I just moved here to Katie, Texas from Las Vegas looking for a nail shop . I had Jonny do my pedicure first of all he got all of my callus. This massage was amazing and my nails are stunning! He is very friendly and then I had Sam do my nails to clean my cuticles massage my hands beautifully and she has amazing customer service she did such a beautiful job on my nails. They've never been so clean. She actually cares about your real nails besides the fake nails and I love that!I brought my three-year-old son with me and they were so kind to him my three-year- old got a kid duo, pedicure manicure And the ladies name was Haidi and she was talking to My Son She was so friendly. She helped him with his laptop. She was asking him questions. I'm just amazed with a customer service. They serve beverages and they have quite a few options. The shop is so beautiful. The receptionist is amazing at booking appointments, I am just amazed with the customer service the ambience and the service they did all my nails thank you so much for this nail shop.

Everyone is nice and it's a clean salon. they all do a great job, but SAM HOUSTON took the ball out the stadium ladiesss!!! she did an INCREDIBLE job on my service, first time going with her and will definitely be booking with her from now on!! Thank you so much Sam Houston!!!

This place is awesome! They're attentive, welcoming, and consistently provide great service. I've had a few pedicures here and each one has been a great experience. You really can't beat the complimentary drinks, including alcohol! But my go-to is definitely the Vietnamese iced coffee. It makes the whole experience even better. Highly recommend!

An excellent mani pedi with Anna and Cindy! Danny is an excellent person to welcome you into this lovely nail salon. It's unexpectedly located on 529 in the Elyson section of Katy. Anna offers an exceptional pedicure, while Cindy did my festive fingers! Karmen came with a tasty cocktail Very good use of your time in the busy season! Treat yourself to an experience at Capri! They offer easy online scheduling with a text reminder! BTW, as a new client, I was offered a 10% discount! In addition a lovely wrapped Christmas gift!

I have being going to capri for years. The owner is very nice and friendly. All the staff are great! I have never had a bad experience here. The service is always amazing. The spa is very clean and well organized.

Went back and they were so kind and fixed my nails. They look 100 better! Everyone has an off day, even businesses. They made it right so I will be back!

I can't even explain how relieved and happy I am to have found this salon--especially after the disaster I had at my last place. The last salon cut me and I ended up reacting badly to their products. I have really sensitive skin, so it made me super cautious about trying anywhere new. But then I came here... and wow. Everything changed. Lynn was my nail tech, and she was incredible. From the moment I sat down, she listened carefully to all my concerns and went above and beyond to make sure I felt safe and comfortable. She explained every single product she used and prevented any further damage, made thoughtful recommendations, and even double-checked with me to make sure it was going smoothly. She was SO sweet, so gentle, and clearly very dedicated to her work. You can tell she genuinely cares--not just about how your nails turn out (which, by the way, were flawless), but also about the whole experience. I didn't feel rushed or overlooked at any point. The salon itself was super clean, peaceful, and welcoming. Everything was top-tier. If you're someone who's had a bad experience before or you're sensitive to certain products like me, go see Lynn and specifically Capri Spa and Nails. They truly made all the difference, and I won't be going anywhere else.

Didn't have an appointment today and the place was packed. They quickly sat me and asked if I wanted a beverage. Understandably had to wait just a little while for someone to get to me but I definitely expected that as I had no appointment on a busy night. They took their time and were so friendly! Loved the decor and vibes of this place. Will definitely be back!

I absolutely love it here at Capri!!! The customer service is amazing, it is so clean, and they have the best services. We are a regular here for great reason! I love the OPI color choices for shellac, and the technicians have all been wonderful making my nails look beautiful and healthy. The milk & honey pedicure is my favorite since they use real honey, it's so relaxing and it keeps my feet happy and baby soft!! They also have complimentary drinks and the server is so kind, get the Viet Iced Coffee especially if you come in the morning, so yum! Thanks ,Capri Spa & Nails, for the best mani/pedi experiences!

Simran S.

Absolutely adore this place, love coming here and getting pampered. Everyone is so sweet. You can come back within a week to fix any chips; my total for a pedicure with gel and short chrome nails was $122. This time, my nail was chipping and it was really noticeable :( not sure if it was because I chose chrome over one color, but this shouldn't happen for the price I paid.

Everyone is super friendly and they did a great job with my pedicure and color powder. Emily was great and took care of me.

