I have been a customer at beauty zone for years and lately the salon, services, workers have all gone down. The door and windows are very dirty and it smells of a bad odor in the salon. The chairs are dirty, there were clipped finger nails left behind, dusty, dirty and very hot inside the salon. The salon needs a great over haul to have it cleaned up and the salon needs more qualified employees to work there. read more

Beauty Zone has become my new go-to. I was super nervous at first because I had an amazing nail tech before, but she was out of my way. I have been going to this place for about 3 years. My last 4 visits have been terrible. One is worst than the other but today was the worst. The main issue is how they dismiss you. So I will just post pics of the terrible job they did today for me. I guess I'm not coming back ever ever ever again. This place has become a terrible nail salon. read more

I am SOOOOOOOOO happy I took my good friend up and tried her nail salon. I visited today without an appointment and they warmly greeted me. I specified that I was looking for someone who could do designs and I guess it was my lucky day - one of the top nail designers - TWIN was available and happy to service me. I explained to her that I was looking for a new nail technician based on issues with another nail salon. She was able to do a refill over their work which is rare, so this is a plus and secondly she made sure I was pleased along the way. She is really good and also very pleasant, again this is becoming more rare nowadays. Secondly, DIANA took such great care of me with my pedicure - hot stone, massage and moisturized my legs and feet along with an amazing shellac job on my toes. Let me add, the owner/manager was so kind - she came to chat and also wanted to ensure I was pleased. I was there near closing when the cleaning crew came in to keep all things sanitized and up to standard. I'm so pleased and happy about my new salon home!!!! Check them out! read more

This hair salon is the best. My wife and I have tried so many nails salon but finally we got stuck with this. Price is very fair and low compared with their service. They have their own nail supply store so you can have a huge collection of colors and their products are high end. My wife goes there every 2 weeks. 5 stars salon. Highly recomended read more

They deserve zero stars. The absolute worse. I've tried several times and each time, I leave disappointed. They don't care ... they blame it on the customer. If you aren't spending $100, they treat you like nothing. The last time, I left with uneven nails that the owner blamed my nail beds for. This time, they removed the overlays but left my nails rough on top. I saw a post about their treatment and disrespect of Black women. I agree. Absolute last time patronizing this shop. read more

I was referred to this place a while ago from a friend. Let me first say that I do not really have one person I go to. All the nail techs that I have experienced have done a great job with my nails. There are a lot of nail techs so you never have a long wait. I have not had a chance to experience all different pedicures they have to offer. I have experienced the basic and the and the one where they rub they salt scrub on your legs. that always rock, the massage they give while doing the pedicure is nice and relaxing. The tech that I have experienced are very personable, I will say that they like to push getting shellac polish. Yes I understand that they stays on long I still feel there are more colors offered with nail polish. Beauty zone also offers other services, eyebrows and waxing and they are also open on Sundays. read more

I USED to love coming here and they are fast and do a good job. HOWEVER since January 20th all TVs are on FOX NEWS I hate that and wish it was just on HGTV or Food Network. Businesses like this should be non-political. I just want to relax and have some me time.Sadly, I hate to leave but need to find another nail salon. read more

I came here to get a mani/pedi with a bridal party for a wedding. Everyone I encountered was nice and polite but the low rating is due to the quality of the service I received. My $35 shellac manicure didn't even make it a week, which is terrible for the price. The tech that did my pedicure cut my big toe and just dunked it in antiseptic. I didn't want to make a fuss because, as I said, I was with a bridal party. But my toe was in pain for a few days afterwards. The inside of Beauty Zone is in need of updating. I would say the cleanliness rating is 2/5. My daughter got a child's mani/pedi but they didn't have enough space for her to sit in the special chairs so they just painted her nails propped up on a chair. No discount for that, either. I would not return to this place even though everyone was kind and polite. read more

