Love the way she does my eyebrows but she is not always there during business hours listed. I'll usually stop by after receiving a service from another provider in the plaza. There was one time I texted her to try to set up an appointment, but she said she doesn't do appointments walk-ins only this was a Saturday. I showed up this Saturday for a walk-in appointment and she was actually closed so just be aware that the business hours listed or not accurate in regards to her actually being present. Today I went with my 2 friends who came to visit me, to get a henna tattoo on our hands. Raj is incredible. First off, she will remember you and your conversations - while she can be fast if needed, she likes to take her time. Rest assured, you will not be rushed out to get the next customer in the chair. She even met with me on her day off when I couldn't make it in during the week! Now, for my brows. I haven't really known what to do with them until I started seeing Raj. They're reasonably thick but tend to grow in weird ways. The first time I came to her, Raj whipped them back into shape so I look less like I just went through an impromptu trek through the jungle. Let me tell you right now....if you're not getting your brows done by Raj then you're really not living your best life or experiencing your best brow. Since I moved to Houston a few years ago I've been struggling to find someone who "gets it" when it comes to my brows. In that time of searching for my brow spirit animal, I've had some good, okay and horrible experiences; and during that time my brows have been thinning due to unskilled brow techs who were either too harsh or thinned my brow too much. Today the famine ended. My brows haven't looked so good in years. And bonus her studio is super cute (love the flower wall) and Raj is so kind and welcoming. Her technique is gentile and in all my years of getting threading this was the most comfortable experience. Now usually threading is the worst pain I've ever felt but her thread wasn't harsh against my skin which is a plus with my course hair. It wasn't unbearable and my brows look identical. Very little pain with the threading and she's fast. My eyebrows are finally coming back to life! After my second visit, I noticed my eyebrows looking more full and they almost look identical. I get the tint too and it lasts more than usual considering I have oily skin. Plenty of parking and her suite is located very close to the entrance of the building. read more

But I will GLADLY upload the original comment she made to show what type of disrespectful discriminatory person she is.) ---UPDATE----- Before I gave Raj a 3 stars which was decent however from her response below I have to give her 1 star. Calling your customer a liar is bad customer service. Just because you can't handle a 3 star review is not my problem. I stated my honest opinion about how she did my eyebrows and Raj responded negatively. I didn't hate my brows but I didn't love them either and yet I still "recommend" her business. But now I DO NOT RECOMMEND this business. I did felt rushed because she had another client coming in who called in before me and the way she was doing my brows did feel rushed. Just because I went to a spa in Bellaire to get my brows done doesn't mean it cost "$4" It costed way more and at least my lady can get the job done right. I will gladly pay $20 and more for someone to properly do their job right. Your little $18 meant nothing to me and asking for tip is pathetic. It has to be EARNED. Lastly, my "skin problem" is called Eczema. No I do not have to warn or inform anyone of my medical condition because it is NOT contagious. Many people have medical conditions and for you to call us "sick" or "contagious" shows what kind of a person you are. For someone who claims to have 15 years of experience is a joke. Save yourself and go support another small business. I have been looking for a brow artist and came across Raj. I came as a walk in and she immediately welcomed me to her chair. Her shop is very clean and relaxing. It took Raj around 15 minutes to do my brows. When she was finished I looked at them and it was okay. Now that I am home and actually really looking at my eye brows; it feels off. Looking at them close up the arch is too high and does not fit the frame of my face. Even if she fix it, it will be too thin and will mess up the entire shape. It doesn't look horrible but its not that great either. She did charge me $18 and said that for my next visit will be $15. Raj did have another client coming in and so everything felt rushed. Personally I don't think I'll be coming back in due to how my brows looks and the building itself (super sketchy). It's either a hit or miss. Just make sure you give her a call before coming in. read more
