They pushed a $55 pedicure that included a massage. My nail tech was so uninterested in her job. She was talking to her colleague, talking and texting on the phone, didn't ask any questions, didn't acknowledge when I told her I had a broken toenail and to just cut it short. The "massage" I paid premium for was her rubbing my shin up and down for 5 minutes. She didn't tell me my pants were dipping in the water, so I left with wet pants. This isn't my usual nail salon and I wouldn't bother coming back! The beautiful interior doesn't make up for shoddy service! It took over an hour for a simple pedicure. This nail salon does good work, but the endless extra fees are honestly ridiculous. And I'm not…read moreexaggerating, they charge for everything!! If your acrylics have grown out and you decide to keep the same length instead of having them cut down, that's an extra $5 on top of what you're already paying for a refill. How does that even make sense? You're literally paying an extra fee to keep the same nails. They also charge another $5 just to reshape the sides, and if you want to use different colors on different nails (not designs or ombré, just plain colors), guess what, another $5. So if you decide to come here, just know you'll probably end up paying at least $20-$30+ more than what's listed on their menu. I don't mind paying for quality work but the constant add-on charges make the whole experience feel more money hungry than customer friendly. I found another salon I really like that doesn't do all of this, and I truly appreciate them for it!

I sat in the car for a minute looking for other places and reading reviews. I finally decided to go inside and give it a try myself. I was greeted by the receptionist who was very pleasant and immediately seated me. I could see there were no more techs available, but she found someone to service me. After waiting a few minutes, she arrived again to remind me she did not want me waiting and she choose a gentleman to service me. ( I had on a dress and the receptionist allowed me to choose a man or women to service my request). NICK was absolutely amazing. He made sure I was satisfied whenever he was doing anything. He took his time and catered to all of my needs. He cut my toenails perfect with asking if it was the correct length as he cut each one. You talk about details he was the ULTIMATE person to suit my needs. I was so impressed I requested him to continue my service with a Manicure as well. My manicure was sooo good and relaxing. I was very impressed and felt like a QUEEN in a castle. His calm spirit made the experience immaculate. I believe I found my new spot. I will be back and will truly let others know about the service.

However, the technician barely attempted to extract the ingrown toenails and was unable to do so because "my toes would bleed". As a result, the ingrown toenails remained in place, and my toes continue to hurt. Additionally, two days after my pedicure, I noticed that my nail polish had already started to come off. The technician also failed to clean up my heels properly, and the massage during the pedicure was not good. Considering the quality of my services and the fact that my nail polish should not have come off within two days, I am disappointed with the overall experience. I paid $90 for my services, and I feel that I was not adequately compensated for the poor quality of work.

I decided to give it a try so we made an appointment. First impression walking in was how clean and neat this place was. All the mail technicians were matching uniforms. We were not only greeted as we walked in but every person told us hi as we walked past them. We were taken to our chairs and these were like no chairs I had seen before. They were super comfortable and looked oversized but hugged you at the same time. The nail technician Kristine came and greeted me as she started preparing the water. She confirmed what I wanted before starting. She was very professional, detailed and gentle all at the same time. When everything was done and I paid my bill, the owner stopped me and told me to pick my "lucky money". Next to the register was a vase with pieces of paper inside. I picked one out and it read $2 on it. I was then handed a gift certificate for $2 for my next visit. I asked what was the highest amount in there and was told $100. I asked if I could re-pick but was told no with a smile. It was worth a try. I will be back here for sure!
