I continue to come here at least once a month for hard gel manicures from Nita! She does a really wonderful job, and my manicure lasts the time between appointments. She works with me on all my ideas and creates fun manicures! Posted are some photos of manicures I've gotten over the last year. She has helped me change my shape and length!
I had a pedicure n got my nails done it was so awesome. They did an amazing job. Everyone was nice n friendly I would totally recommend
I read the reviews prior to coming! Mimi and Tam took amazing care of me! They checked in to see how i was doing throughout my service to make sure it was what i was asking for. I had concerns with my nails lifting at another salon and Mimi made sure she took her time to file closely, but carefully. I will be back!
I had the worst experience coming into this shop on a Friday evening. I walked in asking for a certain design. They sat me down with a really nice lady which was fine. I proceed to show her the design and she said she would have the ask the owner(Diana) the price. With the picture shown she quoted $70+, for refill, fix one nail, and my design with chrome. I no longer wanted the chrome, because I wanted chrome for my French tips. Which is what I told the lady doing my nails, not Diana. She literally just came over to do the pricing. The lady doing my nails assured me she was able to do the design. I'm just watching her at this point sitting back letting her do her thing, and not only is the symmetry off on the tip, the hearts look a mess, all different sizes, the black is opaque and missing paint in places. I was then upset and let them know I did not like the design. This is not what I ask for. Diana, decided to be combative with me because I didn't like the horrible paint job done and I sat there for hour and half letting this lady play in paint on my nails knowing she could not achieve the look I asked for. They switched me to another lady which she did an good job at giving me what I originally but still, she did not execute what I wanted. I wanted the design in the picture, also the gold line DIDN'T have to be chrome. Diana proceeds to tell me how she discounted it for me and that's not what she quoted me on. Yall, she never looked at my Nails once! All in all, I've been coming to k nails since I moved to cypress, and I have never had an issue other than poor performances from today and another time with a pedicure. They charge you all that money for some very poor performances in doing nails. I work in customer services so instead of being combative with your customers, actually listening to them and giving them what they want. This is how I walked out the nail shop, with no gold line. I didn't ask her to give me a discount cause I don't need them too, I just literally wanted a design to be executed so I can go about my day. I am extremely disappointed in the Diana, because she has seen me multiple times and to be treated like I am the one in the wrong versus taking a step back and seeing both sides. I don't have time to argue with you over a piss poor performance. I'm not the professional in nail design yall are. Out of all of this, I would like the owner to reach out to listen to my experience I had at her business and move forward because at one point, I did enjoy their services. And if she don't well, that tells you a lot about this business and customer service. I don't owe you anything but the explanation to future patrons on how you treat and talk to your customers. Response to Owner: You did quote me $70+ originally with chrome and $56 without chrome. These are not accusations, this was my experience at your business. You were there so it's only right you try to say all these things to protect your business but you wasn't trying to do that when I was there Friday. Again, everything I mention ARE the facts which is why it's MY review. PS: The picture with the steering wheel is how I left your nail shop. I took that picture in my car. The paint job is terrible and already chipping after just getting my nails done at your business. Seems like defending your business is necessary when you say you "honor" constructive feedback but not willing to take a look at the job your employee did on my nails. You claim your integrity but why do I have pictures of my nails looking a mess? All in all, I could have went to a different nail salon paid more to get what I wanted and not had to settle for what I walked out with and probably treated like a decent customer who has been to their shop multiple times. I feel like I got ripped off, and assuming Diana is the one who responded to my review, I feel like you did not care about my experience which is fine. If this is your dedication to excellence then I'm afraid you will never understand my experience because it's was a subpar experience and service. My nails look a hot mess. Paint is peeling badly!
Love this place! My aunt has Down syndrome and needed a little TLC on her hands and feet. They were so patient with her and did a great job! She received a pedicure and manicure and loved both. I highly recommend them. I'm a returning customer now myself simply because the quality they provide surpasses the other mail places. My nails last well over a month without coming off or cracking.
I've been coming here the past two months and I love it. The prices are so good for the insanely high quality of services you're receiving. Everyone is so kind and genuinely concerned about the health of my nails. I've been to other salons before where they just rip off my acrylic nails when I want a removal but not here. Diana made sure to take her time to soak them off and give me a hard gel manicure to allow my natural nails to transition. Before this, Helen also did an absolute beautiful job with my full set and refill - very careful and precise. So worth the 30 minutes through Houston traffic to come here!
Perfect acrylics every time. I love the family, relaxed setting. All are high-quality with their services - so easy to walk-in with no appointment!
I have a bad habit of chewing my nails, and they did me right! Got a manicure with a shiny gel polish :) looks cute and I can't pick at them anymore !
The greatest nail salon I've ever been to, and my new favourite place to go. The owner is really friendly, she made sure I got what I want
Best place ever!! Diana loves a challenge..any design you want .. she will do it!! I bring her a vision of what I want and she delivers even better! I also get THE BEST pedicures! Love this place.. so happy I found it!
K nails bar is my favorite nail salon in Houston. I've gone multiple times for an acrylic full set, acrylic refills, and most recently a hard gel manicure. The consistency is what keeps me coming back. I'm very picky when it comes to my nails and how thick they are and the exact shape of the nail and I always get exactly what I'm asking for. The salon itself is very pretty, clean, and just a nice relaxing environment. This is a family run business and you can really tell they take a lot of pride in the quality of their work and their kind service. The prices are extremely reasonable, especially considering the quality of work and talent of the technicians. I keep coming back and will continue to go to k nails bar because I know I will get exactly what I'm wanting and more.

