Visited this place on August 3. For the prices they charge, the service and the products they use are not worth it. I paid $105 for a fill and a pedicure with gel on both my hands and feet. By August 7th, my toe nail polish was chipping just for wearing closed toe shoes. This has never happened before with gel polish. I should have known the polish was old or something was going on with their supplies because every color I requested, they said they didn't have and I eventually just settled on a color. The guy who did my nails was rude, he kept telling me what color he wanted to give me based on what he had and then got frustrated because I didn't want to just wear anything. My sister went here and had 2 completely different experiences. My nail technician Lee was fantastic and my nails turned out beautifully. My sister had Kevin and he was angry, short-tempered, and unskilled. It was the worst the nail experience she has ever had. We asked for the same color and got completely different results. My husband had his manicure done here while I waited (just had mine done right before our trip into Houston so didn't need one). I was waiting and had the pleasant time talking with Michelle, who I believe to be the manager. His manicure was done by Quyen and is nicely filed and polished. All the technicians there are very nice, lovely place with chandeliers. If a place has chandeliers, they must know how to treat clients and they do. For those who come in, they have a trolly of cold water, sodas, and goodies. This time we had a selection of pretzels or fruit snacks. Great for kids who are waiting for their mamas to be beautified. The place was nice and open, not loud or chuckling like other salons. The other thing I found to be quite unique is they have separate bathrooms for males and females. So calling all males, it's ok to get your nails done. As my husband said, they had the game on and you have your own separate bathrooms! lol I think one of the best thing was that they opened on a Sunday while all of their neighboring salons were closed. read more

Be careful because it's been 6 days since I got shellac on my nails and every single cuticle (from what I can see before the nail polish begins) looks bruised. I don't know how they sanitize their tools either. I feel comfortable in salons where they pull new tools out of bags each time, but this place did not. Not sure if that is leading to a small nail infection now.. but I am going to take off the shellac just in case.. read more

But ladies and gentlemen giving tips its a customer choice specially for services like this. PROCESS: I will admit I never have gotten a pedi done, and I'm 25 years old . I've done my own nails since I was in middle school , I always thought "why pay for something that I can do just as good ?" . I even follow nail forums and threads! But life , work, dog , classes gets in the way! And I needed my nails to look good for my engagement photos I've gotten manicures done before but never a pedi so I wasn't sure what to expect, such as how much to pay, tips, and what was their process! Pretty simple you come in, select the package you want ( or call ahead), select your nail polish color. They sit you down , dip your feet in the little tub, wait for your cuticles and nails to soften up , remove the current nail polish , add some oils , feet go back in the tub. While one technician was doing this , another is doing your nails . They both eventually sync up and cut excess skin , trim things and push back your cuticles . They trim and file down your nails , you can choose rounded or square shaped . Polish goes on and done ! About an hour long process. LOOK: gorgeous establishment, chairs are new , the foot tub also has a plastic wrap on it, all the tools look clean, and they give you some water as well. I'm not sure about the foot scrubbers though, I may have to ask them next time... STAFF: 100% viet folks, nice ladies! Since I'm viet, I think they talk to me a lot haha! They're great and attentive, they'll make sure to carry your bag and shoes over to the nail drying station. They'll also quickly make any fixes if you happen to mess up your polish while drying! COST: 100% reason why I come here, the ambiance is definitely more upscale. But the pricing is pretty affordable! For a mini mani and pedi, I just pay $30! Worst nail experience ever. It felt chaotic as soon as I stepped foot in the salon. My pedicure went smoothly with no issues. It was easy to communicate with the technician. My manicure tech Kevin on the other hand was a complete mismatch for me. We had trouble agreeing on the length of the nail and the color. Had seriously such a great experience here. I was a walk in for a manicure and pedicure. I didn't have to wait at all (granted, it was in the morning on a Thursday). Quyen did my pedicure, and was very thorough with it. She even made sure to ask if I had any hangnails I needed taken care of. Lee did my manicure, and she is amazing! I've lived in this area for a while and I haven't found an ideal nail spa so when I saw the "free pedicure" sign I decided to take a chance. It's actually buy one get a free pedicure which is no big deal. The positives: the staff was nice and attentive.she asked about the water