Surprisingly enough, I have never needed to make an appointment because they always have enough technicians available and they're never THAT busy. It's clean and everything looks very organized when you look around. You're greeted by the front desk receptionist and they quickly note down which services you are wanting and then encourage you to pick your colors. Before you can even pick a color, a technician is greeting you to escort you to your mani or pedi chair. If I'm doing both services, they've typically come and do both while I'm in the pedi chair - so you're in and out even faster. It also makes you feel special when they're doing both.

I have gone there a few times over the last few months and have had largely positive experiences with them. Some cons: like any nail salon, they all have different skill sets so sometimes waiting for the technician who can do a particular skill (dip, powder, or specific designs) can be time consuming. I typically have no problems with my pedicures but my most recent visit left me slightly disappointed since the technician seemingly rushed the job and it came out looked a bit sloppy. I came around 5:30-6pm and was extremely surprised at the volume of customers they had- it was pretty overwhelming. Once I told the receptionist what I wanted I was led towards a pedicure chair in the back. The concept of this location is interesting... all the pedicure chairs face inward towards each other in a circle with the manicure stations in the same layout on an inner circle. It doesn't feel relaxing as everyone is kind of looking at everyone. I asked a worker for a glass of red wine while I waited and she was extremely rude asking for my ID and looking me up and down. She brought it in a half cleaned glass and it was hardly filled up. As I sat and waited to be serviced, I looked around and noticed a disgusting amount of clipped nails, acrylics, hair on the floor and flies around me. If the place is unkempt like that I def didn't trust soaking my feet in anything or being worked on. I left my wine and walked out and went to my regular place which is a bit further. First impressions are everything and this left a horrible one.

I'll attach what I got below - but I don't feel like they are honest with the pricing. Somehow, a $35 service went to $106. I'll attach a pic of my receipt below but when I asked her to explain how French tips made the service go up $70. Her response was "well you asked for that" but like.... I feel like I got charged more than I should have. The front desk lady also said "well you didn't have to get French tips you could have just gotten your toes painted..." which yes duh I could have but I didn't want that. Also, I wasn't aware but apparently you can walk in and just say "just paint my toes", you don't have to pick one of the services from the menu? (I didn't know this but feel like that should be public knowledge). With all this and the quality coming out not the cleanest, I would not recommend this location.