I got a full set manicure and pedicure, and the cat-eye nails came out perfect--the glow is unreal. From the moment I walked in, every employee was welcoming, and I was seated right away. Even the guests who were waiting were given clear, accurate wait times, which I really appreciated. The staff were gentle, kind, and made the whole experience relaxing. The service was excellent, the nails were stylish and high quality, and the pricing was very reasonable--especially for a cat-eye mani-pedi. Highly recommend this salon if you're looking for great service and beautiful nails!! read more

I was finally off school with 3 weeks break and I thought why not get my nails done? I look for places to go to with one idea in mind- I really wanted somewhere I could get almond-like nails with gold foil. Thankfully, Diana reached out to me on Yelp and I was able to get an appointment very fast! I came in around 11am on a Friday and there was only one other person there. Diana took care of me and she is so nice and listened to my ideas of what I wanted. She had similar design and colors on her nails already. I went for a baby pink with gold foil and a mix of pink and white seashells. I love them SO much!! I was obsessed just looking at how my nails were looking better and better with each step. I was here for about an hour and a half which is totally understandable considering there was a lot of detail on some of the nails. I am very happy with how my nails turned out!! I opted for gel nails because I know that acrylic is more damaging. The gel option also fulfilled my korean nail dream lol I came back in 3, almost 4 weeks and my nails grew out a little bit but the nails were all still intact! By the time they grew out, my natural nails were pretty long but I didn't feel any discomfort. I wish I was able to get a new set with a whole new design but with Nursing School that wasn't possible :( I did however, take my little cousin to get her nails done for her birthday! She found some pictures on pinterest and showed Diana. I loved how she was happy to do the design and shape of the nail that my cousin wanted and even mixed nail colors together to get a similar shade like the picture! My cousin got acrylic nails with brown and white swirls and I was obsessed with her nails as well! (These nails also lasted around 3 weeks) Overall, I am very happy with both experiences. Everyone is super nice, reasonably price, and very personable. I will definitely be back once Nursing School is over to get some graduation nails! Thank you for all that you guys do and I can't wait to be back! read more

I was looking for the nail salon who can do Asian nail art designs in Houston and so glad I found this place on Yelp . I had signature pedicure with gel design and gel on the nail. The nail technician are so professional and they all very kind. I showed them the nail art design picture I want, they tried their best to do the same like the picture . Overall , this place is amazing , I'm very happy and satisfied with their exceptional work and service. Definitely will come back again . read more

I tried this place for the 1st time last week and I was very pleased with the service provided. They have a pretty good selection and lots of options. They offered drinks and have a decent massage chair. Although it was Saturday morning they were able to accommodate mani & pedi with booking but it got busier later. read more

I moved to the Copperfield area a few months ago and had been looking for a good nail tech. I was desperate and set an appt with Melissa at K Nails Bar. Everyone was so nice and pleasant. Service was excellent and they offered refreshments. I came into the salon around 2:05, waited about 10 minutes as everyone was finishing up their clients, and still left around 3:15. As you can see my nails are gorgeous! I will definitely make this my go-to spot for now on! read more

I have never had an experience like this. When I first arrived I noticed they were busy. I said I could come back the next day. Dian said no it was fine and had someone accommodate me. I instantly noticed the lady wasnt doing a great job. Also took about 3 hours. My nails were thick and super ugly. I spoke to another worker who agreed that she did not do a great job. He spoke with Dian and she said she could fix my nails. I told her no lets just completely take them off. They took my nails off and didnt credit me or refund me. I went to another nail shop & paid for a new set. I don't like this nail shop & I think they were rude! read more

The service on a Sunday was nice and quick. I couldn't make my mind up on letting my nails get stronger (manicure) or continue with acrylic... Long story short, I went with the manicure and got the picture below. I am accountant so the only work I do with my hands is typing. Picture taken the Wednesday after Sunday service. read more
