while only doing a manicure! I have been getting my manicures and pedicures nails done here consistently for the past 6 months and have had a couple of bad experiences but usually I take it in stride and expect better the next time. This time they ruined my natural nails and it will take a year for my nails to grow back out thick like they were. I asked BELLA ( who raved about how beautiful my nails were when I sat down) not to file my natural nails, she kept insisting my gel polish would not stay on without filing my nails and I told her it has never been a problem before and please don't file my nails. She soaked my polish in acetone and then began filing off what she said was paint and I told her repeatedly to stop filing my nails. The 4th day, my index finger nail broke all the way down past the quick and started bleeding. Over the next 2 weeks 4 more nails did the same thing because she filed them so thin. I went back when the nails had grown out enough that I would be able to put it in acetone, wanting them to soak off this polish and give me a regular polish manicure for free since they don't know how to remove gel polish from natural nails. I spoke to management (TRACY) who had a nasty attitude and I explained to her what happened and that my nails were ruined and she said it looked like regular wear and tear even though I have been coming here consistently to get my nails done and have never even had a chip in my nails, let alone completely broken off . Not to mention, the rest of my nails had no chips in them. I have a crack in my other index finger now and it looks like it's going to break all the way down my nail bed like the other one did. All the manger had to say was I could pay to get them done again. I will NEVER go to this shop again and the customer service is horrible! read more

Since moving to Katy I have found my frequent place for self-care and Deluxe nails is it!!! I've only purchased pedicure services and I must say they have really been the best at service, quality, and cleanliness. After having so many visits I have concluded that Mrs JADE is the best!!! She was very engaging in conversation, she listened to the needs of her client, and was very gentle. They serve complimentary drinks while providing service which was a plus!!!! *UPDATED REVIEW* I had previously rated this location very highly about 2-3yrs ago, when service and nail techs were exceptional. I had continued going here since and stopped about a month ago when I got tired of spending so much and each time the service was disappointing. The service has gone downhill over the last year or so, nail techs have gotten very rude and blatant when talking to each other about you (AirPod translator is a must use if you got them- the things they say about others and you will irritate you but worth knowing). The good nail techs have left and gotten elsewhere, the prices have constantly increased and the actual skills on the techs are lacking big time. The techs and employees all argue with each other constantly which makes it very uncomfortable. They no longer clean around the nails anymore, everything is now an extra $7-10. I'm sorry but if I'm paying $130 to get my nails done I expect at least some cuticle cleaning- last time they charged me $10 for that and literally they only removed a very minimal amount of cuticle off 3 nails! No longer a great spot- thankfully I found one of their old nail techs who now works elsewhere and absolutely am ecstatic. Try other places- this one is not what it used to be and more expensive. read more

Their pedicures always last me a long time! S/O to my girl Jenny who always gets me right. I got my nails done recently with Mi, she did really good but they were just very pricey to be so short. They have lasted 3 weeks with no breaking or chipping. read more

I love coming! It is my happy place. Every two weeks I get a dip manicure from Maya and a pedicure from Victoria. They are the best! Actually, there are lots of nice people to serve you here. I always get my glass of champagne and just spend next hour in the luxurious massage chair while these ladies make beautiful. Reasonable prices and a great selection of colors. Located in the new Morton Ranch shopping center off of the Grand Parkway next to Kroger; excited to have found a new nail salon in the area. I've been here a handful of times now and most recently brought my goddaughter when she was visiting from Los Angeles and she and I both loved the service and attention we were given. The nail technician that worked my goddaughters nails did an awesome job! Happy Goddaughter = Happy Godfather! They serve alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages during service. I opted in for a classic lime margarita and a virgin margarita for the kiddo. Prices are reasonable, cheaper than a lot of places I've seen closer inside the loop. It's a pretty large nail facility. Social distancing is enforced. Wear your mask at all times during these COVID times. Highly recommend! read more

An exquisite place for the womenfolk! This was a fun experience; 'twas rife with massage chairs, margaritas, and a handful of shenanigans courtesy of the proficient staff. I'm just a dude waiting on womenfolk to have their feet and hands modified with various colours but they were rather accommodating in allowing me a margarita whilst waiting around in a massage chair. Just so you know, the place is packed with an entire bushel of technicians who ply their craft with remarkable skill and expertise. So if thrilling adventures are what you seek whilst waiting on your pals, come on in, you'll have a ball! Highly recommended! read more

I think I found my go to place! TJ did a great job with my pedicure including ingrown toe nails. Victoria is a master with the gel manicure With that being said this place is five starts. Do not go to Vuvuzela on barker cypress. Waste of time and money! read more

My first set was pretty (first pic) but they chipped in one day. when I went back they fixed them immediately ( I called I made an appointment) Kind and courteous before my dip design and spa pedicure it was almost $170 I don't think I've ever paid that much for my nails including getting designs and coughing shake so that was a little disappointing I feel like their price is I feel like they're overpriced but they do get you in five they treat you well if you have a problem they'll fix it immediately without a problem I went back in the second picture you can see my nails they redid them I really love them and I will come back I just won't pay as much next time read more

I wanted to like this place but this is the second time I've been cut here. This wasn't just a little cut (accidents happen), but the lady was going so fast she filed straight through two fingers. She just glued my cuts back together without even asking or saying sorry while I was bleeding. She didn't pay attention to detail and was rushing the whole time. I had to go home and file the jagged shape of my nails down myself. None of them are the same length. read more