temperature and spent quiet a bit of time on the pedicure. My manicure was flawless as well. Areas for improvement: the decor is a bit plain and sterile. I love the ornate chandeliers but the walls are beige and there isn't really anything else to give it a spa feel. Hot stone massage was blah... The massage chair stopped working mid way through my service and no one apologized even though I pointed it out to my technician and the manager. I also noticed water pooling around my chair so maybe it was an electrical problem. They game over to mop up the water during my pedicure for which I am glad so I wouldn't slip and fall but the chemicals they used were very strong and took away from the relaxing moment I hoped for. I used to love this place until today. Not even 10 minutes of leaving the salon my shellac manicure started to bubble and peel off. I was thinking maybe the color was old? I went back and they said they don't think anything was wrong with the color. That probably it wasn't "cured" correctly. I wasn't entirely convinced so I asked for a different color. The gentleman said he could only do the same color for me. If I wanted another color, I would be charged extra. So I'm going to be charged extra for their mistake?! Passed this nail shop on my way home and decided to try it out. The salon is beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. Friendly service. They also had every color nail polish you could imagine and good brands to (Essie, OPI etc). I just needed a refill and I got attended to immediately. The technician that did my nails was very nice unfortunately my nails were mediocre. I didn't notice until I left but all of my nails are uneven. What is not to expect if for them to claim to do a manicure and not file your nails plus get polish all over your finger. My stepdaughter was also told to change her color and they made her chose a clear one because they couldn't figure out how to polish her nails with the yellow color she wanted without getting it all over her skin. So 9/19/2021 I went in for a Shellac pedicure and a manicure when she sat me down at the pedicure chair I noticed that there were feet Residue in the tub skin, nails etc. even had dust clearly showed feet tubs Are not being sanitized....I asked her if they clean their tubs she said.... it did not matter because they put a plastic over it.. To make it short.. WIFI the man who did my nails on March 6, 2021 was very unprofessional. I asked for a full set and it was done very sloppy. He did NOT cut my nails before adding the tips which caused a gap between my nails and the acrylic. Anyone with common sense knows this can cause FUNGUS, as someone who had fungus before I do not play. I called once I noticed the next day and set up an appointment hoping it will be solved. Well when I went in yesterday Wifi had an attitude and was very rude to me. Telling me I didn't know what I was talking about and even saying he's been doin nails for years and I'm not the first set he's done. Well based on how slow it was I now know why he isn't touching that many hands. He then cuts my nails down underneath and puts glue. I tell him I don't want that because it could cause fungus. His voice kept getting louder when talking to me. As a black woman I felt threatened. Whenever a black woman tries to express her concerns she's talked over and talked to CRAZY! After he finished his hack job that he was defending he pulled out another nail tip to tell me AGAIN that I didn't know what I was talking about. His hostility made me uncomfortable. He told me the best way is to cut your nails then apply the nail tip..which he did not do because I didn't ask...well I've been getting my nails done for 10 years and I have never had to ask for something that's already a step in the process. He was rushing and didn't care how the hell my nails would turn out. I know for a fact the STATE did not train him to butcher nails the way that he did. He was running his gums until I walked out and then went to the front desk to talk trash about me to the receptionist. My thing is, the state did not train you to create a nest for fungus. When people are wrong they get loud and disrespectful and that's exactly what happened. Now i don't know if Wifi is his government name, he might change it because of this review and become Dave when someone else walks in. Be aware of how your nails are treated, you don't have to sacrifice your nail beds to be cute. I will not be returning back here, I respect everyone no matter what and I don't know what the obsession with disrespecting black women is about ESPECIALLY when they are paying and tipping well. To say I am dissatisfied is an understatement. I've been a FAITHFUL customer since they opened nearly 5 years ago. I spend $120 there a month which is more than I pay for my electricity, internet and water bill combined. I went there today, spent $77, which is $17 over what I typically spend in a biweekly visit. My nails look like crap! I showed the owner and he told me 'next time I need to tell the guy to do a better job' and took my money. Fine. You've taken it for the last time. Whatever you do...don't let Tommy do your nails. He's horrible! Pictures in coral are of my nails today where I spent $17 more than usual.