Went in for a full set and pedicure left out paying 88 dollars!! Lady who did nail cut me twice and I also had to tell her to apply more glue to a nail that wasn't completely glued down, only to come back today almost two weeks later..because a nail was coming up she didn't put enough glue apparently on multiple nails because another just popped completely off as i getting in my bed to lay down so now I have to go back in the am to get another nail fixed!! I've been getting my nails done for 20 years and NEVER HAVE I Ever had nails popping completely off...this is unacceptable PERIOD!! read more

I was able to enjoy an excellent service for a manicure and pedicure in early April with Jessie and absolutely LOVED her work! She is an amazing technician, she works with you to find the perfect color, the shape you want, and takes her time. She puts her best effort and it shows! She is awesome and I HIGHLY recommend her! She makes you feel relaxed and comfortable. She has excellent communication skills throughout the entire process! Will definitely be coming back to her! Along with Jessie being amazing! the staff is WONDERFUL! They make you feel comfortable and welcomed the moment you walk in! They listen to what you want and help get everything ready! They answer any and all questions you may have, and help find the color you're looking for! Along with that they make sure you always have a drink in hand and are being satisfied! read more

customer service is definitely on point! i had kelly for my full set & christopher for my pedicure. both took time and intentionality - super careful. and kelly made sure my shape was exactly how i wanted it. from the moment you walked in to the second you left it was great customer service. greeted, confirmed your service, and got you in right on time. they brought me the colors to check out. when i sat down the bartender came over and served drinks right away. big, open space with a great vibe. they do charge extra for shaping and length, etc. so prepare for that but price was still reasonable and worth it. plus they give you 10% off for your first time. will definitely be returning!! read more

If I could give this place no star I would! It started out when I came wanting just a shellac manicure and nothing too extravagant because I am a healthcare worker. I am an American-Vietnamese so yes I do understand when the ladies and gents are speaking Vietnamese. A young lady assisted me, she greeted me and started humming to some songs. While prepping my manicure she begins to commentate in Vietnamese in her sarcastic tone of voice that she's servicing a shellac manicure and as if it was a waste of her time. She follow up stating that she wishing it would've been something more advance like dip nails or such. When I was done I quickly paid, tip generously and left. A month goes by (yesterday) my sisters came to visit ( I live in Elyson) and wanting to get their pedicure done. So I decided to give Capri another try since they are a block from where I live. So I brought my two sisters and my husband and we all did a pedicure service. Now a lady assisted me, who did not greeted me at all, demand me to sit down and asked to pick any premium pedicure service. The pedicures was for my sisters but I came for the ride. I did not care too much for any excessive stuff so I picked the basic pedicure service which was "express pedicure". The lady scoffed, rolled her eyes and begin working. Before I get to some gruesome detail, let me tell you a little back story of my pedicure experience. I had pedicure done since I was a little girl, my sister is also a manicurist who educate me on these, so I know these stuff and it is not my first rodeo. I had never had any hangnails what so ever. I keep my toes tidy and they get pampered often. However, this lady (I didn't get her name) started cutting my cuticles and when I say cutting, she literally cutting into my skin, she was not gentle and was jabbing my skin until I bleed. She continues to toes. She forces a cuticle pushit and nail cleaner then follows it underneath my toe nail. She then grab a cuticle nipper and cut the side of my nail twisted it and pulls, then come gushing blood, I told her it hurt and she said "oh that is just hang nail" I literally saw a piece of my skin rip apart from the side of my toe nail and blood came gushing, she saw that I bled so she grab my feet and place it in the water bowl so the bleeding would stop. Today I am still bleeding as I walk and my toes had never hurt this much after a pedicure. I am not ashamed to say that I spend $29 dollars for a pedicure and tipped her $10 was the most regrettable service of my life. Basically the conclusion is, if you are not willing to spend a bunch amount of money then you will be treated poorly. I will not come back to this place nor will any of my family. read more

This was the first time KGB 101 was having a DSC (Dave, Shelly, & Chainsaw) Ladies Night. Our group of 4 were the first ladies in line for the event. We were strategically planning which booths to visit AFTER we enjoyed complimentary bites! This is where I went wrong... AHN was the only Brow/ Makeup booth. The event was from 7- 10pm. I waited in line for an hour & fifteen minutes. And my turn came at 9:30pm. Now, let me give you a rundown on my caterpillars. I had microblading done literally one year ago. And, as we know- this is not a permanent treatment. My blading strokes were fading. Since I knew there was a brow booth for Ladies Night- I didn't bother to do jack shit to my brows. I could've easily been mistaken for the Yeti's cousin. When it's my turn, I lay down on AHN's table & she adjusts her light to take a look at my brows. She asks politely, "What's goin on here?" I give her the rundown of my microblading & how I don't bother getting them waxed at the nail salons- because they usually end up having my brows look like a chola. We laugh about our chola days. She commented how the microblading gave my brows a different shape than what she'd think would look. I tell AHN, I'm open to suggestions. As she preps my brows- she leans in & politely says," At least, tweeze your fucken brows". I died laughing! Within 15 minutes- she transformed my brows w- makeup & waxing, and eyebrow trimming. My jaw dropped! Yes, it was worth the hour plus wait! Even though it's a mini expo, per se- I had to tip $15!!! She worked miracles!

