Worst experience ever! Came in for a simple color change and the lady was going in on the drill so much she chipped the side of my toe and tried to say I came in like that! I came in with acrylic gel toes paint unchipped! She said she has to take her time with it to fix it, mind you I was sitting scrolling my phone in no rush at all . She was in a rush to get mf out messed up my toes thn blamed me . 0/10 read more

The quality of service has decreased tremendously since the last few times I've come to this salon for a manicure and/or pedicure. I was really looking forward to a nice pedicure today as I needed to unwind and relax from all responsibilities but I ended up having to babysit. The pedicurist cut and filed all my nails opposite lengths and when I kindly asked if she could make them even or similar to others, she didn't understand me (due to the language barrier). She began cleaning and was a little clumsy around my freshly painted nails and smudged a few of them Probably won't be back in this salon anytime soon. read more

I went here once years ago, and now I remember why I never went back. The nail techs are rude, they gossip incessantly and the one I got this time was paying so little attention to me that she buffed my cuticle and skin right off. I sat there bleeding for a very long time before she even thought to apologize. I will not be returning. read more

I asked for a pedicure she gave me the sheet and i said just the normal standard pedicure, comes out wax so i assume that's their normal pedicure?? got charged $33 for a normal polish pedicure, she barely even cut my cuticles. Then for hands i asked for a gel manicure, my nails were too short for gel so she said to do acrylics. I asked her if this design was fine or too difficult it was all red with one white heart she said easy. My nails look awful they're all pointing up, she then tried doing the heart and I said no I want it like the picture, it wasn't even symmetrical, she said just stick with the red???? $55 for this set Literally the worst sets i've ever gotten, All my nails point up. read more

Horrible horrible horrible. I went in for a refill and honestly should've gone somewhere else. They came out so bad honestly would've done a better job myself. 25$ for this never again. read more

I went in there for a color change. Asked for white and ended up with this trash. I will surely be returning tomorrow for my $10. Initially I said I've spent $10 on worst things but every time I look at my toes it pisses me off more. I wouldn't do this type of work and I'm not a nail technician. By far. The worst nail polish job in my life. I'm sorry I tried them. read more

Moved to the area about 4 months ago and wanted a salon close by the house. The first time I went I can't remember who my nail tech was but she did a great job on my fill and pedicure. Second time I went I found Tina. Tina is awesome and I HIGHLY recommend going to her. If I was just reviewing her it would be 5 stars all the way. She's friendly (actually talks to you) and remembers things you tell her. Super sweet woman and very good at her job. The third time I went I made the mistake of not making an appointment with Tina...and got some other woman. SHE WAS TERRIBLE. I never got her name so I couldn't tell you who she is but she convinced me I needed a new set, which was probably true so I went with it. I told her SEVERAL times that I liked the darker pink. She proceeds to put white tips on my nails and then pull out the clear, I tell her I want the darker pink. She says that it will make the white not white and the only way I can get the darker pink now is by taking all the nails she just put on off and using the clear tips. WTF, I told her 5 times what I wanted and she still messed up. I decided to go back and see Tina and I am now happy again with the place. They are always booked up so I believe most of the other girls are good there also. If you don't have an appointment I would recommend going on a Monday or Tuesday but if you want to go another day call and make and appointment. Make it with Tina and you will leave happy. read more

The first time I came here I knew Tina was the best because all my friends highly recommended her to me. She's always busy, so you'd better make an appointment ahead. She's very nice, polite, she talks to you, she remembers you and she's very attentive. So next time you come here ask for her. read more

Me and my husband decided to do a spa pedicure.. Spontaneous thoughts are dangerous! Walked in and asked what the wait time was, to my surprise we sat down as soon as we walked in. The ladies are lovely and they attended to us with no issues. I'm really excited and happy that we decided to stop at an unfamiliar place. I will definitely go back for other services! read more

ive been here twice in the 2 months and absolutely love it! I went to the new place around the corner before I came to image nails and can definitely say I like image nails better. First, my shellac didnt peel off within a week nor did they polish on my cuticle at image nails. Second, my leg massage was wonderful! I had a young girl there, not sure her name but she was so attentive. Third, the workers are extremely friendly! I was hesitate to come here based on one of the reviewers review (shanna n.) But honestly, after visiting image nails, I don't the slightest idea what her review is about since they don't offer the fish pedicure. Their place is not as new, but its very clean. The other place of course is cleaner since they've been open for only half a year but sometimes apperance doesnt matter as long as I get my money's worth, and so far, my shellac on hands and feet still looks good after 2.5 weeks. Satisfy customer! read more

Don't waste your money. I got a shellac refill and she did not buff or file my nails. She used way too much product leaving my nails goopy and thick and peeling. My nails already need to be redone and I feel like I threw away $35 read more

With all of the nail shops in the area, it's hard to pick the right one...well, look no further! I stumbled across this nail salon as I was about and about and needed a mani STAT. The salon was nicely decorated, well venilated, and had lots of color options. Denise did my Shellac Manicure and I was very happy - we made great conversation and the price was fantastic! read more

