I am so disappointed with this owner, Dee I believe she goes by. I was recommended by a Brazilian…read morewoman who goes to her and I figured for a Brazilian wax, why not go to a Brazilian salon. Going on a beach vacation. I made the appointment off of her website which forces you to use Booksy. I downloaded the app, made the appointment. Then it was confirmed back. I showed up at 4 pm at the salon. I called and called and the door is locked. No one. I get a text back saying I should not have used the website and should have called her directly. Well clearly she doesn't pick up all the time. Not picking up once now either. She said she was busy running errands than said she was at the doctors. She texted me saying sorry for the inconvenience and that I should only text her and call, not use website. Now how is a new client supposed to know not to use that site? She then said she checked her appointment this morning and nothing showed up so she was free. That's fine. Most other salons do as well. You have to prepare to go to a wax salon. Shower and clean up and it takes time. Which for me, means taking half a day off when you work downtown. Well she is making it seem like I should have known not to use the appointment website. This was my first experience and my last. She may be good at waxing, but she is not the only one. I prefer to have my time respected especially since I'm paying. I have never gone to another salon for wax but I have heard of another Brazilian salon called Mica's Salon. I told her I will try that one and she sent me another text. I wish her luck but she needs to fix her business website. She offered to meet me at 6:30 pm but I respectfully declined. Thank you.

I booked the $20 Brazilian wax and I guess the phrase you get what you pay for it really is true…read more Let's first start by saying I was 10 minutes late, which I did call to inform the Esthetician unfortunately their calls do not go directly in-house but to a overseas receptionist When I did arrive, the receptionist did not greet me nor did she introduced herself, but stared at the screen with her back to me to verify my name and asked me if I had wax before so she could gauge if she had enough time to still take my appointment. My, I am nothing about her look was professional she had on a hoodie the entire time definitely kind of sketchy. Also, she didn't make any conversation. All she did was ask me to put my legs up and if I can open them more. I am from a place where service providers often do run late and the payer is expected to still have a pleasant attitude which I did not experience. Definitely would not recommend the vibe is definitely not there, and I will not be back for sure. Also, may I add anybody may be 10 minutes late because most people are probably looking for a storefront but it's not it's in a salon suite. Might I add, also at the quality of these products are nothing special their basic things you can buy inside of a Walmart or a beauty supply store with no aesthetician license. and the after post wax things that she use are not pH balance for the bikini area. I am a licensed aesthetician, so take my word for it. "Esthetician" Name is Nikita

No other salon like this in all of Houston! I lived in Katy…read morefor years and this was my place every week. I originally visited because of their sanitary practices and standards which are that of a dentist office, superbly clean. What an experienced!! It was the most relaxing environment and kind technicians I've ever experienced. They are meticulous. Going slow to be mindful of your cuticles, scrubbing with a brand new foot pumice, using new files and buffer. They take their time when massaging. This is a spa experience, not a cattle call. When we moved in 2024 I continued to make the drive from Houston. This is my place! If you care about your nail health and getting the best service, look no further. Also, the salon is very clean and cute. They do not use pedicure spa chairs (which was part of a class action lawsuit) nor nasty plastic bags inside bowls. Instead everything is cleaned with hospital grade products. I would also like to point out that the person who posted all those pics of her nails and gave them zero stars, has nail damage NOT due to a manicure. That is an unhealthy nail and a manure cannot fix that. This is a salon that cares about your experience as much as your nails. I absolutely love their polish options (again they use only the best and nothing old and junky). This is not an inexpensive investment, but it's worth the extra for my peace of mind.
