Jackie is AMAZING!! She brought my nails back to life with the dipping powder I know that we all get nervous with cuticle cleaning, but she was so gentle and detailed. An absolute breeze. Every person there was very sweet and attentive. Also, you have to try the Vietnamese coffee- so good! read more

Had such a great experience! The salon is so nicely decorated and super clean. The mail shelves were so pretty and they had a large variety of colors. Everyone was very nice from the moment I walked in. Annie helped me with choosing what type of nail would best fit me. I ended up going with acrylic nails with shellac topping and cute daisy design. I got round tops THAT I HAVE BEEN LOVING. This is my new favorite shape. Yvonne was amazing at shaping my nails and did the acrylic smoothly. read more

I've already reviewed this nail salon but the service here definitely deserves another 5 star review. Donna was absolutely fantastic! I had a deluxe pedicure that was both relaxing and turned out fantastic. Donna did such an amazing job on the massage portion (8 minutes is included in the deluxe pedi) that I opted for a 10 minute shoulder massage. She was firm and applied just the right amount of pressure. Great customer service yet again! If you ask for Donna and you definitely won't be disappointed. read more

I absolutely love Capri! The service is immaculate. From the complimentary drinks (super tasty), to the ambience, the amazing nail techs (Jackie, Judy, Lynn), great conversation, and wonderful jobs that are always executed! I have nothing but great things to say about this place! This will be my forever Nail Home! Jackie has such a friendly spirit to the point where I've felt like I've known her for years. Such a joy to be around. Jackie did such a great job on my pedicure and Judy was super sweet and did my manicure with dip. My nails have never been so perfectly shaped and with thin dip just how I like it! They both pay close attention to detail! You will love it at Capri! read more

This establishment knows how to pamper their clients.. First, I was happy they accommodated me for a pedicure 15 min before closing. I was greeted immediately by friendly staff! Then, I mean who doesn't like a free beverage!! And boy was it tasty.. this place has a bar/kitchenette to boast. I had Tina!! She was a Jem.. she took her time and was gentle. Being new to the area she made me feel welcomed.. I was home sick and she was leaving and waved and made me feel happy and appreciated!! The ambiance is relaxing and this place is clean and reasonably priced. I already made a return appointment. Thank you for knowing how to pamper your guests!! read more

I love this place. This place is where I not only get these services : 1. Manicure pedicure 2, powder dip nails for the first time 3. Eyebrows tinting and waxing. I also have a relaxing time with Lynn who takes care of me and pampers me. Lynn of Capri Soa and nails is an awesome nail specialist and eyebrows specialist. She has become my friend after 3 months of knowing her. Capri Spa and nails also have Tuesday Teachers Day where I get a good deal. I go here every 3 weeks to do my eyebrows and nails . Lynn is an excellent person . I would recommend her. My name is Sujata and I have made a new friend in her. Thank you . Please do see her when you go there . But when I am there , she is ONLY MINE. Honestly wanted to love this place so much since it's so close to my house, but after my last visit I just cannot recommend it any longer. I went in for a manicure and pedicure before my honeymoon and I opted for the more expensive pedicure to remove the calluses on my heels. The nail tech was not looking at my foot while she used the electric callus saw and sawed into my big toe (the side of my big toe, where calluses do not even form) where my skin was thin. Causing it to bleed A LOT and cut layers deep into my skin. It was so deep that they had to apply a powder to stop the bleeding. And it was INCREDIBLY painful. They applied a 15% discount to my pedicure. I'm sorry, but if your services cause injury and that much blood with an electric saw, it should be complimentary. Not only was I susceptible to bacteria on the callus saw from other customers that are now in my bloodstream, but I spent my entire honeymoon (two weeks) in a foreign country unable to wear sandals because I was afraid of it getting infected and having to seek healthcare in an unfamiliar place. Could not get in pools/ocean because I had to keep it clean and dry. Not fun at all. Yes, there is a risk going to any nail salon, but one with a power tool due to the employee not even looking at my foot while using it is unacceptable. Super disappointed in this place. I had to return the following morning to get my eyebrows waxed before my flight, but that was the last time I'll ever return. read more

I love this place! So professional and clean, my appointments have always started on time, and I haven't had to wait long when I've come as a walk in. Yvonne is AMAZING! Such attention to detail with mail shaping and painting. I usually always stick to short, square nails and nude colors, so doing anything past that is a risk, but wow I'm so glad I had Yvonne because she double checked with me on the shape and design and went above and beyond being so patient with me while I decided colors/design off a picture I showed her. She gave me reassurance and made it look better than I expected it to on my hands! She really made me feel pampered and catered to instead of rushing me. My pedi was extremely relaxing both times I had them done by her. I don't like to talk much throughout appointments, and she read me well and made me comfortable. Thank you, Yvonne! read more

