I am a loyal client at Aisha's but I was in the area and was in desperate need of a brow clean up. Sara's suite was very easy to find (first suite on the left) and she was very welcoming to me as a first time customer. I originally had a 3:15 PM appt but she let me come 45 min earlier since I was in the area. She also only takes appts through the style seat website!I informed her that I only wanted my brows to be cleaned up and not shaped since I was already satisfied with the shape I currently have. She listened and delivered! She also gave me some advice and told me to let my brows grow out and come see her once a month. Although her prices are a lot higher than other places she definitely has the passion for brows and wants her clients to have nice brows when they walk out! Had a really poor experience here I asked to keep my brows as thick as possible , no shaping just clean them up and she took off half my brow and gave me a whole different shape I told her that what she gave me wasn't what I asked for and she told me I should have been more specific Not sure how much more specific I could have been but I don't think placing the blame on a client is cool There was also another client that walked in while I was having my brows destroyed and the other client and brow tech were carrying on, incredibly loudly, about a conversation that had nothing to do with eyebrows I just thought that was really unprofessional read more

This is still my favorite eyebrow place. I tried going to a different place near my house that was cheaper and boy did I get results I did not like. Never again. I learned a lesson today: if you find a good thing, stick with it... or you might end up getting your brows snatched up off your face, looking like an exaggerated version of la chola. The Eyebrow Studio by Sara was NOT a good thing. I should have just gone to my regular brow artist at Beauty & Beyond Skin Care Center... Now, because of my disloyalty, I have to walk around looking like one of those crazy killer clowns until my brows grow back. Karma's a b*tch, isn't it? Before my brow destruction session, my brows had been untouched for well over a month (or two). I was in desperate need of a good threading, and there was more hair than usual to work with. As we began our session, I was very taken back - Sara didn't even ask me how I wanted my brows shaped. I had to stop her from threading to explain what I wanted. I showed her pictures of how I normally fill/draw my brows in, explaining that I wanted the overall end result to eventually look like the pictures. I told her I wanted a nice arch and that I wanted the front of the brow be a bit thinned out so I could create a gradient effect when filling them in. It seemed that she understood... I will say that this was the most (physically) painless threading session I've ever sat through, and that's where the compliments end. After our session, she handed me a mirror... I looked for a split second and returned the mirror to her. I was mortified. Sara went thread-crazy. My brows are crazy thin and completely uneven. The left brow is nearly hairless in the center and the arch is so high, it's kind of comedic. I was actually embarrassed to exit the building looking so ridiculous... Here's a list of things that have been said about my brows in the last 24 hours: "They look like the McDonald's arches." "It looks like I'm thinking really hard... all the time." "I look permanently curious." "Everyone will think I'm always angry... it doesn't matter that I'm always angry. I don't want to always look angry." "Maybe she looked at [my] super long nails and thought, 'Oh, this girl don't take no sh't. Let me do her eye brows to match.'" "It looks like the left one tried to crawl off my face and failed." "I look like poorly drawn amateur anime fan art." "They made [me] look an AZN from the 90s." Now I sit here... looking angry (not on purpose), feeling angry (on purpose), regretting my poor life choices. If you find a good brow artist who does right by you, don't be stupid like me. Being a brow harlot can cause your brows to fall off and die, so if you're picky like I am, avoid The Eyebrow Studio by Sara, and find someone who actually understands/cares about your brows. read more

I booked an appointment and Sara had 2 people in the salon. Five minutes after my appointment time started I requested for her to cancel. She demanded I sit down and wait for my appointment and I requested to cancel my appointment so I could leave. She mentioned that "I will be charged a cancellation fee". I can confirm she's going ahead and charging me for services never rendered. I appreciate the hustle but my time is valuable and I will not be waiting to you to service clients you double booked. I recently moved to Houston and was in need of a new place to get my eyebrows done. After searching for places in the area near my nail shop I settled on Sara Eyebrow Studio because I really liked the reviews. I came in on an early Saturday afternoon as a walk-in. It was kind of confusing to find her but once you go inside the suite just go to the right and keep walking until you see room 6 and her name above the door. Parking on the side was kind of crazy so I parked out front of the plaza and walked around. There were 2 clients already inside in chairs when I walked-in and then another lady walked in behind me who was running late for her appointment. I was seated immediately in a chair but still ended up having to wait about 25-30 mins before actually getting my eyebrows done because of the appointments. The shop is really small so I felt very cramped because all the seats were basically filled. For my actual eyebrow threading, Sara did a good job. And I got a lot of compliments on my brows but I always get compliments on how great my brows look lol. Her prices are a bit higher than I'm used to paying at the mall but that's expected. I can tell that she cares about her customers and have created a good clientele and her customers love her. So big ups to Sara! read more

So I've been coming here for 3 years now. I loved the work Sara did on my eyebrows so I drove all the way from Katy to get them done here. Unfortunately, in the last year or more things have gone downhill. First, there's a new policy (put in place about a year ago) where you have to pay a fee if you want to change or cancel your appointment. The fee is $10 before the original appointment time and $20 after. So if you get into a car accident or have a family emergency please be prepared to pay a fee for not being able to show up at your original time. I have never experienced trying to reschedule for a different time and being told id be charged a fee . (Yes, I tried rescheduling 8 hrs prior to my original time and got told this.) Secondly, last time I came another woman was doing the eyebrows as Sara sat in a seat close by snuggled in a blanket. I was very upset because when you book you're booking for Sara, not another person. All in all, I was not happy with my eyebrows. If there was an issue then it would have been nice to explain that to the customers. With the recent issues (and past ones I don't have time to mention.) I would not recommend this place to any of my friends, family or followers. The work by Sara is great but the customer service has become horrible! read more

Sara did a fabulous job with my brows. I went in to have them tinted (after chemo my brows don't show like they used to). The thing is they also needed to be threaded. I had not intended to do both, but she insisted. She said, there was no way she could tint when the shape wasn't there. She said she didn't work her in the streets in the right. I appreciate someone who has that kind of integrity in their work. My brows were almost too dark, lol. She lightened them for me so they didn't look so stark, but by the next day they looked really natural and great. I was super pleased. The studio is easy to get to, and there's plenty of parking. She has fixed years of self-inflicted horrors to my brows (hellooooo, over-tweezing in the early 00's) as well as horrendous "professional" debacles (how on earth did you manage to wax off half my brow though?) without batting an eye. I get these babies threaded and tinted once a month and I am SO happy with the way they look every single time. What sets Sara apart from the rest is the fact that she LISTENS to each and every client and makes suggestions based on their face and eye shape.
