I love Tambra! I hadn't gotten my eyebrows done in forever, and found her on a whim google search. It was crucial to me to find someone that specializes in waxes ONLY. And by this I mean; in high school, I went to my local nail salon and got my eyebrows waxed. The chick go wax in my hair and began cutting my hair. True story. Brazilian360 has five stars for a reason!! When I finally decided I was ready, I did a yelp search for waxing and Brazilian360 came up as having a very high ratings and reviews. Granted... it was far from home but close by work. I still scheduled my appointment, and paid online. It was super easy and user friendly. You must have an appointment (No Walk-ins) and must do it online. Also you pay a deposit or pay in full to lock in your appointment. My first visit couldn't have been better. She was so nice, comforting, and quickly put my fears at ease. Tam was like having your BFF doing your waxing. I won't lie and say that having a Brazilian was a pleasant experience...because it wasn't. But it wasn't as bad as I'd thought it would be, and yielded results better than I imagined. Four weeks later I was ready for my next wax. I scheduled my appointment and went in. No complaints... however once I got home and thoroughly inspected the finished job... I wasn't 100% happy. There were a few hairs remaining and I didn't feel it was as thorough as the first time. I debated wether or not to contact her... and just not return. But based on my first impression there was no reason not to. I did decide to contact Tam and she was still very nice and more than willing to make sure she fixed whatever I was unhappy with. She scheduled me in and I came in for her to take care of my issue. It is because of how she handed me being unsatisfied that I knew I had to let you all know my personal experience. The location is easy to find and has plenty parking. Her studio is comfortable, clean, and modern with a touch of posh. She called me back about 2 min after my appt time. Prompt. I've been going to Tambra to get my eyebrows done for years now and she is THE best! I initially met her when she worked at a chain waxing place but when they told me she was no longer there I scoured the web until I found her -- that's how good she is! My eyebrows are naturally shaped but unruly. Plus, one is a teensy bit shorter than the other. It's been a lifetime struggle to find someone to do them properly. Folks either make them too thin, leave them looking messy, or give them some weird shape. But not Ms. Tambra! As she says, she absolutely slays my eyebrows! It sounds so simple but it makes such a drastic change to my face and I immediately feel like a new woman when she's done. Beyond the obvious - that she does a WONDERFUL job with my eyebrows -- her place is immaculate, super clean, she's always on time, she's professional, quick, and as a bonus she is hilarious! AMAZIIIIIIIIIING! In the words of Tambra "I am your new best friend" lol. She told me those exact words when I came to get landscaped when I moved back to Houston. I went to her while she was at EWC only bc of the 5 star reviews I saw on yelp. I'm very picky VERY but she definitely did not disappoint. I must say that bc she did such a great clean job I would not rest till I found her after EWC told me she was no longer there. Bless their hearts, they asked if I wanted to reschedule with someone else and if they could only see my facial expression, I was giving them a STROOOONG side eye. I felt sorry for them bc they truly lost a GEM, after all 90% if not more of the reviews were praising her and her work. Luckily I found her!!!! She's very thorough and knowledgable of waxing and the care for afterwards and up to your next visit. I've tried sugaring and regular wax before and have just tolerated the pain but this hard wax stuff has made me not want to go back. Her technique, skill and personality makes you feel like your one of your girls is waxing you professionally lol I recently had my underarms waxed, which I feel hurts worse than bikini, but surprisingly the pain was not that bad. I'm always weary of Yelp business pages with majority 5 star reviews. Could it be too good to be true? But please believe. Tambra is a wax technician that backs up the 5 star reviews. I found a groupon for a Brazilian wax at Brazilian360 for $24 and jumped at the opportunity. I believe the usual price is 50 bucks. On the day of my appointment I was running a tad bit late but she was very accommodating and reassuring. She has a business suite in an office building off Richmond and she had her niece and her daughter helping her with transactions. Her method is quick and efficient and she makes you feel comfortable. You can undress from the waist down behind the partition in the room and then your set for your wax! So for all you Brazilian wax virgins out there, this is what it consists of: ALL the hair is wax away from your vulva and also from your butt. It's not as bad as it seems. It does feel a little uncomfortable but only for a few seconds. Some parts are more sensitive than others but right after she takes off the wax, she applies pressure to the area and that subsides the sting. Once we were done and I got home-I couldn't stop looking at myself!! Lol. It looked really good. Tambra is the real deal. She uses blue hard wax. That is the only wax that should be used for a Brazilian. If you ever go to someone an get a wax with strips, you better become Usain Bolt and run out of there! I never thought I would be coming into any establishment to get a Brazilian Wax, after all the horror stories I have heard from my other friends. But fortunately, I was able to find a deal with Groupon, and I thought, "Well, if it is THAT bad, I can walk out and feel no remorse". LUCKILY I DIDN'T HAVE TO DO THAT :) Driving through, you're not going to see a HUGE sign in front of a building that says "Brazilian 360", but just know that you will be going to an office type building, and she is in one of the suites. So make sure that if it is your first time you have an appointment because she is appointments only. Luckily, I met Tambra. Super friendly, super sweet, and super knowledgeable... everything you really want in your first-time-OMG-please-calm-me-down waxer. She is a very good conversationalist, which makes the process SO much easier. It was my first time to get ANY kind of waxing done on my lower body, but Tambra assured me her experienced with EWC for over a decade, and her ability to train others, and the utility of her hard wax. She started her own business for over a month now and she basically gaining clientele at this point. She explains the process and is very good with follow through and after care advice. She goes into detail on how to take care of the skin. She sets the expectations at the beginning of the appointment so that you are not left unsatisfied. Now for the hard wax - Honayyyyy, I wouldn't go ANYWHERE that does anything other than hard wax. I have experienced it, it hurts, it bleeds, and I know this because of a bad purchase from Amazon and from friendly horror stories of the upper body- which is a story saved for another day. Tambra tells me she uses the BEST wax, and she is 100% correct. Yes, if you are a virgin at waxing, it's going to sting (DUH), but at the pace that Tambra goes (she's super quick and also quick to apply pressure), it is really a painless experience. You are in and out in 20 minutes!!! AND You're not crying out of your mind leaving the place. AND you will be having full on conversations with her throughout this entire process. There is skin left on your VAH JAY JAY and no scarring, AMAZING!!!. She also has a blowing fan to help ease your nerves down there. Would I come back? Absolutely! Was this review too hard to handle? Not at all as long as lady parts don't disgust you. But she definitely gained a customer and I will be recommending her to all the friends and strangers that needs some cleaning down there. read more

Let's be real here. Waxing sucks. It's one of those things where it can only be bad or a little less bad. My experience here was definitely the latter. Tambra is awesome!
