The first time i went to 3D nails i got my nails done by Tim, he did an amazing job the nails came out great he took his time and really went into detail. Now the second time i went i got lucy and it was just not great she kept on gettin up to do something and she left me alone for a while then she came back and just kept on talking to her coworkers who were doing their job silently. Towards the end of finishing my nails she noticed she had another customer and she rushed into finishing my nails and she messed up the nail polish. This place used to be a good place. I've seen so many faces come and go over the years. But this last time was disappointing. I was told 45 for my nails and when I went to go check out the woman sitting at the front desk said no 65. I always confirm the price before we get started. And I was told $45 I even showed him the picture of what I wanted explained, everything. The lady at the desk is new but she's definitely feeling herself. She's obnoxious to say the least. I paid 100 and total for my manicure and pedicure. That included the 65 for my nails that I should've said no and made them stick to what I was told before hand. I just didn't want to get crazy. But next time it's not gonna happen again. So confirm multiple times because they will switch it up on you at the end. This happened last time from the same lady at the front desk. I had to stop coming here after being told a couple of times I couldn't schedule an appointment with my desired tech. So I have to sit and wait and hope I get a good tech. So I ended up with Tracy the last time and she was short and rushed through my nails. Nails were okay but only smiled once she saw the tip I left her. I work very long days and the last thing I want to do is spend two hours at a nail shop because you won't let me make an appointment with the tech of my choosing. I do t know if they've went back to allowing appointments as I haven't been back In a few months. They are not sanitizing properly after each client,and are performing services that they are not licensed in. I recently visited the shop to have my lashes removed, and the lady worker left me in the lash room for longer then 10mins with remover on my eyes that started to burn. I then had to remove the product off my face by myself. When I complained about the service they still charged me full price and locked me in the establishment. They have no paper towels, sanitizer or dryers in the restroom for customers. The shop is unkept and filthy. read more

Dear miss Haley Pham Business under HT management Number one Nicolas had a pedicure November 10th 2019. We came in for manicure and a pedicure. It should be noted that My boyfriend and I have been going to 3-D nails and lashes for about four years already and never had an experience like the one we had on November 10 2019. The reason for our frequent visits was because we felt that the environment was always well kept and I always felt very welcomed, not to mention the service was always great. However after November 10 I was very disappointed in the way the situation was handled. My opinions on 3-D nails and lashes was let down immediately seeing the way We and the situation was taken care of. when we came In for a spa day, we asked for basic pedicures , we have never asked for the techs to mess with any of our toes outside the lines of just polishing them. However the next that came , my boyfriend could not put on his shoes without saying he was in great pain. He said he felt a stabbing feeling in his toe and he could not put pressure on it, being that it appeared bruised and as it had puss inside, we notified the business that my boyfriends toe was very inflamed the next day and he could barley walk or even wear Closed shoes. We went to the shop and a nail tech (Sarah) Had him seated in the pedicure chairs. The nail tech (Sarah) then took a tool from her cart but she did not spray down the tool to sanitize it. She then began picking through the toe and irritating it even more. after She was asked to stop multiple times the nail tech insisted that she keep going and try and figure out what was wrong with the toe . Nicolas was literally screaming and crying in pain that the other workers tried to scurry away the other customers that were in the business at the time. We were there for about an hour and a half and then went home after being told that The business would like to offer to pay medical bills towards examining the toe and getting it fixed.. then pursuing going and setting up an actual appointment was very tough with the business due to the fact that we were given the runaround every single day. The business wanted for Nick to miss work days when they didn't have a set date for an appointment. Nick left work with no notice because he was told he had an immediate appointment however when he arrived the doctors told him that they could not get involved with his toe because it looked very serious. From the doctors perspective he was told he needed to go to immediate emergency room care and that it wasn't safe to just go to a clinic. The doctor was able to tell that the toe was badly infected. Going back-and-forth with Haley was a big struggle because they really did not want us to go to the emergency room. After telling them that clinics did not have the specific tools that he needed in order to cut open his toe , we immediately got frustrated as anyone would do to the fact that Nick was in growing pain. A week almost went by before not seeing anyone so we finally