It was a little hard to find but her daughter guided me there on the phone while I was lost. Initially it was a little off putting as I thought they might not be as sanitary because the wax was dark colored. I later found out she doesn't use wax but sugar. This process reduces irritation to the skin & is less painful. In my 35 years of life, I have only been waxed once when I was 19 for a pool party. I vowed never to do it again because of all the pain & skin irritation I experienced afterwards. There was minimal pain & absolutely no skin issues after this procedures. My September 15 appointment was reassigned to another wax specialist without telling me. The "rescheduled" email showed the same date and time, so I texted to ask what had changed. No explanation was provided. I only discovered the switch when another specialist came into the lobby to get me. My issue was with the lack of communication and choice. When I questioned the practice, I felt belittled and dismissed by the manager, who informed me that she was calling the police. I did not use profanity, make threats, or behave aggressively. I left embarrassed, shaking, and in tears. I immediately filed a complaint. The district manager later stated that she had spoken with staff, alleged that I had used profanity--which I strongly dispute--and banned me from this location without speaking with me directly about my account. She offered a gift card based on the remaining value of my prepaid wax pass rather than the monetary refund I requested. I asked for an impartial review, review of any available recordings, and contact with a professional who supervises or supports the district manager. As of October 5, my September 25 follow-up remains unanswered, and I have received no refund. I have now submitted a BBB complaint. An appointment change could have been handled with a simple, honest explanation. Instead, this became a distressing experience followed by a complaint process that left me feeling unheard. Based on how this was handled, I cannot recommend this location.

She has a shared suite with other business, but her suite is posted so was able to find it. She was ready and waiting for me. She has a large studio suite which is nice. She was friendly and attentive and she even had an after care instruction card for me to take home after my visit. Which I appreciated. Reasonable prices and excellent customer service.