I am in love with this place! The workers here are so kind and they really know what they are doing! Chloe was my tech and she was absolutely amazing. I received the classic pedi and I was loving the whole thing. The classic pedi came with a massage as well which was well needed. I also needed help choosing a color for a dress in which she eagerly helped me choose. The inside is very nice and had a great ambiance to it and the massage chairs were absolutely divine. Granted, this place is a bit on the expensive end however I certainly recommend this place. Also I would like to add that my nails are still intact and have not chipped so the quality is great! If you want to treat yourself, you should come here for sure! read more

I always love coming here. After moving to Katy I was trying a lot of nail salons to find the one I liked best. I always have great service here and never have any issues. I guess my only "complaint" is that I always get a different person for my pedicures so it's impossible to build a bond with 1 nail tech you like the best. I would definitely recommend coming here! read more

I love Deluxe Nail! I started going to them when they first opened and did the 30% off. Loved that special. They are a bit pricey, but they take care do their customers. For the holidays if you came in you for a $10 gift card and a hand lotion. They also have slushies, Coca-Cola products, orange juice, mimosas, and wine for their customers. I always got to Judy. She knows exactly how I like my nails. Thin and natural. I tend to change the shape or length from time to time and she never disappoints. Stopped by on Thursday for a shellac mani. April was the tech. She was very rough removing my existing shellac. I had to pull my hands back several times. Then when she applied the new shellac she did not have me keep my nails under the lights long enough. She kept telling me to remove my hands before the time was up. I told her it needed to sit longer. She said no no no. By Saturday the shellac at all peeled off. My nails are slick from whatever primer she put on before she put on the shellac polish. The shellac manicure I had before this one lasted three weeks. I never get less than two weeks out of one. This lasted barely two days. Very unhappy with the service and the quality of products that she used. They were supposed to be OPI. But OPI always last weeks on me when done correctly. I won't go back to this location. read more

They treated me to a delicious mimosa as well as a refill, so I felt very good and relaxed. I'm back today for my second visit and I'm only getting a manicure. I had high expectations for this place! Unfortunately it was not good. I had a mani/pedi I got the deluxe package for my pedi which the message was like fast felt like they were rushing, they lady was awesome and I would've gave her a 5 start but she cut me which I didn't notice until after I left and it started burning. She was nice, but I did feel like she was rushing, still nail came out okay on my pedi side of things. My manicure was HORRIBLE!! It was such a bad experience I showed the lady what I wanted which was a very very simple mani, she recommended I dip I originally wanted shellac, but I'm a nail bitter so she said dipped would be best. I trusted her I went with it I wanted nails as short as possible a natural nail rounded not thick I didn't want it to look like a had nail just wanted something to flow, well it was the ladies 1st day and she was dipping after I stopped her a couple times telling her to shape them better she continued to do the same shape and the nail was really thick. After waiting 3 hours the owner or manager in charge finally told her something and he then started fixing it he fixed as best as he could but it still was not what I wanted , sadly I have to leave a bad review and unfortunately I will not be going back even if it's free:( read more

I love this place and have been coming here for a few years. However, I took time out of my day to stop in for a full set, nothing special. I was told that there were no technicians available, as in, they had all left for the day. Yes, It's Super Bowl Sunday but your business still had over an hr. Left before closing. In my opinion, this is incredibly unprofessional. I understand the excitement behind the Super Bowl, but is it worth losing money and causing disappointment in longstanding customers? And, as we know- this is not a permanent treatment. My blading strokes were fading. Since I knew there was a brow booth for Ladies Night- I didn't bother to do jack shit to my brows. I could've easily been mistaken for the Yeti's cousin. When it's my turn, I lay down on AHN's table & she adjusts her light to take a look at my brows. She asks politely, "What's goin on here?" I give her the rundown of my microblading & how I don't bother getting them waxed at the nail salons- because they usually end up having my brows look like a chola. We laugh about our chola days. She commented how the microblading gave my brows a different shape than what she'd think would look. I tell AHN, I'm open to suggestions. When I checked in, I asked if any of providers I saw on Google were there and Sabin was! She was kind, gentle, and very attentive. I told her all of my areas of concern and she provided a plan for me. She threaded my brows, and waxed my armpits and chin. While I was waiting for her, I saw a lot of other people getting their eyebrows tinted. I was curious about the process so I asked and based on her response I was confident enough to try it. It was a great experience! My Biggest concern was the tint being too dark. Typically the darker you go, the longer the tint will last, but I had events that week and I didn't want my eyebrows looking crazy dark. I expressed that to Sabin she told me that she could give me a lighter tint that would look natural. I was a bit nervous, but it was perfect! It lasted me about ~ two weeks. If I have a period of time where I don't have to go out in the public thenmaybe I'll get the darker tint but the natural tint she did for me was great. I'll definitely be back! The waxing was quick and painless. Total I believe my visit cost me around 60 bucks including tip. They do sell products at the front and I was convinced to buy the wipes for my eyebrows. I don't really think they were necessary as you could just use a dental gentle napkin or cloth to wipe your brows daily. They are located in a smaller lot so parking can be tricky, but I was able to find a spot just fine. The place itself was clean and they have about eight seats for services and a long bench in the waiting area for guest.

I have been supporting this business since they opened. Everything was great until as of my last two visits. They seem to be nickle and diming. I wanted a French tip design and showed them the exact picture of what I wanted. I was given a total price upfront, but then was later told it would be an additional $25 on top of the $45 full set. I got a much more complicated design during my prior visit, and was only charged an additional $5. When talking to the hostess, I was told, "well I trust my nail tech so I'm not sure what to say".
