The owner is impatient and dishonest. The 2 star rating is solely only for the other employees who are super nice and kind. I would give the owner zero stars. She lies about the wait times - she will tell you the wait time is 10 or 15 minutes to make you stay when in reality, it is 30 minutes or longer. She screams and yells at her employees with customers and clients present in the shop, shows no respect for them just because she runs the establishment. It is not a good environment to relax in. She will scapegoat any employee to make herself look good and favorable or make excuses to not listen to customer preferences. My advice is do not waste your time here. Even if you make an appointment with her other employees, she will try to mess up the appointment so she can work on you. It is disgustingly greedy and slimy. Any other place is better. read more

I stopped by here on the way home one day after getting a pedicure elsewhere and I messed up my toes in the parking lot from the other salon. I felt bad the first time asking him to fix so when I did it the second time, I just went with it and decided to find a nail salon nearby my house to get it fixed. Walking in, I was not approached by anyone, but rather more the technicians that was in the front was starring at me. Starring for a while, then I was approached by someone asking what I needed. I asked if anyone here can help me pick a similar color to the color I have on my toes, but no one was able to help. No one guided me to nail polish area and showed where I can pick from. I was just left there on my own trying to figure everything out. After picking a color closes to what I had in mind, I was seated and she fixed my toes. I can't remember the technician's name, but she did a horrible job. She either missed a chunk of my toe nail or she over painted them. I kindly pointed out to her that she missed a couple of spots and she tried to repaint them, but it turned out the same. I don't think I'll be back here. read more

I'm not a person that gets anything besides manicured and pedicure because I don't like damaging my nails. A friend recommended this place and I'm so grateful that she did. The staff is friendly and answers any questions I've had and even makes recommendations. First I was prompted to pick a color and since my real nails are long they suggested the dip powder. I am now a dip powder fan! My nails stay strong and they last for 2+ weeks without breaking or cracking. They also have beautiful colors. Going downhill. The man, assume manager, not very nice. When I asked him to spray my pedicure so it would dry faster he didn't hit my nails. When I showed him one was messed up he said because I asked for spray.... Really?! I repainted my toenail myself. As I told him, nail salons are a dime a dozen. I came in right before Christmas and I got a set of coffin nails. The nail job was not exactly what I wanted but it was manageable. The coffin nails were very bulky on the bottom and thin on the top. The ombré was also not as natural as I would have liked. But my main issue was the lifting. After less than 3weeks all my nails began to lift. Idk if I will return yet or not. So this was my daughter and my first time here. WOW! This is definitely our new home. The first thing we noticed is that the place was very clean! They have a large staff so we didn't have to wait long. I stand on my feet all day at work so the pedicure is usually the most important thing to me and boy did they deliver. They had lots of color choices for shellac, powder and acrylic. The customer service was great and it almost seems like everyone is great' Anna did my pedicure and was spectacular. She listened to me and gave me exactly what I needed. She payed attention to detail and went above and beyond to keep me relaxed. Tina did my powder nails and she was spectacular too. She was super gentle and payed very close attention to detail. She gave me exactly what I was asking for with my special requests and made it look great. People have been complimenting my nails lately and I should add to the great reviews for WOW8! The entire staff is lovely, both nail technicians and management. There are frequent great updates to atmosphere and services offered throughout the past year or so. For a long time I was a walk-in and was happy with everyone who has done my nails and now I've been making appointments with Moon who has done so much to get me from almond a more narrow stiletto shape I'm crazy for with my natural nails growing long and strong beneath powder. This weekend Sara shaped my nails down for me and set me up with a clear powder foundation for shellac to coat over so I can experiment with more colors with less damage and time spent filing. read more

I went to this nail salon while in town visiting a friend. I received the spa pedicure (with paraffin) treatment. While receiving my pedicure, the nail artists was incredibly aggressive with the cuticle work and during my pedicure, cut too deep. It was very painful and subsequently, my big toe on my right foot has become infected and has been in a lot of pain. I now have to pay for antibiotics because of the aggressive treatment I received at the salon and the worst part about it is that I paid for this service that has left me injured. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! Went there and spent almost $100 on my feet and nails. I didn't pay attention to my nails after they were done I looked at them, paid, then left. Went I went home I notice they were not very neat. I'm practicing nails and it looks like something I could do myself. The lady who did them was nice so I didn't call to complain. However the next day my nail broke so I did call. The lady did say it's busy but I can come. She asked me what time and I said around 4. I drove up there wasting my gas expecting to get my nail fixed. The lady said it would be 30-40 minutes. I told her that's ridiculous just to fix 1 nail so we went back and forth and I asked for a refund for the 1 nail. She straight up said no. No refund, no $5 off coupon or something, my only option was waiting for a service that wasn't even my fault. That was my first time there and I'm never going back. Found a new respect for Tracy today. She's the owner and she's been serving clients, running the shop every time but she just had her baby 2 months ago. Somebody comes in with an attitude and she decided to serve her so she doesn't have to wait and she got an attitude everybody could hear her. People are very nice but they are too expensive for just avg work. The polish are toenails is not that of a professional. Also, I had just 1 refill after a full set and my nails are detaching from the solar powder. Shouldn't the solution placed on your nails before the solar powder help the powder stick to your nail? They offer you a nice hot towel for your neck with a neck massage afterwards. As more people start to go they need more nail dryers. I walked in to get a quick pedi for an upcoming beach trip. Only 3 stars because they wanted to charge my husband $12 more for a pedi. He was like why should I pay more, I don't get paint and my feet are soft! I understand his logic in this. The lady next to me had way bigger feet than him too. So he didn't want to get a pedi for the principal of the extra charge. If they would've gave him the same price, I would be a return customer for sure. The first time I came I had a wonderful experience with Lucy, ASK FOR LUCY when getting acrylics done. Writing this review because of my last visit. I asked for coffin shaped nails and when the nail technician began to shape them I noticed that my right ring finger nail was shorter than the rest so when I told her she decided to shorten my left ring finger. Common sense would tell you to add length If it's short. When she finished I saw that some nails looked like different shapes. I asked them to fix my nails and the lady that fixed them was nice, when she was fixing them she completely re-did my ring fingers but they came out even shorter than before.
