I decided to visit this place because I didn't want to deal with the parking near Aisha's Salon. Walk-ins are welcomed. I didn't book an appointment prior to coming. When I arrived, I checked in on an I-Pad in the front. I waited for about 10 minutes or so - not too bad. The lady who helped me did a good job fixing my shape. She didn't make insulting comments (ie. you've been plucking, your eyebrows are out of control so you need to come more often etc) like some ladies do at threading salons - that's a plus. The salon was clean and quiet. Price - $10 for eyebrows and they have packages and membership subscriptions that you can purchase as well. The price is slightly higher than Aisha's and I didn't see that they had an option for a frequent visitor punch card like other salons. read more

I purchased a package for eye brow trimming based on how much I liked how Neha did my brows. Went back and she wasn't there so had to get my brows done twice by someone else. The first time, my skin was cut up.. The second time, the shape was ruined even though I showed exactly what I wanted. Their is definitely a language barrier with some of the staff. Neha is not always there it seems and they do NOT take eyebrow appts. I have one threading session left and have made an appt with Neha. But the woman on the phone didn't even ask me for my name. I had to point that fact out to her in fact. After this last session I won't be going back fingers cross this supposed appt actually counts for something. read more

I LOVE THIS PLACE. Nimroza always does a great job on my brows. Threading is usually painful but she has such a soft touch. I don't feel any pain and she is always sooo sweet. I've been serviced by a couple of the other ladies and I can honestly say they are ALL great. I'm just partial to Nimo, she is just so nice and always knows who I am when I walk in; which is an extra special touch. I recommend this place 10/10. My first time was pretty good although the lady didn't want to honor the 20% off your first visit yelp discount. I wasn't tripping over it. I came back again today and told the lady I just wanted my brows cleaned up because I have been growing them out so they can be thick. The lady cut the end of my brow with the scissors. So now this one is messed up bad and they look horrible. I probably won't be coming back again. read more

Ive been coming here since they have opened. it's sad to say they do not listen to what your requests are, my regular lady knows me and my preferences, she butchered my eyebrows to the point I basically have paper thin brows :( she wasn't even apologetic didn't offer a discount or any compensation. as well when I ask for a facial they all act like they don't want to perform it and more often they turn me down for a facial. and when I do get facials it's poorly executed. needless to say I do not recommend this place, they need a lot of improvement I am currently in search of a better eye brow facial threading place in Richmond if anyone has recommendations? read more

Walk-in's welcomed. Cool check-in system. I like the results of the full face threading. She was very thorough and did a good job on the eyebrows. The redness was not as bad after she applied some aloe gel. I recommend you try this place if your are in the area. read more

Word of advice- if you cannot see Rabia, do NOT let the other lady here touch your eyebrows. I didn't catch my lady's name, but man, she destroyed my eyebrows. I've never had such a bad eyebrow job! I have one curvy misshapen one, and one triangular/arched one after I had carefully grown them for a month! The regular eyebrow prices are $10, but thank god I only paid $5 for my this job. I cried in the car when I looked at my eyebrows! The only reason i didn't give 1 star was because Rabia handled my family members eyebrows and I had the other person working there. I had a really good experience here! I can only speak for one service, which was threading the upper lip. Neha was very gentle and did a great job! The place is super clean and they sanitize everything while your there and after you leave. I was worried about threading my upper lip because usually they have to keep the thread in their mouth, but Neha had the thread around her neck haha! Very innovative for sure. They have really good reviews on Google, which is why I wanted to try this place out. They also have a Yelp Check In offer for 20% off your first visit and a Student discount with ID for 30% off! Great customer service. I'm always in and out quickly and they don't try to push additional services on you like other similar threading salons. I really like how careful they've been during this pandemic. Staff uses face shields on top of their masks (by request now) and sanitizes seats and door handles after each customer. This place concentrates specifically on brows and it was refreshing for my brow stylist to be focused on me and my brows vs the facial she's also doing while fitting me in or the haircut she has right after me. I used to love this location. Shabana was great and most of the other women were great. However, this last time that I went some other woman did my threading and it was not a great experience. She burned me and then lied about the discounts they offer. I have posted a picture for proof. What really bothers me is that I told her I had been there several times before which means I use the same discount every time. I could've gotten over her burning me but then she lied. Was not happy with my eyebrows. I tried them twice and they messed up both times. I don't plan on returning.

The lady was threading eyebrows and I said I wanted wax. She said nobody waxes today, so I decided to come back another day. She told me she would clean up my brows with wax, but she ended up ripping skin off my face. Then she proceeded to thread anyway to fix it. I didn't say anything at the moment because I was in tears from the pain. I am now missing a chunk of skin the size of a dine under my eyebrow. read more