It didn't matter because a lady told them to come sit in the chairs (they sat and waited for 2 or 3 minutes before this happened). I asked a lady that was sitting down if she was in line. The lady that ended up assisting me, Sunira noticed that I was there before the other two ladies. I told her that I wanted my eyebrows cleaned and she did an okay job. When I looked back in the mirror when she was finished I had something brown on my face. It was not there when I walked in! She wiped it and said she didn't have anything on her hands. When I checked in, I asked if any of providers I saw on Google were there and Sabin was! She was kind, gentle, and very attentive. I told her all of my areas of concern and she provided a plan for me. She threaded my brows, and waxed my armpits and chin. While I was waiting for her, I saw a lot of other people getting their eyebrows tinted. I was curious about the process so I asked and based on her response I was confident enough to try it. It was a great experience! My Biggest concern was the tint being too dark. Typically the darker you go, the longer the tint will last, but I had events that week and I didn't want my eyebrows looking crazy dark. I expressed that to Sabin she told me that she could give me a lighter tint that would look natural. I was a bit nervous, but it was perfect! It lasted me about ~ two weeks. If I have a period of time where I don't have to go out in the public thenmaybe I'll get the darker tint but the natural tint she did for me was great. I'll definitely be back! The waxing was quick and painless. Total I believe my visit cost me around 60 bucks including tip. They do sell products at the front and I was convinced to buy the wipes for my eyebrows. I don't really think they were necessary as you could just use a dental gentle napkin or cloth to wipe your brows daily. They are located in a smaller lot so parking can be tricky, but I was able to find a spot just fine. The place itself was clean and they have about eight seats for services and a long bench in the waiting area for guest.

came to this salon because Becky my nail lady for 7 years had started working here. I checked into my appointment under Becky not knowing she no longer worked at this location. They told me my nail lady was running late and that they were just going to remove my nails, so I wouldn't wait so long. Once my nails were removed. I asked were was Becky and they told me she had to leave and told them to take care of me and referred me to another technician. All of this ended up, being lies. I texted Becky and she called me and informed me she was no longer there. That is horrible and manipulating. and if you are looking for Becky she is now at gloss nail lounge in Katy and she can reached on her IG Beckynailsandmicroblading and her cell number 832-484-2487 read more

I've gotten my nails done twice here and my toes done once. The technician that did my nails allowed me to take my time to choose specific colors I wanted for my nails. She listened to any instructions that I had given her with dealing with my nails, along with suggesting nail shapes that would look good with my hands. I'm glad I was able to fully relax in the massage chair along with staying hydrated with the drinks they offer. The owner was so sweet and checked in on my well-being along with the other guests. The atmosphere was calming and fresh which influences a homey feeling. I'll definitely be coming back often for all their services. read more

On my most recent visit I noticed the glue was a minimal amount so I asked Ruby to add more she said it would be fine and I said okay I am sure they will come off due to my short length. Approximately 9 days later the first nail came off, I called and Ruby asked me to come tomorrow but was unable so I returned the next day. She was very apologetic and had no problem fixing it. I asked her to check the others because I already knew what would happen. Well the next day another nail came off, I called and reported it but now I am frustrated because after paying $60 no nails should be falling off before 2 weeks. After receiving the 2nd repair I was told my new total is $5.00. I was APPALLED. I should have been informed it was a charge and also given the option of maybe just going ahead and doing a refill. Why pay $60, then 10 days later $5.00 then another 4 days later $50 for refill. Ve the front desk manager was very RUDE AND CONDENSING, I requested to speak with owner. She wrote the number for me to call and I asked if she would call and explain. She spoke with him and he requested to speak with me. After speaking with him he understood my frustration and further EXPLAINED THEY HAVE A 3 DAY POLICY. This is not written on any notices located in the establishment and I never had a problem before. My only concern was stand behind your product, it is not the COST but the PRINCIPLE. I was very respectable, calm and not rude but I was appalled and astonished it was unreal. The owner asked if I would come back and do not worry about the $5.oo but at this point I was embarrassed and not a fond of how I was treated. I told him I would pay the $5.00 and NEVER RETURN due to the inconsistency and disrespect. He was apologetic but the way I was treated by the manager (VE) who did not even want to give me her name which I had to get from the owner. I left peacefully and will not return.
