My daughter and I both made an appointment for services, two pedicures & acrylic nails. Hannah worked on both of our hands and did an incredible job. She took care with every detail which is important to me. May also worked on my daughter's hands and did very well placing the color powder on her set. Mindy worked on my toes and did an amazing job with the shape and color of my pedicure, the massage was great too! Mimi worked on my daughter's pedicure and did an amazing job as well. Everyone is very friendly, work very diligently to please and get the desired outcome for the customer. Their drinks menu is very varied, which I appreciated. I have been coming here for years, but lately it's been crappy service. They rush through you to be able to take more clients. Most recently I came to have my powder dip removed and just get a regular manicure... they left my nails a total mess! Removed the dip and cut them back and told me go wash your hands. I came back and apparently that was it! She had already moved on and started giving someone a pedicure. Didn't file, didn't buff them ... nothing. I think this was the last straw for me. I came to your salon two weeks ago to get my nails and toes done... there was 4 people in there and only 2 people working. The owner was not there and the employees said it's typical tht they never have enough people working. I came to check out the salon because I made an appointment for the next weekend for 10 of my girlfriends to come get their nails and toes done. I couldn't take the chance though to not have enough workers. I ended up having to leave because not enough people were working. With my experience, I booked somewhere else. Sorry. I will however say that the experience at Vogue was beyond anything I have experienced in a very long time. No rap music, no TV's, they have soft relaxing music, my pedicure with Mimi was wonderful and Trish is amazing and my nails are so beautiful.... Not to mention a nice glass of white wine. My nails look really great. They take their time doing your nails so if you're pressed for time I wouldn't recommend coming here. They have a lot of pedicure chairs and the salon is very nice looking and clean. I love having my water really hot which it was. I chose the pedicure where you get hot towels, parrafin wax wrap, and got stone massage. The towels were super hot. A downfall to the pedicure was they didn't seem to massage my legs at all. The prices were decent, they got the job done well, and the place is nice. Can't complain too much. read more

I really enjoyed getting a pedicure here with my friend. First of all I didn't feel rushed to choose a paint color like many places tend to do. I also loved that the water wasn't TOO hot. Went there second time today; my first visit was not great, but my nails came out beautiful ( shellac mani and shellac pedi); Karen (highly recommended!!!) did just great on my pedi - she was nice and I really enjoyed it! The girl who was doing my nails disappointed me though...she didn't give me that little soaking bowl...I was like 'well that's something new' - small wonder she pinched me badly few times when cutting my cuticles and I really don't like bleeding cuticles; So it was just a wrong person...I noticed that a girl next to us ( Emmanuelle) did a great job though - that's why I scheduled my manicure with her for the next time (today) Aand it was great - I got shellac mani with silver tip; I'm very satisfied with this experience! I was a walk in client and was taken care of right away. Mike did my shellac French mani and he did a fabulous job. I took a start off because I have 3 areas where my skin was filed and that's never fun. But apart from that, Mike did a fabulous job. It was quick and I have no bubbles. UPDATE: I was wrong, I have SEVEN cuts... My nails look nice, but my cuticles burn when I wash my hands or apply lotion and it's just not fun.... 3 stars read more

She had short hair and was wearing shorts and a button down shirt and she was so nice and funny!). Although there were no TVs like some others said, I felt so pampered and relaxed, I didn't care! I always take my iPad, smart phone, or a magazine anyway, so it didn't matter at all. And half the time I had my eyes closed enjoying the awesome massage chair they have (better than most!). I just did a deluxe pedicure, and it was great: hot stones, paraffin, massage, etc. They did a fine job with my toes (I have very high expectations, though, and no one can do them like I do them! But compared to other salons it was just fine) and next time I'll try the Gel mani. I'll be back for sure! read more

Everyone was VERY nice! The establishment was clean, relaxing, and well decorated. I liked how the nail polish colors were painted on nails in a paint swatch type set up. I was a walk in and was seen after a very short wait. Nancy did my pedicure - she was extremely nice and gentle. She helped me pick which pink nail polish and was fun to talk to. I can't remember the lady who did my nails - pink and white full set. She was also nice and gentle. Didn't cut me at all. The lady up front who was organizing everyone - maybe the owner? Was super friendly sitting down and talking to me while my services were done. Everyone like I said was nice, efficient, and carful. The instruments were pre packaged and sterile. I was asked if I wanted anything to drink multiple times. All different types of clients including several males. My issues? Several of my nails have small air bubbles, or dips/divets where the acrylic nail meets the real nail because not enough powder was applied, and my thumb nail is completely crooked. If I had noticed that I would of gone back immediately. Unfortunately I don't have any time to go back and have them redone due to my work schedule. I would go back - just next time check that my nails are actually to my liking instead of rushing out to go eat! read more

Today was my first experience at this salon! Amy took great care of me! She was so gentle when she removed my old set of nails and applied a brand new set of tips. I had shallac polish and she made sure to apply enough coats so that it was nice and dark, like I liked it! Amy talked to me the whole time and made me feel comfortable. I'm usually really picky about who does my nails, and I love my current salon but it's far from my house in Katy. I will definitely come back to this salon again!
