Being new to Houston, I have shopped around for a good nail salon around this area and after trying about 4 locations I came across Queen Nails and have stopped looking. As soon as you come in you are greeted and welcomed. I've been there three times without an appointment and have been promptly given a seat on the spa pedicure chairs. Even on a Friday at 5pm! They have the option for powder full sets which I love! It is 30 dollars for the powder full set and the color is amazing. Regular full set nails are 20. My pedicure with callus remover is also 20. I have a hard time deciding on what I want. They have a HUGE photo album of work samples and design options. Love love love. All of the technicians I have had are amazing. They're all good at what they do. Some speak very little English but when you have a question they usually understand and if they don't they ask each other for help. They all seem happy to be here and even when I've accidentally messed up the polish they just took 5 minutes to put on me, she was happy to fix it. They also offer waxing services which I've used for my lip and chin and have no complaints here either. Give them a try, it's worth it! read more

I always get gel nails for my pedicure and the gel has never chipped off. They do a great job in cleaning around the nails (cuticles etc) . I read the reviews and made an appointment over the phone. As soon as I entered I was greeted and was seen immediately. I started off with a man doing my manicure & Mi doing my pedicure. I'm very picky about nail techs being able to get all of my outgrown cuticle and cleaning up my nail. I sucked it up today and decided to go and get a pedicure since my boyfriend offered to pay and some much needed relaxation was needed. I walked in, was asked what I needed, and then told to pick a color. They didn't make me feed rushed at all like I have felt at other salons. I picked my color and was seated.
