I haven't gotten a pedi in 3 months so it was much needed. This was my 2nd time here and I came back because they did a good job the first time around. They followed COVID CDC procedures. Right when I walked in they told me to wash my hands, took my temp and I filled out a paper basically saying I'm allowing them to do my nails without any penalty. I was seated the furthest away from the 2 other guests for my pedicure. I saw that they added in shields for the manicure portion which was good. Everyone was wearing masks/face shields and had gloves on. I got French tip deluxe pedicure with shellac and it came out to $58 before tip. Although I made an appointment, many others simply walked in and were quickly attended to. Kimberly was the technician who did my nails and she did an amazing job! She has 20 years of experience and you can definitely see that through her quick, yet detailed work. She was gentle and I did not feel one bit of discomfort in her hands. Kim has been doing my cuticle clips now for several several years. She. Is. Literally. The. Only. Person. Qualified. To. Clip. My. Cuticles For some reason God decided to give me a lot a lot of skin that grows very very quickly and everywhere I go every nail technicians tell me they have never experienced someone with as much skin as I do... I've heard it now for decades. So... the way Kim cuts my cuticles is like none other. she literally cuts it so pretty and so precise and gets all of it off without cutting me. When I say cuticle clip that's exactly what I mean... I get my cuticles clipped from her and then I go to my nail salon to get my nails done. I won't let anyone but Kim touch my cuticles. I love love love this place! Lily always hooks my nails up. I usually have a hard time getting my nails they way I like and they last a really long time. I have been to so many places and they never do it the right way. This place though is literally a miracle! I hate to write bad reviews especially because the lady who did my full set was super sweet. However, I went in on Wednesday (Feb 15th) to get an acrylic full set and a pedicure. The pedicure was amazing and they use hot lotion which I love. My full set looked promising and I left pretty happy. By Friday (Feb 17th) I'm sitting at the airport and I notice the acrylics are starting to lift from the cuticle line. At first it was just one nail and I was like ok maybe something went wrong with this one but now Tuesday (Feb 21st) about 5 of them are lifting. Anyone whose a regular acrylic nail wearer knows this is extremely hazardous because it can lead to bacteria collecting between the fake nail and real nail or water getting caught under there and ultimately lead to a fungal infection. I am going to give them a call and hopefully they'll fix it or give me a refund. Even if they don't I'll have to just remove them today and my $35 will basically be wasted and it makes me really happy I didn't pay the extra $5 to get them coffin shaped. I will try to get a good quality pic of what I'm talking about. Ladies, if the same happens to you remove the nails. The medical bills for a fungal infection will be way more than the cost of a full set. read more

This was chosen on a whim since my boyfriend was getting his haircut next door and I desperately needed to fix my nails before the family dinner on Xmas eve. They were very busy so there was a 20 min wait when I arrived but once seated everything went smoothly.