UPDATE: I revisited and I've had nothing but good experiences since and the new person I do my nails with has her cart very clean and organized. I now do my nails with Tam and she does an amazing job I'm convinced my first time it may have been the powder itself that caused the stripping/chipping. I got my nails don't today dip + manicure and a mini pedi all for $60! Very good deal if you visit ask for Tam! I think the prices are fairly reasonable and I was really excited to try this place since I herd nothing but positive reviews. I went with my mom we both got a mini pedi which I thought was ok it's pretty much the most basic pedi they have.I got my nails done dip powder white with a design and they looked great for about 3 days then I started noticing cracking within the powder (I will include a photo) along with staining note this was within the first week of getting them done. Not sure if I got a bad batch of dip or what. My biggest red flag was how disorganized and seemingly dirty the little carts they had to keep their nail equipment in was. I giving 3 stars because I originally liked my nails but they did not last. And to be fair my nails are now 2 1/2 weeks old in this picture of course they need a full. I'm just trying to show the cracking and discoloration of the powder. I have a desk job so I don't use my hands for super tedious things that would cause this but I get dip with a pretty high expectation of it lasting. read more

Beauty zone again never disappoints me!! Today I took my mom for a spa day and I had the best service ever with Kevin and Heidi. I used to go to this place a lot, I think we all agree going to get your nails done is a pampering day for yourself. I had the opposite. They rushed me in and out and. 1. Didn't give me the nail shape I wanted 2. I kept asking her for charms, or some kind of design on them and she never did it. 3. Did my pinky nail super slanted and then re did it after I asked her since she wanted to just leave it like that. 4. Passed me her tool to shape the nail myself? 5. Asked for a manicure before all this and only got my cuticles cut. 6. After the whole thing my left hand looked horrendous. 7. Talked to the manager respectfully and all she wanted to do is put me back in the chair for two more hours. I said no. Ladies this place isn't it. They don't take their time on your nails or anyone's for that fact. Then still charge you for their mistakes. I don't ever do my nails and for this reason. It's been years since I got my nails done and just to have the worst service ever. read more

I love to come here for a pedicure, but on my last visit I decided to get my nails done as well. Nothing fancy, just white tip acrylic nails. The tech did my nails while I was sitting in the pedicure chair, very uncomfortable and I couldn't see very well what she was doing or else I would have noticed the mistakes. From a distance they look fine, but they look terrible close up. So, so disappointed. read more

Came here because my usual nail salon was closed and got a basic manicure and pedicure. During the manicure the tech tore off skin while tending to my cuticles. After she realized I was bleeding she looked over at another nail tech and started laughing. She then grabbed some solution to put on the bleeding spot and apologized. The overall nail job was very amateurish, so much so I know I could've done a better job. It's been a few days and the cuticle area is still tender to the touch. Never again. read more

I understand that Heather's (manager/receptionist) English is limited, but she was extremely rude. If you have a bad day, don't come to work in a customer service environment. The atmosphere, and energy when you walk in here speaks for the entire place .There is a dank smell and a hole in the ceiling. I should have left before the technician touched my nails but I wanted a little papering. Unfortunately, the equipment is outdated and I could not stop thinking about the unhygienic and dirty condition of the salon. Given the price, I didn't expect the best service, but I expected decent manicure and good hygienic practices. read more

Below Average. You can find better quality salons. First time coming to this salon. Pricing was relatively cheap, but that reflected on my shellac nails. Hurried/rushed the coloring and wasn't the least bit thick. The nail polish color didn't hit my nail bed.. I think I was turned off more so by the lady who hurriedly rushed the entire thing. Then upon telling her that the nail polish didn't hit the nail bed or that it wasn't thick enough she responded with "Come back next time"... Doubtful. Subpar experience. B- **UPDATE** It's been less than a week and the nail polish is cracking and has chipped off at the tips. Further assurance that I'm going elsewhere. read more

Denny is gone! Damn it...just when i find a rock star nail technician, he leaves! I met Denny on my second visit. My first visit was unpleasant but I gave them another try when a friend insisted. He is the only reason I continued to patronize this place. My visit today was torturous. The nail Tech cut my cuticles over and over again, twisted my fingers mercilessly and was so careless with the electric file. Messy work as the tech left hardened powder around my cuticles. She even asked if I cared that some of the color from the last nail job shown through. Umm, Yes!!! My nails came out ok but it was not worth the pain and frustration. I won't be returning. read more

Impressive! I walked in here on a busy Saturday to be seated quickly. I'm pretty picky when it comes to my nails and I wanted an ombré light pink...anywho the lady then tells me $40 for a refill and $20 extra for the ombré. I was a taken back by the $60 refill I wanted but thought oh well I'll just do it, you get what you pay for! The lady even got a fake nail and showed me how they would come out so I was quickly sold.