just decided to go to the emergency room and let the business know that we would be there. Haley immediately was Angered and became very aggressive on the phone with me mentioning that we were very ungrateful for not going to the clinics that they chose for us. I then explained to her that we went to the clinic's however no one wanted to see us due to the fact that it was a major issue and also the fact that it was the week of Thanksgiving there was no opening appointments the way they were telling us. Nick got seen by the hospital and was able to have his toe cut open and drained of all the infection that was in his toe. He was given antibiotics and his toe was not the same after to this day he does not have his toe back to the way it was before we went to a pedicure. Aside from the bad customer service that was given as well as the inconsideration of the pain that he was in, this has got to be the most expensive pedicure we will ever have. Racking in at a $3000 hospital bill on top of the $30 pedicure this pedicure will cost us around 3200 if we were to include the antibiotics that he needed to take as well when prescribed from the hospital not to mention the visits that were needed to be taken to make sure that the toe was being healed . After contacting Haley Pham with the medical bill Nick was ignored and to this day has not answered as to if the company will be paying the medical bill. Not to mention when the situation was in process we had asked to speak to The owner of the company because we felt that we weren't being taken care of the way things should have been. Haley let us know that the owner never speaks to customers and that the owner didn't want nothing to do with the situation however it has been brought to my Attention that Haley Pham is the owner of 3-D nails and lashes and is run under HT management. read more

So I met a young lady who had her nails done from here and I love them so I decided to try. I got a full set pink and white ombre with a flower design on two nails and one single stone on each $55. I didn't know the price until I checked out. John did my nails. I told him I was in a wedding and the color was blush and I literally let him do whatever he wanted even the length. I have fat fingers so . He was very nice and actually was very happy I was open to him freestyling. I also got my toes done the luxury pedi but the massage chair didn't work and it's an extra $3 to use OPI polish. Never have I heard of that. I was slightly aggravated by that but it's their prices and how they do business. The nail tech was nice but I'm not really sure I got everything in my pedi but it's $33. Then I got my lashes done individual ones for $25. I asked for cat eyes which start short and get longer. I also asked for them to look natural. I didn't get that. They are full and flared. My issue was the location was not clean to my liking. My fingers are still peeling but John said it was acrylic. I'll see tomorrow. My polish isn't even on my its clumpy. The station to dry your hands and toes doesn't work.The techs smoke and leave the door open and it comes inside. Honestly the location needs a total makeover but I can't deny how pretty my nails are. Im giving a one star review not because of the nail place but specifically this one person her name is Tracy. Today was the first time I did my nails with her and she did a very horrible job. I asked for ombré nails and she put two different colors that did not go well together. When she tried blending them she literally just layered two colors and blended them carelessly. For any future person who wants ombré nails I do not recommend her at all. I also brought my sister to do her nails just with regular nail polish. (This happened a couple years ago but I never wrote a review on it) I will NEVER do my pedicure here again. I got FUNGUS from this place after about a day or 2 after doing me pedi. Yes I wash my feet and ive never had fungus in my life before coming to this place. My skin started peeling off in between my toes, came to the point where I could see my meat. It got so bad that I Couldn't walk for 3 days. i haven't done it here since. It's really unorganized. Sometimes they'll skip you even if you write down your name on that paper they have. I would not recommend now that I've found better ones to go to. I would give less if I could. They had me as costumer when Oscar did my nails, they came out beautifully done and no pain whatsoever. Then the first nail broke a week after and the second the week after that. I had to super glue the rhinestones that I had in one finger as well two days after I had my nails done. So after having a chance in my schedule, I decided to go back and get them taken out and put something more, decent? . Then that's when I met Mrs. Tracy . The manicurist from hell. She striped two of my nails with a nail tip and after I ask her to do it with acetone of something she was like " that's going to take 15 minutes " to what I responded it was fine I had time. She then brought the bowl and ziplock bag and added a lot of acetone and asked me to sumerge my hands in there. I had my hands there for like 30 minutes. I had to ask the other manicurist if mrs Tracy was coming back or not because my finger were hurting so bad already . She then came back and did my nails in the most horrible way. She injured three of my fingers in my right hand and one in my left and the nails ended all crooked and messy. If they don't like people complaining they shouldn't be in business.
