He is very friendly and then I had Sam do my nails to clean my cuticles massage my hands beautifully and she has amazing customer service she did such a beautiful job on my nails. I love the attention to detail for both. My nails lasted 3 weeks, I coulda went more probably but I went back to be in tip top shape for my partners bday. I just went Friday and I asked for bth of them again and they both delivered. I'm not complicated but Lana and I talked about what I thought she looked good and we agreed and she went for it and I loved my nails. This nail salon frequently does the "switch and bait." I called in advance scheduled an appointment with a particular nail technician. I was assured she would be available at the request med time. However, when I arrived I was asked to sit. Later the receptionist told me the nail technician was busy and the wait would be long. He then suggested someone else do my nails. I reluctantly allowed another nail technician to do my nails. And of course I was HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. Now I have to look at the botched nail set for 2 weeks (Uhg!) This is a common practice at this particular nail shop. I see how this is their ploy to get you to come to their salon. This was the reason I stopped patronizing this business in the past. I waited 10 minutes for someone to help me and no one did. I left. Definitely will never come again, what kind of nail tech will let someone leave with their nails like this.. terrible the lady in the front desk with the short haircut is super sweet and does excellent job over the phone too. The lady who did my pedi did a well job too, but the male nail tech is terrible at customer service and doesn't know how to do nails. Couldn't do a simple design. I originally wanted this heart but he didn't do it right so I told him to erase it and he gave attitude. New response to owner: of course I wouldn't want ken to finish the design when he couldn't draw a simple heart, he drew it in the middle of the nail instead of to the side, if he can't do it just say it instead of keeping me there longer than needed. He suggested I keep it so it's less work for him instead of removing it. If you think he's great at designs I suggest you get new nail techs who actually know what they're doing. I made an appointment at 4:00 and was seated as soon as I got there. I didn't have to wait. The customer service was amazing. The manager kept walking by asking if we were okay and asking how things were going. My dips nails were done by Krystal/Krystin and she did a fantastic job. She did the shape and length I wanted and took her time in ensuring my nails were coming out how I wanted. My pedicure was good as well.
