Worst experience honestly... what they do it's horrible . they count your lashes based on the refill or full set you get .. for classic you get 25 lash per eye even if you have gaps they don't fill it in they go on how many lashes can go on each eye . 10 lashes is like 20$ and you get what 5 lashes per eye lol that's way more than $2 per lash lol so my story is they didn't notify me that they don't accept cash , there's nothing on the website or when you book online.and they notified m 30 mins before and was going to charge me full if i didn't go . well i did and i was like straight up and said it looked like she did nothing to my lashes lol .. would not go back . read more

I came here 2 times for my lash lift, I thought my lash lifts were okay but nothing special. My last one is fading, so I decided to try the place that I get my brows done at for time sake. The lady that does my brows told me she couldn't do my lash lift because of how DAMAGED my eye lashes are!! I used to have Extentions years ago and took the time to get my lashes back to great health. Lash lifts are supposed to help maintain the help not damage them more!! I do not recommend coming here! Objectively, this is a good business to support. When I first came to Lash Lounge it was about a year ago. Alma did my eyebrows and they were so botched that I had to wait some time for them to grow in and be fixed by Jamie at their Washington location. What Alma did to my eyebrows was beyond repair. Once my brows grew in Jamie did an excellent job; I felt pretty. It's been over a year since I've had my brows done. It's taken some time but I finally had my brows full enough to be actually shaped again. I went back to Lash Lounge- in a really low state. They took the time to schedule me in- despite being 5 minutes from closing and my having no appointment. I can't give the service 1 star, due to the compassion they showed, despite owing me nothing. Thank you both for your kindness. I told the owner about my previous experience and why it had been so long since I had been able to come back. I miss-spoke. I remembered Alma's name as Angelica. So I communicated my poor experience with Angelica- when I should have said Alma. I did not recognize Alma because she lost a significant amount of weight. When she began doing my eyebrows she reintroduced herself and told me she remembered me. I thought to myself, "It's been over a year, surely Alma has improved." I was incorrect, this time was worse than the last time. I communicated that I like my brows medium-full with an arch. On her first attempt my eyebrows were uneven, unshaped, and straight. On her second attempt, upon asking me to use a pencil to draw how I like them- she pulled so much of my brow out it looks like a bald spot. They are not arched. They are uneven, one is pointing up, and one is pointing slightly down. I did not ask for this. I was already upset when I came in, so I found this event devastating. They apologized, I was not charged for the service, and the owner KP offered to follow up with me about options. She was prompt, a great listener, and kind. She communicated to me that the Lash Lounge is not for brow services, but lashes. She communicated that the brow services at Lash Lounge are for "cleaning up" not shaping, and she herself, being particular about her brows- gets her brows done somewhere else. Finally. She communicated that, "Lash Lounge is not a Brow Bar." The solutions she offered me were: - micro blading--I'm not interested in permanent makeup options - to let Alma reshape the left brow closer to the right--hell no. - get brow services at a brow bar and not Lash Lounge--I found this sad My self made solutions are: - fill the brows with a pencil and honestly this didn't help - I am going to see If I can opt for a bang hairstyle for a while to compensate. It doesn't seem like there's an option to redeem anyone from this interaction. And I know brows don't make us, but truly- I feel ugly, and I am embarrassed. I came here to do something for myself that would make me feel better and confident. I am embarrassed. Why offer services that you, don't trust enough to use yourself? If Lash Lounge only has the ability to clean up brows this should be communicated clearly on the business page, or on the service sheet- somewhere accessible. If you offer brow services, I am trusting you as a provider to be competent in the delivery of a service. If it matters, I would raise this rating based on these changes: - If brow services are only for "maintenance" not procedure- change the sheet from: brow threading to brow cleaning/thread cleanup; make it clear that providers aren't certified, or qualified to shape, and it is only meant to maintain/cleanup. - Add a before/after portfolio of each providers work on the site, or find a way for individual stylists to be rated on different services. Optional: Don't allow a provider to perform a service they aren't competent in; there has to be some form of quality control. read more

I don't know why Lash Lounge wants to lie about the partial refund after sending me to the doctor with their dangerous service, but I have posted the receipts from my credit card statement. They also called me a couple months after I posted this review asking if I wanted to come back in for another brow lamination. It did not seem like they had taken note that they had sent me to the doctor or that I had complained to them about how dangerous their service is because they were still trying to sell it to me. Stay away. They are just trying to make money and are not concerned about providing a safe or personalized service. read more