I went here several weeks ago with a girlfriend and her 4 year old son. They were having a grand opening special (20% off), and wanted to give it a try! My friend ended up having to wait over 30 mins after I started mine even though we'd confirmed appointments much earlier in the day. The lady that was helping me was aweful!! For the life of me, I would give this place another shot since i really wanted to like it, and its so close to where i work. But I can't remember her name! She would completely forget what she was doing, what was needed for the spa treatments, and even left off one of the main 'extras' that comes with the spa manicure. I never once got offered water and finally remembered to ask for one when a lady next to me was offered one. My 'massage' was about 2-3 mins total (supposed to be 10). My friend, after waiting a while, ended up with a great lady who did a great job with everything. One of the worse parts about my lady was the sheer level of distracted ness. I'm paying a lot of money for the 'full experience'. She spent the first 2/3 of the spa pedi talking off and on to a guy carrying entire (dead) fish to the back of the store. (This was also weird?? Fish stored in the back of the nail salon? Really?. After the guy came in abiut 10 times with huge loads of large (whole) fish, my lady talked to him almost every time and completely forgot what she was doing and would skip things. I had to remind her several times and even missed out on one of the treatments. But by then, I was so over it that I just decided to leave a low tip. (I have never left such a low tip before at any previous experience). Overall the facility is new, clean, and very pretty. (Which is the only thing keeping me from a one star review). And if id ended up with the lady my friend had, it would have been a 3-4 star experience (she had to wait a LONG time for a confirmed appointment). This place is HIGHLY dependent on who you get! read more

I have been coming here for years. I have tried other places but nothing compared to the cleanliness of this place. I have to be careful where I do my pedicures since I am easily prone to infection but I have never had an issue at this place. Not only are they super clean but the customer services is great! I live in Katy now and I still drive down here to get my pedicure. read more

This is a nice little nail salon conveniently located at Eldridge and West Little York. All the ladies are very friendly and do their best to make you feel relaxed. This is my first time to come during the week and I am getting 5 star treatment. It gets very busy on the weekends so make an appointment if that is when you like to get your mani/pedi. The pedi price is reasonable @ $38 for a Delux which includes aromatherapy scrub and neck massage. Give them a try! You won't be disappointed. read more

Nails weren't as I showed her I wanted them. Got cut a couple times, took over an hour just for a full set. Nails were bulky.

It only took me about forever to find a great nail place here in Houston! The pedicure and manicure were perfect! I had Tiffany and she was great! This will be my favorite nail shop in NW Houston! read more

This place has seriously gone down hill. First of all there were clipping from previous clients all over the table. Secondly I asked for a dip manicure and somehow ended up getting something that was half dip/half gel?! The technician put a gel polish on top of the dip powder and then dried it with a UV lamp... Then color the technician used was completely different than the color I asked for and when I complained about it she laughed and said at least it's pretty here's a $10 discount. Never ever going back here. read more

My first and my LAST time here...Terrible place, not clean, takes forever to get taken care of, poor quality- I had to file down my own nails, in which ruined the coating on them. made all 10 of my fingers bleed and never once let me wash my hands. I've been coming here for 4 months constantly and have never had a problem until today. I went to get a full set and pedicure and brought a picture of exactly what I wanted. Long story short the person who did my pedicure made all 10 of my toes bleed and didn't say anything about it she was super rough the entire time scrubbing and massaging and the person who did my nails made one nail so much shorter then the rest I had to have her make all of them that short and they look absolutely terrible. To top it all off I paid a whopping $103 for 2 awful services. Never coming here again. read more

Today my mom and I went to this salon to get our nails done. We are not regulars here anymore and we haven't been for years because 5 years ago when we came it was sub par to say the least. Gradually I have found places that are better and better and who give you way more bang for your buck. Today I went in with shellac on and bare toe nails. The place felt dirty and the workers were rude. I got a basic manicure and pedicure and it still cost me to get the shellac taken off. The technician who did mine was super careless with my nails and they ended up looking not like they should have. When I asked her to fix something, she pulled my hand back and said "well I'm not done yet!" Image nails is seriously one of the worst places I have ever been to and it was far too expensive for the quality I received. For good manicures in Houston I would highly suggest going elsewhere. Don't waste your money! read more

The customer service has been down recently. I had appointment but still waited for 35 mins to get in. My pedicure seem like take forever because that lady ( I guess she is the owner) had to pick up n answer the phone. She yell at the other lady by Vietnamese like she was gonna kill her. I could tell by looking at her face .Then, I wanted my toe nails shorter n even, she said that was it either I liked them or not The color was gone after 2 days. That was the most terrible pedicure I ever had. I do not think I would come back n never recommend everyone come to that place. read more

I moved to Houston 4 years ago. Asking the neighbors where to get my nails done, they all said Image Nails & more specifically the ladies all said to ask for Tina so I did and I still don't see anyone but her, 4 years later!! She is simply the best I've ever been to! She is a perfectionist, is very fast & is great to chat with! It's amazing that she remembers such little things I have said at the previous appointment, she really cares about her customers! Tina is so friendly, always says hi to everyone coming through the door and usually she has a name to put with the face. If she were to go to another salon, I would definitely follow!! Thank you Tina for making my appointments something I look forward to! Janet H read more

I decided to try a new place since it had good reviews. I called and asked what the basic pedicure included and she said everything (taking off polish, cuticles, trimming nails, callus treatment). She asked if I was coming in and I said I'd be there in a few minutes, she asked for my name and thanked me (so nice!). I get there and the place was empty but looked clean and nice decor and furniture. I tell her I have old shellac polish on my feet and says ok! and she starts taking it off and when she's done with one foot she tells me it'll be 5$ more because it's shellac. I asked why she didn't tell me before she started and she just kept saying "yeah, 5$ more because it's shellac". When she realized I was upset, she told me that if I got shellac manicure that she won't charge me the 5 extra dollars. I wasn't even planning on getting a manicure today because I misplaced my debit card but had some cash. My nails were okay, nothing bad but weren't great either. I ended up paying 50$ for both (a little overpriced considering I got the basic pedicure). The shellac in my hands looked like they needed another coat but I was honestly not wanting to argue, which is why I'm writing this review and never going there again. read more
