This rating is based on their awful customer service. I wanted to schedule an appointment for later today so I called a few hours ahead of time to see what their availability was. Called...no answer. Waited a while, called again....no answer. Called 3 more times...no answer. Called Clinique who is in the space next to them to see if they could see anyone at the Benefit Brow Bar. She said it was just the aesthetician and no one else, so the Clinique rep took my name and number down and said they'd deliver it to the esthetician. They never called. I had to go to the Galleria anyway, so I went ahead and walked over there and no one was there. A representative from Clarins asked if she could help me and I said I was wanting my eyebrows waxed. She said that the esthetician walked away 20 minutes before we arrived and had no idea why she wasn't there. She also took my name and number down to give it to the Benefit person when she came back. (She even commented on how unacceptable the situation was). So my husband and I went to get cash for a tip (since you cannot write in a tip on the receipt, which is really annoying) came back 10 min later, still NO ONE was there. So we waited for another 20 minutes. NO ONE showed up. My daughter was hungry so we went to grab something to eat, came back and the esthetician was packing up all of the waxing material. I asked if she could spare 10 min and she said "sorry I am closing." I just found out her name is Dominique. It was 7 o'clock on the dot at this point. I told her that I had been there several times, called, had messages delivered for a call back, and waited 20 minutes, all she could say was "I put everything away." (Add all of that up time up, her "lunch break" was well over 30 minutes) and then she immediately comes back from "lunch" and packs everything away before 7? Right. Not to mention, why was there only one person working there on a SATURDAY? I probably would not care about any of this, BUT this is the SECOND time I have been turned away here. The first time they turned me away at 6:45, 15 minutes before they supposedly stop waxing. And all of the materials were out and ready to go, they just couldn't be bothered and would rather have talked to one another than do their job. These two experiences are a damn shame because there are two estheticians who are wonderful and sweet, they would have taken me, especially if they knew I had waited for over 20 min with my husband and baby. They also do a great job with eyebrows. I'm not going back. In fact, I plan on calling tomorrow, complaining, finding out the name of the aesthetician, and calling Benefit's corporate office to complain. read more

My review is based solely on their customer service. Beware the "5 minute late you get bumped" policy. I was 7 min late due to that god forsaken galleria parking garage. Firstly, no one acknowledges you are standing there, you have to just start talking. After telling them I was there for my appt, the girl who booked it for me a few days before has the nerve to ask, "Did no one tell you about the 5 minute late policy?" Duh you didn't tell me about it or else I would've risked a ticket parking in a handicap spot just to get these eyebrows done. They (Rhonda) refused to see me and were not at all apologetic about it nor did they attempt to reschedule. Rude. I now hate this place. Now I have to search for another establishment to tame these brows. read more

Dominique is awesome! It was my first time getting my brows tweezed but she was super understanding, which made me feel more comfortable (it did hurt a bit but the entire thing only took 10-15 minutes total). I'll definitely make another appointment with her in a few weeks! read more

These ladies are amazing! I highly, highly recommend this location! I came here after a series of unfortunate visits to the Benefit Brow Bars at multiple Ulta locations. (I was given the run around even though the Benefit website sent me directly to the Ulta locations when I was trying to use my birthday coupon for a brow service. No one was sympathetic or offered any explanation as to why they couldn't perform the service.) Now, the ladies at the Benefit counter in Macy's Galleria were so kind and welcoming! The difference in the way I was treated was night and day. Especially by Dominique! If you need your makeup done, she is the bomb dot com! She made me feel so comfortable and guided me through what she was doing. She made my birthday an even better day! Thank you ladies for your wonderful service! read more

Dominique is the best. She did the most amazing job on my brows, I recently went back to her and I was even more impressed than the first time. I love that she applies the eye cream and then to top it off she even fills and conceals so I can leave there and go straight to work without being all red-faced. My brows always look great when I come here. Doesn't matter who I see. Staff is friendly and service quick and worth every penny. They have a 5 minute grace period, so make sure you get there on time (and just in case anything happens, it IS the galleria) They're on a tight schedule and you'll have to rebook if you're late. read more