I've had up and down service at this location since becoming a member. The service is decent but they upcharge you for everything. The last straw for me was when the terrible weather happened in May, I was unable to make an appointment (to be fair I thought they were without power like the rest of the area including myself and I did not give notice). They charged me for the appointment and would not work with me at all. There was a natural disaster in the area. This is not a place I want to continue to give my money too especially when there are so many businesses in the area reaching out to help their neighbors. DO NOT GO HERE. They are incredibly misleading. I booked an appointment for a specific lash and put the deposit down. When I showed up, they said they couldn't do it because my lashes were too weak. They should've refunded me if they couldn't provide me the service THAT I PAID FOR, but instead I was forced to pay for the FULL service on top of the deposit which is crazy. They told me I could put my deposit towards the lash serum and just pay the remaining $30 but then proceeded to charge me the full service that i did not receive on top of that. We ended up coming to terms with paying the $130 service in exchange for a lash serum and mascara which is still absurd to me. read more

I came here once to get eyelash extensions for the first time. I was recommended by a friend and I have relatively long natural eyelashes to begin with. I was told that the extensions would not damage my natural lashes. However, now that they have finally fallen off I can see severe damage on my natural lashes. They are much shorter than before and point downwards as opposed to their usual. My natural lashes are broken and uneven. This place ruins your natural eyelash and I only went once and did not get a refill. I cannot imagine what would have happened if I got it more than once, I would have no natural eyelashes left. If I could give a zero for this Lash Lounge on Washington I would. I am so incredibly disappointed in this establishment. I made reservations for eyelashes extensions for june 8 at 430pm, for me and my daughter-in-law to be, allowing for her to finish work, her with a stylist, me with a trainee as we wanted to come at the same time. I came in to the store in person and talked it through. I explained thurs june 9 wouldn't work, we had last minute appointments and are leaving very early Fri june 10 out of the country for her wedding. With advice, we settled on 430 june 8th for us both. On june 6 I got a confirmation email for our appointments. On june 8, at 10.11am, I received this text message: Good morning, we had an early cancellation, we have an available spot at 3 pm, if you'd like to go ahead and come in at that time, if not, we can go ahead and reschedule you for tomorrow. Not a phone call, a text. One that looks like it's continuing a conversation with someone. I thought perhaps it was sent to the wrong client. 3pm as they'd been told on previous occasion was not an option, thurs june 9 was not an option, as previously discussed during my visit. Honestly to assume by text not a person to person call shows such disrespect for the client. So l called them. From there it just went further downhill. The receptionist told me my options were 3pm or Thurs june 9, 'all trainees leave at 6 and no one can stay'! So why was I booked at 430? Ma'am you can come in at 3. No, I cannot come in at 3, as i explained when I booked. Well then thurs. No, I cannot come on thurs. Well those are your options, no one can stay after 6. Her attitude was horrifying. I was expected to comply, I get emergencies occur, but her attitude was OUTRAGEOUS, to the point that it felt like she was blaming me for the inability to change to meet her schedule. I was so incredibly upset, this was to be a special time for us both, a couple of days before she marries my son. I told her I was too upset to talk to her, I would call her back in 5 mins and I hung up. I talked to my husband who was in the room with me listening and knew how upset I was, he knew this meant alot to me. Go somewhere else, he said, there are lots of places. This was recommended to me, I told him, I will be sure to tell my friends about this. In the meantime I want my daughter-in-law to be happy so I'm taking her and I'll be with her, and it'll be mascara for me for the wedding. I called back, told the girl to cancel my appointment but keep Christina's, she told me she had given me options....made it sound like she didn't want to give me back my payment, well you cancelled my appointment, you WILL credit me in full. I told her they are not options, options are something that can work, I don't want your options, they don't work for me. I want my confirmed reservation. I asked if there was a manager I could talk to, she told me she comes on at 1130. Please ask her to call me. Well I've never heard from her. We arrived at 430, I sat and waited while my daughter-in-law to be had her procedure. I did talk to the receptionist who refunded the payment for my appointment, initially a little hesitant but when I went through what had happened she spoke to a lady with pink sandals, who when I asked was told she was the manager, and the refund was done...tho hardly a refund for something that never happened because it was cancelled by you. Point of note, when I came at 430 with my daughter-in-law to be, I sat and waited for her...and the entire time, the manager in pink sandals was sitting in the room. She knew I spoke with the receptionist, she spoke to the receptionist, she appeared to confirm my refund. The receptionist told me my payment had been refunded. Not once did the manager address me, not once. Despicable. So unprofessional. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION. Unless you can change your appointment to whatever suits them DO NOT book here. DO NOT expect the manager to address you or your issues at all. That will not happen. If you do get caught in their appointment change web, be sure to make sure you get your refund. read more

This place is amazing. I've been getting my lashes done for years and this is the longest I've stayed at a single place (7 months). They look amazing, last so long, the glue doesn't burn my eyes, and the service is the best. I suggest the membership, 2 refills a month is perfect.
