I saw a piece of sh!t and I thought it was a jewel. Two months ago I met this girl Rebecca who…read morerecently changed her name to Summer. She was a trainee at the time waxing my d!ck. She introduced herself to me with a handshake which is unusual for a waxer. I've worked with many waxers. None of them has ever welcomed me that way. The way she introduced herself to me made a good impression on me. So I made future appointments with her because I wanted to know her. I started liking her personality, she also seemed to enjoy our conversation. So then came 3rd and 4th appointment. She kept showing interest in what I do and what I was thinking about her, her appearance and her accent. She also asked me personal questions, like how I got that scar on my lower stomach, and asked me about the language I speak. She even asked me about some certain words and how we say in our language. Then she asked me about what I did on the weekend. So I said we celebrated my brother's graduation and we had a family dinner. She then asked me where we went for dinner. I said my mom cooked. she asked me what she cooked. So I said it was one of our local food. She said she liked to try. I said I would take her out to try. The appointment ended and at the end I asked her if she really wanted to try the food. She said she was nervous. So I thought maybe another day. She didn't seem to be uncomfortable about anything I said. She said goodbye with a smile same as she used to do every time. Two days later, I found out the app didn't let me make appointments. I found it weird. I thought it was something with the system or my account that didn't let me book appointments, as it happened before. So I headed to salon to ask her what happened. She said she was going to make a call. I thought she was going to call the manager to see what happened. Wasn't expecting what happened next; someone was shouting like a crazy dog that I had to leave and that she complained I made her feel uncomfortable. I still don't know what she was feeling uncomfortable about, because I never said or did anything offensive to make her feel that way. She didn't show any signs of discomfort or anything until the last minute of our appointment. She didn't even ask me to leave or let me know that I did something that made her feel uncomfortable. I was shocked by what she turned out to be. I always thought she was kind, caring and smart. I was wrong about her. I was wrong treating sh!t better than sh!t was worth being treated. Sh!t is always sh!t. They say don't blame sh!t after you step on it. So I don't blame her.

I was looking for a last minute facial but stumbled across Katia's and saw the buccal massage feature. While the buccal massage is not a facial (you can get a facial as an add on if you would like they do cleanse your face before starting and serum/tone/moisturize post massage)I was extremely curious. The experience is extremely unique and the service was 10/10. The facility is extremely clean and welcoming. I loved the decor and the natural lighting throughout the space. I also really like its on the second floor it gives it a private entrance vibe. I like that it does not feel like a "shop" if that makes sense. I was immediately greeted upon getting upstairs and was able to get in a room and ready. The bed and covers are so comfortable, my esthetician was knowledgeable, gave me great at home tips, and provided an amazing experience. I will definitely be returning.

I kept asking the person helping me (Olga) to apply more pressure but it just went unheard. I'm not sure if this happened because it was a Sunday afternoon and she was probably tired or who knows. I saw their Instagram videos before booking an appointment and was really hoping for a good treatment, but was sadly disappointed. Unfortunately, not what I expected at all...$370 dollars later....
