I liked my nails. Be careful about the length you choose to ensure it's what you want but other than that it was really good.

Very disappointed. The prices are expensive, but the quality of the nails does not justify the cost. I've paid less at other salons and received much better results. This is my 3rd visit and I've had another amazing experience with Cindy! Everyone has been kind and attentive. Every detail of my nails was done with such care, and the results were absolutely beautiful. Terri went to work on my feet! Lol! My feet have always been on the rougher side but she did her thing. If I could do negative starts I would this was the most horrible experience I have ever been put through starting off with waiting 2 whole hours & 30 minutes I got there exactly at 5:48pm the guy didn't start my pedi until exactly 7:17pm that is outrageous on top of that i was supposed to do my nails as well & the guy just left & no one had the common courtesy to tell me they weren't going to be able to do them anymore since it was so late on top of that my sister got charged $55 for the smallest shortest nails ever which are these how are those worth $55 ????? read more

I guess it's safe to say you can't trust anybodies opinion on social media smh ‍ three stars is too much in my opinion but here it goes... I was the first one in the salon when they open at 9am. Lincoln asked me what set i would like and i gave a reference picture (listed below). He did not tell me the price until he put the acrylic on finger. The pic below was total of $130 and normally this set would be $80-90. plus they charge per finger and not 2 design per finger smh (which one why i got one nail design). It's one nail design for $10 and 2 for $15. ‍ plus he didn't even go the design correctly he made complete circles instead of the actual shape on the picture. this place is so "popular" but it's in the "hood" side of houston. they charge separately for length and design NOT together which i think is weird. Also, while he was putting on the acrylic 4/10 of my nails started burning really bad to where he had to put some alcohol on them. all and all i only gave a 3 bc at least the shape isn't bad but they are dumb thick tho! ... if you want to get that rush, overpriced, overhype, quality non match to reviews then here's the place for you! read more

Idk wtf happened to this place but I used to love it! I waited 30 min just to sit down, then was told it was gonna be 45 for a regular Fucking fill so when I realized he was doing a back fill I decided to change my color because why not I'm paying for it right! don't come here. They say they close at 6:30, I showed up at 5:40 for a refill and they refused to open the door. I call and they say the last client they take is at 5:30. I come back the next day before 5:20 and the same thing happens. They don't open the door and will not take you in although the sign is still open. I called and they said it would be a while and I said no problem, how long do you think? she very rudely said she didn't know and to come back. I have been coming for 2 years straight and Anne always does such an amazing job on my nails. I usually rotate between short and extendo nails! I have a bad habit of keeping my nails on for longer than I should, but I've gone 2 months with no lifting or breaking. Same on my acrylic toes! The shaping and all has never disappointed me! I've even showed up with my infant after giving birth and they were so sweet and helpful! I recommend this salon to all of my friends and co workers they never had anything bad to say! Drove 35 minutes to get my lashes and eyebrows done my eyebrows I was very dissatisfied and disappointed she completely ruined my eyebrows! Took too much hair off and are extremely thin and uneven when I told her she laughed because when I asked her if she could fix it she said she couldn't because it's wax and it's nothing she can do. I paid $110 right after the session my lashes started falling out of the corners of my eyes so I came back and she only fixed one after telling me she fixed both I woke up the next morning and my whole right eyes lash is gone! So I come in to have something done about it and she only gives me half of my money back because they normally don't give refunds at all (as if she was doing me a favor) it hadn't been 24 hours and they completely fell out she was very rude and arrogant will not be returning again and I strongly urge you to do the same! read more

Honestly, this was my worst experience yet at a nail salon. I went in August 21st with Helen at 2pm. I asked her for blue ombré nails and she left them blotchy, but not only that she didn't even wait till she finished my set to get up and leave. As I was telling her I did not like the nails she looked at me grabbed her bag and walked out the door. I talked to another woman working there and she told me to come in Wednesday August 22nd at 2pm for someone to do my nails over. I drove 45 minutes, to the salon!! Just to be looked at ugly, and not attended to they insisted on giving me a refund and I mentioned no, I want them redone I drove far etc. Finally the woman goes well we are busy and no one wants to do your nails and to go somewhere else in the area!! In front of the salon!!!! I was extremely embarrassed and just shocked at the disrespect! She then give me a refund and as I am mentioned to her how upset I am because this was a waste of time etc she tells me she's going to take off my nails. She clips them off! Doesn't soak them and tell me to leave. At this point I was so upset, she finally got someone to semi take them off bc not all of the acrylic was off! But wow, I work in the service industry and I was just shocked at the disrespect, lack of service, and attitude of everyone working there. I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! The whole experience was just bad. It was my first time going, to begin the lady cut me about 3 times and I had to keep telling her that she was hurting me. She didn't like that asked her to take my nails off with acetone because she was just ripping them off. She also pushes the cuticle with her own nails which also hurt pretty bad and is not the right way to donit. When I would tell her it hurts she would just get angry, then she could not glue my nails right. She had to rip them off and glue them again for 3 of my nails which hurts very bad because it would only stick on the sides. There was 3 ladies only 1 knew English ( Not the one doing my nails) so she didn't even understand what I was saying. She noticed that I wasn't happy so when a lady walked in to get a pedicure she just got up and left me there to go do the lady's pedicure. So I had to wait for the other lady to be done with my sister's nails to actually begin mine. It had already been 45 minutes of me just waiting there. As if that wasn't bad enough she did not do what I wanted on my nails. I showed her what I wanted from a hand she had there as a sample and she still did it wrong, even after showing her what I wanted. I wanted ombre and she did one solid color. My sister's nails were long and they fell off the next day. She called and went in to get them fixed and they fell again and broke off within 2 days of her fixing them. They were also VERY RUDE! I came in today and wanted a soak off , full set and a pedicure. This was my second time coming in and based on my last visit I decided to come back and get a new set . The "pedicurist" lady gave me the price list and I told her I wanted acrylic on my 2 big toe nails she asked me if I wanted them long and I verbatim said no I just want it to even out my nails than gave me an attitude! My toe nails ended up looking bulky and not shaped properly ! Then let me not even get started on my nails the lady removed my nails and then wasted my time applying the tips incorrectly she would put nail glue on my nails and then dip the tips in monomer and they kept popping off I told her that I've never had ny nails done that way and she said that it was because that's how those "tips" needed to be applied ! Red flag raised. Not only after she did that the acrylic application was horrible And I kept telling her that she was not doing it right and she was talking in her language to the nail tech about me. Okay everything was wrong about the customer service not only were they making up prices they weren't even delivering proper customer service . The owner can be quite rude at times and works alone the majority of the time. I've seen her turn customers away (rudely) because she's the only one working! However, she will call another person to come in to give pedicures but it really is illogical to run a business this way. I agree with the other reviewer, she kept trying to make me use another color and not what I actually wanted. She also talks about customers to other customers. Clean shop!
