She was busy so I agreed to set an appt for Tuesday so that i wouldn't have to wait. Then I get a text saying they want an additional $2.68 because PayPal charged a fee. Reluctantly I said I'd pay it when i returned Tuesday for my appt. Tuesday i arrived and she was busy. I waited until 11:30. 30 mins past my appt before i decided to leave. She had great energy , quick, detailed, and not one piece of hair left in sight! ( and out of sight - if you catch my drift ) I've had quite a few waxes in my life - and this one was MAYBE a 4 pain level. And I know it's because Emmy is knowledgeable about what she is doing and sure of herself which also helped me relax. When I first came in the door ( I almost went past the 9 minute mark) the front desk was helping someone else and she was warm and inviting which is a great first impression to make for new and existing customers. Also there are aftercare services that they offered (paid of course) but they didn't pressure me to buy anything. Additionally, they sent home samples of different products to try. When I first met her I booked online for a lamination service but when she saw me in person she knew my eyebrows couldn't handle it just yet. She explained why it wouldn't work and suggested a different service. Ashlee even sent me home with a couple of small containers of castor oil that day to help get my eyebrows to a better state. I've been very happy with her services and will continue to work with her for future eyebrow/wax appointments.
