I came for a mani pedi yesterday. This establishment has a nice relaxing energy, ah I felt at peace while I got my feet and nails serviced. They provide each client with a new unopened package of nail files and scrubber ect for customer safety and sanitation. I liked that. I chose the #3 which was an upgrade option pedicure $35 and the manicure was $15. They also have lower cost versions for the pedicure, if your watching your coins that day. The owner is a very nice gentleman. He did the massage, scrub, hot stones for my pedicure, then had a lady finish it off with filing, cuticle cutting, and polishing. She was not as friendly, but she did a pretty good job. The woman doing my manicure was very nice and friendly. I will definitely be back with family, for sure. read more

This is my third time going there and first time getting a pedi and it was amazing. The pedicure was $25 with just regular polish. They had different options and cheapest was $18 because it didnt include the massage or hot towel. They use clean tools and and the place is clean. For kindness, I would give them 5 stars. They're kind & the atmosphere is relaxing. The tech I've been going to for 10 years is far so I wanted to give them a try. I politely told the nail tech about a half dozen times to make my nails shorter, round the edges, etc. After a few times she said she knew & just let her finish. While she was doing my nails she had my hand pressed on a towel and messed up the paint and told me to be careful, even though she was the one who moved my hand. Then when she was cleaning up the paint with a nail brush and polish remover she messed up one nail, paused to stare at it then kept going. I told her about it as well as another nail with a polish brush hair/thread on it and she tried to fix it with clear polish. I finally just stopped trying to get her to get it right. To boot, she was trying to upgrade me to gel. When I told her no, she discussed something in a language I don't know and suddenly it went from $19.99 to $25? The final product was uneven, badly shaped & clumpy. Suffice to say I won't be going back & will continue the journey to my current tech. Will go see my previous tech to fix this. Ughhh read more

I almost talked myself out of not getting my nails done since I have been extremely cautious since the whole pandemic happened but I'm glad I didn't! My nail technician was an absolute sweetheart. Everything was very sanitary including the sterile packet of the nail tools they opened in front of my eyes. I love my nails! It saddens me to write this review... this used to be my favorite nailshop but last week I went and caught a terrible finger infection from them. I ended up having to go to urgent care and get my nail bed cut open to get it out. I'm not sure what happened this time maybe the new tech (younger guy) or equipment was dirty but this was the worst experience I ever had. I ended up having to pay $300+ in medical bills to treat it. Best customer service in Houston!!! As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by the owner with a nice cold bottle of water and a kind smile. I asked for a pink ombré with glitter and they took their time and did my nails. I went in for pedicure and full set and the lady doing my nails was being super rough and cut me a lot. The guy doing my toes did a nice job and was very gentle, but afterwards a lady started working on my toes because I asked for acrylic on both my toes and she cut me very badly and on both and did the acrylic very ugly and lumpy and it wasn't even acrylic it was a layover when I specifically asked for an acrylic nail!! The owner was very nice but the two ladies working on me cut me a lot and both made me bleed. As well as the lady that did my full set did very badly on shaping my nails and cutting down correctly. But they helped me choose another color, I loved the way they look except for a few bubbles that they had to fix at the end when they added the gloss on top and it looks like one of my thumbs doesn't have gloss. I arrived at about 11 am to get a pedicure. There were already 3 people in the chairs but since there were 3 people working I decided to wait. After about 20 minutes they started. Everything was going fine until something happens between a customer and one of the employees. The employee was extremely upset and no longer wanted to work on the customer. The person working on me finished my cuticles and said he would be back in about 12 minutes. I wasn't sure why until I saw him and the upset employee walk out of the door. 20 minutes passed and they had not returned. The one remaining worker told me he would finish my pedicure when he finished with his customer. I did not leave until 12:45. It was almost as if they didn't care. No one asked if I had anything else to do which I did or offered type of compensation or apology. I'm not sure if I will be returning. read more

The employees plus the manager were absolutely welcoming and nice. We were offered cold beverages and gave us a superior services. At first I highly recommended this establishment, but afterwhat happened to me on my last visit I don't. I have been coming to the coupled owned spa since early last year. Loved the environment and their cute little children. There, I get my reg mani and pedi. With my pedi, I always request my toe nails to be drilled to thin them. Not a problem! But all of a sudden, I was told by the male owner that he's going to start charging me for the drilling that takes no more then 15 secs a foot. This was the same night where a woman of another color comes in and requested to get a nail fixed. Afterwards, she hops up and simply left and doesn't even tip. So, she doesn't get charged but he wants to charge me EXTRA for a small service that is apart of grooming? I was very disappointed.
