I booked through ClassPass and the lady there was so rude and dismissive the moment I said that, she said she had to call the owner because she didnt know what I was talking about. The owner then proceeded to say that she is the new owner and doesnt have access to the app so because of that they wouldnt honor my appointment. I'm honestly thankful for that because I was already getting bad vibes and didnt want to get my nails done there but I didnt want to cancel on my end and be charged the cancellation fee. My appointment was set for 9am which is when they opened, and no one was there until 9:15am anyways. Overall bad experience. read more

The pedicures are good! The ladies that used to do my nails no longer work her, I don't like getting my nails done by the short lady she will throw nails on your hands crooked, with bumps and going past your cuticle so they start lifting. The other lady never did my nails she always had appointments so she probably does a good job but I won't be going back read more

I went to get my granddaughter's nails and they did ok so I told the lady if she can fix mine and she did the pink shellac color on powder nails they were bumpy and lumpy, horrible they look deformed, I called and told her I was coming to get them fixed and she said till 530 I went around 1 and she started yelling saying she did not have time I told her I will wait she just needed to fix and she was upset and was raising her voice and said she did not have time than I just left she was so rude and I don't recommend this place. The price was cheap for a reason! I went with my sister to get a manicure and pedicure, let's just say I could have done a better job at home. The only thing I liked was the color I chose but other than that it was not a good job. My nails are lumpy with bubbles, I have nail polish on my fingers, the lady cut me and made me bleed and didn't do anything about it, she just kept going. She just kept saying "beauty" like to make me feel better for the terrible job she was doing. Finally when we went to go pay they just kept looking at was if we were going to leave tip. My sister's nails weren't that bad, but I can't say the same for mine. Never again. read more

The guy who did my nails did a very goooood job on my nails, very pleased Definitely making this my nail place for their decent prices and good work. This place is great. it's not the place to go if you want to pay excessive amounts for the decoration inside and the high price for location. But if you want to pay a reasonable price for a great mani and pedi. I paid $25 for a pedi for the works I got the salt scrub the hot rocks massage callus removal paraffin wax and foot reflexology. when they get all the callus for me it's a big deal bc my feet are ridiculously ticklish. I'm in there laughing so hard I'm coughing up a lung cause I can't breath and it's Covid season so people are looking at me like I'm patient zero in the nail place, and they still finish the job... This place is absolutely worth it you get your moneys worth and I've never had a bad experience. Yes you will have to say something if you think they've put a nail tip on a little crooked but they absolutely will fix it how you want it. And a full set is only $22 I believe is what I paid the last time. This time I got green nails for st. patty's day a couple days before like maybe Saturday the 12th and they are still perfect and I'm a hard working woman who needs hard working nail polish that almost never lasts long enough to get a picture. I have attached a photo from right now a week and a half after the pedi. They are still in perfect condition. Which has never happened anywhere else. I went to get a pedicure & full powder set & less then 24 hours my nail came clean off & one coming up. I am not from down here but they had the olive green wanted. I was heading back home so i call & asked can i get a refund & the lady said yes but I had to come in before I leave. I get there & she tell me since im there she will fix it no refund even tho i need to go. I asked for just a refund because if the others come off I wont be able to come back. This business give ZERO respect to their loyal customers. I called ahead of time to let me know I was down the street. She told me I was too late. My appointment was at 4pm & I called at 4:03. 4 pm was suppose to be my pedicure appointment & my 5pm appointment was for my full set with Vicky. I tried to explain that since 3 minutes was too late for her, I'll just come to my 5pm appointment. I asked if that was okay & she mumbled then HUNG UP on me!! It was a very friendly,relaxing clean atmosphere, nice spa music plays while receiving services..they aren't uncomfortably pushy either. I wish I could have rated this place a zero. I am so pissed. After only 5 day I'm going to get my nails done over. This is by far the worst nail service I have ever had. All of my nail a lifting. 2 of the have already lifted and has broken completely off. I have called the nail salon and I was told that after the 3rd day they will not fix. But how do you explain this shitty ass job they have done. 61 dollars total in this place and now I'm having to go get my nail done all over again. Save your time and your money. Over two or three years ago, I found this nail shop and really liked it!!! They were friendly, attentive, and served "special" beverages to its clients. Management changed or was in transition and I noticed that I was paying more and more for the same services, so I stopped going. On a whim, I decided to go by and get a eyebrow arch and full set mani to treat myself from a long day. Although the sign said under new management, I saw a familiar face that I distinctly remembered telling me she was the new manager of the location years back. While she was finishing up a client, her son helped me to choose colors for my nails. He kept telling me not to go with neutral colors. . . it's summer!! It made the most dreaded part of mani time (picking a color) pretty enjoyable!! I did choose two colors, but Ana (owner/manicurist) suggested the gel polish, which would make my nails worry free after I left the shop. I actually have had gel polish on my nail before, but it was used as a top coat over a french manicure--was a little hesitant about the entire nail color being gel--especially with the extra cost. But remembering all the times I nicked my nail after spending 30 + minutes drying my nails, I felt it was worth the extra cost. The end result was beautiful!!! I even washed my hands after the gel polish process and was amazed that the polish was smooth and fab as before. The only thing I wished she would have done was pushed and trimmed the cuticle some more. Otherwise, both services were fantastic and professionally executed!! read more

I've been coming here for years for mani/pedis and have never had anything less than an excellent experience. Ana is great. She is dedicated to customer satisfaction and it shows. The salon is clean and cheery. The employees take great pride in their work; I have watched them repaint a nail that seemed fine to me because it wasn't done perfectly so. I get the shellac manicure and never once have they chipped or peeled. (I thought this was the norm until I went with a friend to her regular salon- a nearby place with a trendier name and more stylish decor. The shellac came off 3 of my nails completely within 6 days!) While it's not the cheapest mani/pedi in town, in my opinion it is the best value because it lasts a long time. Also, you can't beat the customer service! read more

Let me start off with saying that the attitude of the Oriental lady working there ( Who may be the owner) was the worst I have ever experienced. She rushed on my nails, did a terrible job and was very rude. I got my nails done at 11am and it is now 4:15 and they are chipped already. RIDICULOUS!!
