I usually don't leave or refuse as I don't wanna hurt anybody business but today I went there because I had to go to discount tire I needed my nails done so I left my car and walked there. The service was poor. I asked for a manicure and a pedicure and after I got the manicure, they left me sitting there for about 20 minutes and then finally someone asked that I want something else when I had already told them in the beginning what I wanted they do not have a good selection of fingernail polish either. Not good customer service The lady acted as if she couldnt understand what I was saying when made a request. After She kept asking me if i wanted toenails cut when she could clearly see all toenails were uneven. I said yes just make all of them even with e shortest toenail which was the big toe. I went again and asked hI'm for the same thing and he told me rudely that he's had been doing nails for 18 years and that he knew what he was doing, ok he did the same thing. I went to visit Houston for a weekend for my family and decided to find the nearest place. I asked for a standard pedicure and then gel-french tips mani. I was noticing the same technician that did my pedi, was looking tired because my left hand's-french tips lines were crooked, uneven, etc. I asked if she was feeling okay and she said, "I'm so tired and hungry." I didn't say anything--total for a standard pedi and gel-french tips was $60, and I was nice enough to give her a $15 tip. The technician was surprised when I gave her so much (25% tip) because I think she also knew she did a sh*tty job. The gel only lasted 2 days and started wearing off/done by the 4th day. My family/friend's were livid that I tipped her so high. I always tip well because I work in Customer Service. Do Not Recommend it here, unless you're really desperate in getting your nails/pedi. read more

Worse place for nails ever. Last Sunday I went there to try as 1st time some powder nails. The lady took 3.5 hours to do my powder nails. On Thursday (4 days later) 2 nails broke, and today I only have 5 powder nails in my hands. They use cheap stuff, slow service and it was just a waste of time and money. I came on Sunday and I let them know I wanted a full set and a pedicure I was sat as soon as I entered. I was given the color wheel and not even 2 mins later the girl was setting up to do my nails while I was getting my pedicure and already asking what color I wanted after I had just sat down. When she was in the process of doing my nails she had placed all the nails on my left hand and when she moved to my right I noticed she was glueing them on without even cutting my nails and when I happened to look at my left hand which had been done already I saw that she didn't even bother to cut them. When I came in instantly a girl came in a complained about her nail breaking off right after getting them done and the nail tech that was with me was started arguing with the girl well I decided to stay and still give them a try well they DIDNT HAVE ANY NAIL COLOR I WANTED. so I finally opted for a light pink color. Well the lady was doing my nails and it was obvious she didn't know what she was doing my nails looked like big blogs so when I saw that the color powder did not look st all like the one I picked she started mumbling and called a guy over and she started picking at the powder to remove it from my nail angrily well the guy said it will Look like this once we finish. Well it looks like she got mad and she got up and walked away and made him do my nails. He eventually fixed the shape and he was really nice but it's already peeling from the bottom. I got a classic pedicure and the paint job was excellent however was disappointed with the other tech not putting more effort into my feet being scrubbed which is why I gave it 4 stars. Have been there before, won't go back. They were busy but said it would be just a few minutes. I had a 1.5hr break in my schedule and thought that would be enough time to run in and get a pedicure. Went in, the place was busy, but was told it would only be a few minutes. Foolishly, I believed them. There were a few people who came in after me and they were told it might be almost an hour and most said they'd be back & left. However, one woman (after I had been there almost 45mins) said she couldn't come back because she was on her lunch hour. Guess who was taken right back and got her pedi started 5 mins later?! Meanwhile, I had been there 50 mins (15 mins in waiting area, another 35+mins in the chair with my feet soaking), occasionally being told only a few more minutes. After going 50 mins waiting with no end in sight, I left. However, it appears that if you tell them you have a time crunch and can't come back later, they will work you in, and too bad for anyone who had been patiently waiting their turn. read more
