No problem--we sat in the pedicure chairs and waited. But instead of helping us, they ignored us for 15-20 minutes. We even watched another woman walk in after us and immediately start her pedicure. There was zero urgency, zero professionalism, and zero respect for our time. If they didn't want to work on a guy's feet, they could have just said so. Instead, the rude indifference and sexist attitude ruined our experience. I will never return, and I'll make sure others know to avoid this location as well.

There's no rushing you from station to station to get you out the door. My nails curve naturally and they take time to shape and protect them from breaking. My natural nails are super long and strong--people always ask if they're fake! The products they use don't leave dips in my nails and my nails are so protected that they survive at least a month of daily typing, furniture assembly, and playing with my energetic dog. The designs and care they've done for me over the years have been amazing, and I always leave (and return) happy. Highly recommend! All pictures are of my natural nails.

I went to this nail salon on a Tuesday to get my prom nails and toes done, and the quality was extremely disappointing. My nails were left with visible scrapes underneath the polish, and you could clearly see the lines through the clear coat it looked rushed and poorly done. I paid extra for shellac on my toes, and within just two days, the polish on my big toe had already chipped completely off. That should not happen, especially for something I paid more for. On top of that, the technician doing my toes was rough and kept hurting me without ever apologizing or being gentle, which made the experience very uncomfortable. I paid $125 for the service plus $15 for shellac and even left a cash tip, yet there was still an attempt to add an additional tip to my card without my permission. That is completely unacceptable. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, especially for something as important as prom. I would not recommend this place. read more

They're not filed down smoothly, some are crooked, some go past the cuticle others far away from it. Some have the color buffed right off on the edges. Some have the color going under the tip of my nail in a huge blob that they couldn't really drill off. She said to come back so she can fix them. I'll be back Monday or Tuesday. That really sucks though because I have to go the whole weekend with some horribly, ugly looking nails. I was so excited because the nail tech Cindy showed me all the pictures of the nails she had done and then I was let down. I kept saying I had to go back to work and she was moving sooooooo slow. If only the final product reflected her speed of service. I would have been more grateful if my nails looked as amazing as I thought they would for the time it took and for as slow as she was going. Will update this review after she fixes my nails. Until then 1 star for their customer service. They were at least nice UPDATE: I wound up going back the following Tuesday for the lady to fix my nails. She had to redo them all. I was like yes finally and was waiting to update my review.
