Cannot get better nail service in Katy, or Houston, PERIOD. Trust me, get Tony to get your manicure and he will do any design and is a perfectionist. I've had my toes done every month since moving to Houston here and as a frequent wearer of open toe heels they look FABULOUS! It has been a good experience every time I go and I look forward to getting my nails done each time. Very relaxing atmosphere and they even serve cocktails!! Couldn't get any better than this!! Genuinely will never get my nails done anywhere else, ever!!!

I originally found them from an IG ad and saved their location. After two previous visits, today I decided to get a fairly .. not complicated... but time consuming design and Trina did a great job. She was super patient, asked what colors I wanted and did her thang! Super impressed with her work. I will absolutely keep driving here to get my nails done. P.S. I'm also in love with their Relief Pedicure.

Sitting in the parking lot writing this review!!! I absolutely love! Tony did an amazing job with color matching! He even changed the sparkle pink without me asking because it wasn't fitting the vibe. Cindy did a gorgeous job on my pumpkins. I was driving 30 mins away but so thankful I found this location 5 minutes from home. Definitely my new favorite nail salon. #WhatIaskedForVSwhatIGot

My aunt gave me the recommendation to come here & im so happy she did! I came in today on a Sunday as a walk in & was seat fairly quickly to be serviced. I got gel mani & regular pedi & my eyebrows waxed. Cookie did my feet & did them great. Johnny did my nails & i loved the way he did them. Today was my first time coming & i'll be sure to be back! I like how they have a bar inside so you can drink while being pampered. I'm from California & they usually rush the work that they do on you but here everyone took their time & made sure things were done right. there was a 6 min massage that almost put me to sleep! i loved that far a lot!!!!

My first time visiting and Mike was absolutely awesome! I could not have asked for a better set of filled up gel nails. I live an hour and 15 minutes away and I will be making the drive every two weeks just to see him! If you get the opportunity, give him a shot. He is wonderful and listens to everything that you say. He aims to please. The staff was woman inviting and the wine was excellent! read more

I came by today because I was on this side of town. Like most new customers, I asked about the cost of a refill and polish change or pedicure. The vibe seemed relaxing so I was looking forward to it after the YELP reviews. Maybe those ladies didn't come on a Saturday. 1. The first girl with the short hair was friendly but the phone rang so she called over a nail tech. 2. That nail tech is the reason I left! She was rushing through my questions and when I complimented her nails, she quickly withdrew her hand as if I was contaminated! Then the heifer walked off when I told her I wanted food from next door first! Oh and then started talking about me in her language. I almost turned on my translator, but that would've made me destroy her!!! Maybe I should've responded in French. ‍ 3. A gentleman can over and politely answered my questions. Now of course it's more expensive than my shop, but I didn't care because I wanted it done today. However, there's NO WAY I was giving them my money after that girl's attitude. Honey, if you don't want to do nails on a Saturday or you have a rude attitude, serving the public is not for you. WE ARE PAYING YOU FOR A SERVICE So BE POLITE! I will gladly drive back to my side of town but every friend I have in this area will be told to stay away... at least on a Saturday! read more

I'll be honest I was hesitant to try this place! But to my surprise the service the employees sold me!!! The attentiveness you get as soon as you walk in I was amazed! And happy. There customer service adequate is great they accept walk ins. I got pedicure by Tom I loved it he pays attention to detail super careful best foot massage hot stones was the plus. My mother had mani/pedi by Rossie supper attentive with her careful pampered her to the fullest. The Ching on top tall is the drinks!!! Alcoholic and non alcoholic delicious. I have been been coming to Dash Nail Bar for awhile. Last time, manicurist didn't do exactly what I asked, but they went over the top ensuring that I was well taken care of. I WAS! When I walked in, it had a weird smell. Nail tech is not good. Tony was yelping at customers and employees. That is mean. The service is also not good .Not recommend you guys come here . I won't be back again. read more

First time in at Dash and I was extremely happy! I am a man so I don't get manicures and pedicures as often as women do but I do keep up with my nails regularly. I was impressed by the level of service given by the receptionists and the nail tech staff. Jenny and Tim were my techs and they were so kind! Did a great job, attention to detail and even kept a nice conversation! Asking for Jenny and Tim next time! Thank you. Way to go Dash! read more

The nail tech that did my pedicure was absolutely awful. I specifically asked for someone gentle when I walked in and he was far from that. Extremely rough, I asked four times for him to be more gentle but it just got worse to the point I asked him to stop. He was very rude as well, it was obvious he didn't want to be there to the extent of making me experience awful. Management apologized and said they'd "take care of me next time" and I still had to pay for the services. My toes literally hurt. The pedicure itself is a mess. I will not be revisiting. They should have made it right, right then. read more

If you're looking for an awesome place to do your nails go see Cindy or Tony! I usually do my long acrylic there too! I haven't had a bad pedicure person too. They have a lot of staff everyday to work on you. Free drinks too! Stop by there if you want to take your nail experience to another level. They take appointments too! They can practically do any designs you want just show them a picture. I always get compliments on who does my nails too. read more

