DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. I really hate writing bad reviews, but this needs to be written. I had an awful experience here!!! I have bad ingrowns and have been getting them taken out at nail salons since I was younger. I am used to them having to dig to get them out and it not being a problem afterwards. My toe is now INFECTED from going here and them getting my ingrowns out. The owner said it was from them digging - no this has not happened before - it's definitely from unclean tools they were using!!!! See the picture. Puss and yellow coming from my toe!!! Then, on top of this I got a full set dip nails and not even two days after one of my nails came off. I called them to tell them this and the owner said to come back to fix the nail. I said I would rather be refunded my money because my nail shouldn't be popping off this soon and I can't be coming in whenever the rest do the same. She said they can't refund money, only fix the nail. Well I super glued my nail back on myself since I knew I wasn't going to be able to go in for a couple of days.... The next morning - I woke up to missing a thumb nail!!!! My thumb nail literally fell off in my sleep??? This has neverrrr happened before - they must use cheap nail glue or something!!! This was a waste of money and time!!! Go somewhere else and don't make the same mistake I did by coming here. read more

Lily is my nail tech at Azora and I wanted to give her the loudest of shout-outs on her behalf today, because she is phenomenal. I first visited Azora in 2019 and got acrylics; she did a great job. She inspired me to try to take care of my nails at home - a mistake. I couldn't go a week without something breaking! So, back in December, I went back after having grown my nails out a bit. This is my third visit now and she has my natural nails looking so healthy and beautiful! When I came in today, she was happy to do a little bit of nail art I requested, and it looks so cool! I find myself making excuses to position my hand in certain ways to show off my nails! She can do ANYTHING. I showed them a pic of what I wanted (I got a fresh set). What I wanted vs what I got were two different things (see pics). So I went back for a second time and she made it look better but it was rushed, she didn't charge me which was cool but for these reasons, I won't be back. I paid $138 (+tip TWICE) for a pedi with shellac, short nail soak off, new acrylic set and shellac. Super expensive for this kind of spotty work. But, nice place and they do try. I just won't spend this kind of money again for a 3rd attempt. Good luck tho. read more

Wonderful place!!! They were able to do my nails exactly as I requested and were very nice. I did have a few battle wounds but it didn't take away from the overall experience at all. I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to get their nails done at a fair price! The first picture is what I showed them and the second is what they gave me! We have been coming to this place since 2019. So disappointed. The owner will call you and ask if you can come 30 minutes earlier only to have you sit 20 minutes waiting for your appointment. However, they charged me for a soak off $10, French tip/new set $47 and a design that she suggested after i initially declined (literally a "sparkle" on each ring finger) $12. Victoria and I have been working on a variety of nail designs for a little over a year now, based on my mood and the season. While not every design is perfect, she is always up for the challenge and creates something we can both be proud of. She is the absolute sweetest personality, and she thrives to listen and execute based on color themes I find on the internet & the idea I have in my head. Nobody, and I mean NOBODY has more patience than her. I am alot to deal with. Lol This nail salon learned my first name very quickly, and they make me feel like some kind of VIP from the moment I walk through the door - even though I am usually ALWAYS in my pajamas. And while I haven't always received 100% satisfaction across the board on pedicures, they keep trying to find me a pedicure technician who can meet my standards. Currently speaking, we are in a very good place. They offer a variety of drinks during your visit, including but not limited to wines, Vietnamese coffee, water & tea. They have plenty of different service menu items that can accommodate any budget or time concern. They also have hand sanitizer upon entering the front door, along with masks, in the even that you forgot yours during COVID. They've got a pretty healthy variety of colors whether you are doing dip, shellac, acrylic, etc...Victoria has even mixed colors to customize something just for me. I have the worst habit of showing up a little late, yet they stay and finish my services without rushing me out the door, or making me feel like the nuisance that I know I can be. This place doesn't provide good customer service/quality. I have never been asked if I wanted water or any beverage the multiple times I've gone. Today, I went and I had an issue with "annie" because she did not ask me how I wanted my filing, usually nail techs ask you along the way how you're liking what they're doing..like, "is this is OK?" But that wasn't the case here. I was mesmerized by the amazing British baking show they have playing while my arm was on the uncomfortable cold table to be staring at her work. but after she did my thumb, thank God I noticed and said "hold on you made my nail too skinny?.. I prefer it the way I naturally have my nail bed" and she just gave me a rude face and said like it was too late. Personally I kept the other thumb natural just because it's just more comfortable for me so oh well it looks odd now. That's not even the worst part lol I need to mention that I was there a month ago and I had gotten a black Halloween design and I loved it but literally right after I got it done I got invited to a wedding last minute where I was gonna have to wear a beige cream dress so I went back to the salon to get a color change to match and the lady was like passively angry at me and this lady had the audacity to bring that up in this recent visit of how I was a problematic customer when It had nothing to do with her! it was just that life happens for me so she brought that incident up with other customers next to me and really made the situation uncomfortable. During my recent visit I had a picture I wanted her to follow and it was not followed at all so as she was doing the topcoat I said hold on I really do not want to go home like this I'm gonna be sad looking at my hands every day if I don't say something now.. so I said I'm sorry but I don't like it at all and she was really rude and brought up the problematic customer thing and didn't take responsibility or ownership that she didn't do a good job, it wasn't a good experience, and she didn't provide good customer service. If you want somewhere quick and in the cheaper end then this place is decent. I got what I paid for. It was $45 for a fill which is cheaper than my usual place. In the long run the nails don't last very long. The clear coat started chipping after a week and one of them cracked after only a couple days. I also asked for a design but the one who asked me didn't tell the person doing my nails and by the time I noticed they were already done but I didn't get charged so I'm not upset. I'll probably only come back here when I need something quick again since they're closer but otherwise I'll stick to my normal spot. read more

This is a beautiful place. The atmosphere is trendy, relaxing and there is complimentary drinks upon your arrival. Equipment is new & shows no sign of being worn or torn which, is nice when your using the massage chairs. Don't be fooled by yelp, they are no longer allowing 15% discount as a first time guest. It's 10%. I tried to pull for the 15 & showed them but they just turned me down. Oh well. As far as technique and skill. I had two girls working on me for a shellac manicure and deluxe pedi. The massages were average. No pressure what's so ever from The young lady doing my feet and the lady doing my hands was in a rush. However, my pedicure is gorgeous, I've never seen French done so well without acrylics. The lady who did my shellac, did a horrible job. Not enough coats, she cut my nails down to nibs & she rushed so there are lumps within the gel on my nails. Will I be back? Yeah, but will probably ask for a new manicurist. Give it a try. I had a wonderful pedicure with Tommy, with an amazing shellac manicure by Lilly. I felt welcome as soon as I walked in the door, in the atmosphere was nice and clean. I didn't get the mani/pedi at the same time which didn't bother me, but they were proactive in telling me that they are sorry they could not do my hands and feet at the same time.
