I had such a wonderful experience here! I brought in a few reference photos but honestly didn't know what type of gel or effect was needed to achieve the look. Kamy at the front desk was incredibly helpful and so involved in the process -- she helped me choose colors that best suited my skin tone and matched my reference photos as closely as possible. We tried about five different polish options before finding the perfect one, and she even asked another technician to help confirm the most accurate chrome color. I really appreciated how thoughtful and thorough she was. Amy, my nail tech, was equally amazing. She was extremely diligent with the prep work and made sure my nails felt super clean and well-buffed before starting. She checked in multiple times to make sure I was happy with the shape, length, and cut before painting, which made me feel very confident and cared for. Kamy also checked in throughout the appointment and was so sweet the entire time. She also said my dog (in a carrier) is super cute I absolutely love my results and truly appreciated the care and attention from start to finish. I tend to be pretty frugal when it comes to my manis/pedis, because even when I splurge I leave disappointed. I ended up not getting manis/pedis for a while out of sheer frustration for the prices for bad work. I hate when some places try waaaaay too hard to talk you out of regular polish, and into gel/shellac. I know the difference. I have my reasons. Let it go. I also don't like when I am paying more and you are adding something to old polish to try to make it work. Ooohhh, and when someone is pushing so hard to push your cuticles back that it dents your fingernail. I am forever changed by my experience at Sofia Grace. My standards have been raised. I didn't have to worry about any of my dislikes. I splurged because I was a bridesmaid in a wedding and wanted my hands and feet to be perfect. I received exactly that. Macel did an amazing job on my manicure. I am particular about my (natural/real) nails are an even length. If I break a nail, then cut the others. I always request this and am usually disappointed. Again, I was very happy with the work at Sofia Grace. She was so gentle and my manicure was perfection! My pedicure - poor John. I had not had a pedicure in a WHILE (and I walk around barefoot). John had his work cut out for him. I cannot count how many times I commented on how John put in the work, but was also extremely gentle. He has THE SOFTEST HANDS!!! I swear the majority of the time it was as if I couldn't even feel him touching my feet. I am very, VERY happy with my experience at Sofia Grace. This nail salon will forever and always be my favorite place to go to for nails. Jasmin, the owner is personable and remembers everyone who walk through the door. All of the workers are just as fun and really know what they're doing. I live in the Woodlands, but refuse to stop coming here to get my nails done. The professionalism is impeccable and I've had many heart to heart conversations and have joked around with the staff. The salon itself is spotless and they carry many products: chrome, cateye, gel, acrylic, etc. They also offer a drinks while you're getting your nails done. I usually go for a mimosa. Overall, great place with great people, and most importantly, my nails always last for at least a month and several for pedicures without chipping. read more

Kimmie did my pedicure. 60$ for a gel pedicure, the same price as the place I go to in LA, but Kimmie took her time. She was really gentle and I really enjoyed the care she put into the massage. Vinh did my nails . I was also impressed with the cleanliness. Everyone was very nice and they game me some tea! Unfortunately, I have to update my review. It hasn't even been a week yet and my Gellex (Gel X) manicure that cost me $175 altogether with pedicure and tip, is already lifting . I had to wear tape on my nails today. Absolutely outstanding customer service on the part of the salon manager Jasmine. Initially I gave Sofia Grace Nail Boutique 3 stars because I thought I was being overcharged and no one noticed it. After I posted my review the salon manage Jasmine reached out to me immediately to give me a better understanding of their prices. While I still don't agree with the pricing I have a better understanding. I have been coming to this nail salon off and on since 2020 and I'm usually satisfied with the quality of my nails . My nails are done to my liking and they last for at least 3 weeks in part because I get the gel polish. I want to thank Jasmine for reaching out to me in such a timely manner to make sure that I was taking care of. Overall the salon is wonderful. The atmosphere is elegant, relaxing and gives off a good energy. I usually find myself drifting off to sleep.