I decided to try out a new nail salon over the weekend. I came across this one on Instagram, so I decided to give it a try. I showed the nail tech a picture of what I wanted. For the most part he executed it well. I'm just not thrilled that 3 days later some of the polish is chipping. I did like the fact they over you a drink while you are serviced. I never do reviews but it's been 3 days since I went in to get a refill and I'm in literal pain right now. The guy who did my nails was distracted since they seemed to be short staffed and people kept coming in and calling. Anyways, I asked for oval tips and he over filed the sides of some of the nails. But the worst part is that after I left, my nails started to lift and tearing the skin underneath. I am constantly flinching from the burning pain I feel when using my hands. The cherry on top was that when I walked out, I said thank you as a courteous person that I am. Twice. Didn't even get acknowledged. Will never be back again. read more

I just moved to Houston and have been looking for a new nail home. I tried a few different places but Dash Nails is my new nail home. The employees are welcoming and honest, which I appreciate. This place is highway robbery! They are not that good & they don't like you criticize when your not happy. Pedicure are super quick and not good at all. It's like they want to do what they want but charge you a arm & leg! The owner/ manager has poor customer service and I will never go back again. read more

Extremely Over Priced!! The level of service I received was not 5 star. Pedicure was not worth the amount I paid. I paid 85 for my pedi, 80 for short nails, and 12 for my eyebrows! I returned to my original nail salon because this salon is over rated! Where I don't mind paying for the service as long as it's 5 stars l! read more

As soon as you walk in you are welcomed w/ a very friendly staff . Everything inside is beautiful and looks so classy. There are enough seats to make sure you're not waiting around. My nail tech was bebe & she does an amazing job she always takes her time and pays attention to detail & accommodates you in any way she can. Will definitely come here from now on! read more

First , the prices are not always the same! I got my real nails polished with gel and my toes polished with gel also with two acrylic big toes and the cost was as if I got a pedicure and a full set with that being said exactly what I could have did... she told me it was 70$ ... 30$ to polish my hand and 30$ for toes plus 5$ each for the two big toe... after I just hear her give the lady next to me $20 for Gel polish. I got a pedicure with Amy and she got my ingrown nail out pain free !! The scrub smelled amazing and she gives great massages. The complimentary bar was just as good ( I recommend the passion fruit martini) if you're looking for a sign to come to this nail bar THIS IS IT! Although I knew where the address was, I still got lost. I didn't realize that BellaMe was in a salon complex! It's next to Moneky Joes and the facility holds several independent beauty artists. Anyway, I found Ms. Tamika and she got to work on my eyebrows! I have super thick eyebrows that left unchecked, become furry caterpillars. But once done, they make my face! Ms. Tamika made my eyebrows look amazing!! I couldn't stop smiling at how good they looked! She took her time with angling, waxing, and trimming my eyebrows. Plus we talked the entire appointment and it wasn't awkward at all! Clearly y'all, she won me over! I can't wait to go back to get these eyebrows tamed again and possibly get other services done as well. Thank you Ms. Tamika!!

We received pricing and we booked for our initial treatment appt with their help for $400. On our initial treatment with Ashleye, they said they could not proceed with treatment and also gave double the price of $800 if we wanted to get it done. In summary: -our initial consult provided us misinformation of treatment and price. -we couldn't get treatment even though they told us we could. This is an inconvenience to us since we had to coordinate work schedules to make this appt work. -they didn't offer any discount or credit for the misinformation or inconvenience. It really takes a lot to do the first step to correct acne scars and it sucks that we got misinformation on treatment and pricing. We were looking forward to taking the first step to clearer skin but feel the lack on consistency between the workers means we are not getting the best service or treatment plans. It's like if you went to doctor and they scheduled you for surgery, then the day of your surgery they said they can not do it and said it would be double the price. I just wish we knew from our initial consult instead of wasting our time. I hope this helps anybody!

Talk about a way to ruin a perfectly good afternoon. With so many mail spots to choose from you would think customer service is the least they could offer. Nail service was subpar at best. I believe in letting folks know on the spot so I asked for a manager. When the manager who I later learned was the owner Tony came by he told me he'd have them do my jacked up toe nails over if I left him a good review. He initially said I got what I paid for since I chose the lowest price (not cheap at all) service. Wow what?! He said it's right for the price but he'd have them do the next level pedicure price if I left him a good review on how he was doing me a solid. My pedicure was $40, I told him it's no wonder he just opened had no customers and a 3.8 rating. I dropped a note and told him my choice was service was due to trying them out not because I'm cheap. First of all if you're not going to Ty To get your nails done you are missing out. I walked in with my mind not made up and stuck between two designs. He took control and helped me make a better decision than the one I would have made. He did something I never would have chose for myself and it's amazing. Definitely glad I put my trust in him and let him take control. His name is Ty and I 10/10 recommend asking for him. I also got a pedicure from Nancy and she did an amazing job. I visited this nail salon on Sunday and unfortunately did not have a good experience. When I walked in, the environment did not feel welcoming, and the receptionist just stared without any greeting or acknowledgment, which set a negative tone right away. The prices also felt very high compared to the level of service provided. I received a pedicure, but it felt rushed and not very detailed or relaxing. 10/10 recommend. I went for their grand opening today. Tina did a wonderful job on my full set. She gave me exactly what I asked for. I was then pampered by Yeye for my pedicure. I honestly wish I would have tried the facial and lashes but I'll have to leave that for next time. I highly recommend you take advantage of their 50% this weekend! I'm extremely happy about my nails! I showed my nail tech the picture and he delivered. He took off my cuticles which was a big plus for me and left my hands feeling lighter. Absolutely love this place!! Holly did a great job with my pedicure and Vivian did great on my nails! Everyone was nice and attentive, and didn't rush you around like a lot of other places do.