Was told this place opened 5 months ago. It is super cute. Nice and clean. Lovely decor. Did not have to wait at all, I'm guessing because not too many people know about it yet. I got the milk and honey pedicure. It was amazing. I definitely recommend it. I also did a full set. Love love love! The two ladies that worked on me did a phenomenal job. They, along with the staff, were very nice and attentive. Prices were a little up there, not sure if it's because of the area. Not used to paying that much but I will be returning for sure. read more

Capri Spa & Nails - Two color powder full set - Nail Salons Near Me - Katy, Texas

Customer service was great...meaning, they were all nice and made sure you had something to drink or needed anything. The tech I had hardly spoke English or didn't seem to understand me. She was very nice and smiled but my nails look like a 5 year old. There is no shape or maybe it's just round but then my thumbs seem oval. The white nail polish did need another coat but at that point I was already disappointed in my nails to even ask. After the nail salon, I was home for about 2 hours and noticed the nail polish was already chipping. This is gel and shouldn't be chipping this fast! I also didn't get any lotion or hand massage with my service which is included. Overall, everyone was nice but my nails don't look so great. I won't be going back. read more

Daniel is amazing and the salon is fancy and clean. Reasonable prices nice staff. been coming here 3 years no complaints.

This was my third time here. So far I have loved all the techs I've had! Jackie, Yvonne and Ann! I usually get shellac because I don't like the thickness of dip powder. I had tried it again and I loved my nails but because of the color I picked, they made it as thin as they could but still ended up being a little thick for me. I was about to go back to shellac but Yvonne convinced me to give it one more try and I love how they turned out!!! She has made me a believer! Ann did my pedicure and she was super sweet and made my toes beautiful!! Highly recommend this place for the skills and the customer service!! read more

Ever since I got my pedicure done here, this has been my go to nail shop. I got a full set done for Valentine's Day and they came out so beautiful. Sunni did a great job at replicating my inspo pic. She was also very careful with the drill and didn't cut or burn me at all. I went back about a month later for a fill and had a bit of a problem with the communication on what I wanted but the manager was quick to fix my problem and make things right. I love this salon! I really wish I could give this place zero stars!!! Absolutely unprofessional services by the nail techs. Also the guy that is at the register in the front just telling everyone else what to do, he is beyond rude and he is the reason I will not be going back and instead I will be going to Milano next to Target, they actually know what they are doing, give excellent customer service and are not rude! read more

First time visiting and it was a Saturday. I was there for 2.5 hrs for a French tip shellac pedicure. The wait was longer than expected, but I didn't mind seeing that Saturdays are the busiest days and I didn't have an appointment. The Pedicure chairs were very close together causing me to have to share the drinks table with the person next to me. I suggest they spread them out or reconfigure them throughout. I will return but come during the week when it's less busy and for sure schedule an appointment. Overall, the service was amazing and I appreciated the attentiveness from the receptionist, hostesses, manager, and my nail tech, Michael. I took a phone call and needed to step outside, and the hostess thought I was leaving due to the wait. She kindly came outside and immediately found a seat for me, which was greatly appreciated and I also witnessed the manager doing the same on another occasion. read more

I just moved to the area and capri spa and nails is the closest salon to my home so I called hoping they did hard gel (builder gel) and they did! I got super excited because it's rare that salons do this particular gel. I avoid acrylic and regular gel so this was a huge plus but beyond that, I always love the shape of my nails done by Henry. But what takes it up a notch is the fact I can get speciality designs, which is something I thought only speciality nail techs could do but this salon is very impressive. Not to mention the complimentary drinks, they are so tasty. Also if you are a first time client, you get a coupon for your next visit. Prices are reasonable. Staff are attentive and nice. If you get a detailed design, just make sure you let them know when you're booking the appt so they reserve that time for you. I couldn't get some designs other times because of timing but I would definitely recommend this salon! They are good at what they do read more

Very disappointed in their pedicure. I paid $48 + 20% tip x 2 pedicure and they didn't even putting any effort into the massage or make sure my heels are clean. They set the timer for 12 minutes to massage but already spend their 3-4 minutes putting on the paraffin. The ladies talk to much and I feel so annoying.
