These kinds of things are greatly appreciated and important to the overall experience. Although a ways from my house, I will come again for the slower less crowded environment. Went for the 40 minute pedi service. The lady helping me was very nice & didn't rush through it. She also offered a bottle of water. Satisfied with my eyebrows. I'm pretty picky & as a 1st time customer feel like she listened enough. I always pay attention to the cleanliness of a shop & give this spot a thumbs up.

PLEASE READ FULL REVIEW. The shop is located off the freeway and it does not look like your modern shops; however, there is no need to worry. There is a lock on the door and you must be "buzzed" in because there are a lot of solicitors and neighborhood locals that like to stop. New customers are always the individuals that feel unsafe and reference the area as "hood." Walk-ins are welcomed; BUT, everyone KNOWs TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. So please don't expect to be waited on immediately. If you make an appointment, it will be rare that the ladies will be behind. It it mainly due to the previous customer running late. The ladies will work nonstop to make sure everyone is taken care of... I've witnessed this on several occasions, especially on weekends and holidays. Most people, including men, will come for pedicures and manicures. Spring & Kim are the BEST and will NOT Rush through your services. I've seen some horrible feet over the years and they put their time in. If you remember the episode of Martin when Myra needed a pedicure yeah it's like that. They will take their time to remove any/ all dead skin from your feet. And that's why I believe so many men come without their wives. Lol, they know to book their own appointments. Overall, you will notice that this shop has very loyal customers. I've been attending this shop w/my grandmother as a kid and I am an middle age adult. And like most customers, I rather come here for good quality service and family laugh. Everyone talks to everyone here. Even if you speak Spanish, the ladies have a little learned from over the years and will make sure you're included in the conversation as well. You won't find many reviews from their regular customers, because most of them are older and really don't turn to Yelp for reviews. So the reviews posted will not be from your 20+ years customers... it's from the NewNews that just googled "nail shops near me" PS. Prices have been the SAME for over $20 years.
