$10 for eyebrow threading immediately caught my eye! They did a great job and listened when I said that I wanted to keep my brows thick. She even took time to explain why she left hair in certain places in an effort to even them out. I was super satisfied and this will be my permanent brow place in Houston. Worst experience in an establishment ever ! In order to lay back as best as I could, the employee asked me to undo my hairstyle. So after getting my eyebrows threaded, I went to redo my hairstyle and a lady at the front shouted across the room, Excuse me can you finish that later? While I did stay to get serviced and left a tip, I did not appreciate the rude reception that my daughter and I received upon entering. Upon arrival we were silently stared at by all 4 staff as we entered, only one of whom was actually servicing a client. We then sat down and waited before finally being addressed to get our brows done. While my daughter was getting her brows threaded, we both observed two clients come in after us and receive warm greetings while immediately being serviced by the staff. My daughter and I were the only two Black women in the shop, and only stayed because we are not from the area and had an urgent brow need. Otherwise, we would've left after the cold reception. WOW! My eyebrows look AMAZING!!! I recently moved to the area and I have been looking for an eyebrow threading salon nearby. Luckily, Yelp showed me this place!!! I'm always hesitant with trying out eyebrow locations, but I'm really glad that I visited this salon!!! The place is clean and well-lit. There's parking out front and nearby, since it shares the parking lot with Randall's and other stores. I was immediately greeted by a friendly face. There were 2 other ladies in there, so my wait time was LESS THAN 5 minutes! There's aromatherapy before the threading and an Aloe Vera lotion massage afterward. I barely had any redness afterward and the threading was almost painless! I'm very sensitive to pain and it didn't hurt as much as I anticipated. They accept credit card and the price is reasonable. This is the best service by far for an eyebrow threading salon that I've experienced. Ask for Sony!!! She was super sweet, meticulous, and attentive! Plus, she asked me if I was okay midway through. Finding a brow place that you trust and doesn't cost a fortune is rare. I happen to stumble across this location in accident but so glad I did. My brow lady was super far from me and with gas prices increasing....I needed someone closer. This place does thread so if you're not use to it....i recommend staying with the wax places. I was able to walk in and get my brows done quickly. The lady that did my brows did a phenomenal job! Prices were reasonable too. While receiving service, I noticed it felt more painful than normal. I assumed that the pain was due to me not being able to get them done in so long (COVID-19). However, after seeing my eyebrows the next day, I realized the technician's roughness was her actually cutting my skin. This has by far been the worst eyebrow threading I've ever received.
